I brought my vehicle for service due to the tire pressure light and engine light coming on. They had me replace my vehicles battery, get a new key fob, replace all of my tire sensors, etc. I paid about $3,500 in parts and labor. My vehicle was in the shop for a week! Once I got it back, a week later my vehicle started to do the EXACT same thing. When I went back, I explained the situation in a respectful manner and discussed with them that my vehicle shouldn t be giving me any problems, especially because of how high the amount that I paid was. The guy proceeded to tell me Oh that ain t nothing! I never felt so humiliated in my life.

We travel through DeQueen on camping trips often but when we have problems with our Silverado 1500 truck we go to Gentry Chevrolet for our repairs. Awesome service and repair shop. Thanks to everyone at Gentry Chevrolet for making our repairs a pleasant experience.Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

First, I was pleasantly surprised that they could get an appointment for service for me so quickly. They listened to my issues with my car and were able to complete the repair while I waited. I will definitely take my car there for service again. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Customer service was good. Down fall is my title didn't get mailed to me until my 30 days was up. Didn't get a loan agreement with title .spent extra money and time that shouldn't of had to happen.

Sold me a piece of junk car for way over the value. Lied to me and my lender. Paid 2000 dollars for a warranty and when I come in to get it fixed when it breaks down within 90 days they offer no help and refuse to accept responsibility for their bad business practices. Do not deal with these crooks. Update... even with my so called warranty that I was told covered everything under the hood it's still going to cost me 3000$ to get it fixed. I'll be contacting an attorney about this.

When I arrived, I was greeted promptly with a smile and a professional staff. Tania got my vehicle checked in and escorted me to the customer lounge. During my short stay there I was checked on and greeted by the owner, dealership manager, service manager and a very friendly young salesman.Over all I had a excellent experience with a friendly, knowledgeable staff and would recommend Gentry Chevrolet to all.Thanks, Mike

I was having transmission issues in my truck while traveling for work. I managed to schedule an appointment here as they were the nearest GM dealership to me. The service department was great ensuring that the company that issued my extended warranty would pay for the repairs. The staff did their best to make sure I was comfortable while waiting for approval of the work. I would recommend these guys to anyone in the area.

The car dealer that sold me my car did an awesome job until I found out two weeks later that the car was not so good. I had to practically beg the dealership to fix the problem. They decided to fix the car but they would not give me a loaner car which I feel like they should have. They claimed that they had already sold my car that I had traded in so, I had to end up renting a car from them. It took them a month to fix the car that they sold me so my bill for the rental was over $900. I told them I couldn't afford to pay that full amount at the time but I could give them something on it. I asked if I could talk to the owner (Bud) but they refused to let me speak to him personally. I was told he was a pretty good guy and would understand and try to help me out if he knew the truth about my situation. When I turned their rental back in they refused to give me my car back which is illegal which resulted in me having to call a taxi for me and my mom in order to get back home. My home is located 45 minutes away from the dealership. I feel like that don't care about there customers at all. I believe they treated me that way because for one I'm a women and two I'm a single mom. I'm so disappointed in Gentry Chevrolet of Dequeen

Brought car in for a recall. They fixed that issue and damaged something else in the process. I kept getting the run around on what day to come back to get the new issue fixed. During this time waiting, I was sent a customer satisfaction survey. So I filled it out of course, I was truthful and not happy with the damaged car. I finally took the day off from work and dropped my car off for the appointment they gave me. I called later that day to get the status on my repair and they said they would not fix it because of the survey I filled out! So why do you fill out a survey if you can't handle the truth about your business!Thank you,Someones new customer!

I've dealt with Gentry's in the past I've never had any reason to believe I was done any way but fair. Took my girlfriend's daughter to look for a car, didn't take her long to spy out what she wanted, they took care of her from there, worked a good deal for her first time of buying on her own, really appreciate their straightforwardness!

Worked a deal on a used truck with the salesman's word that the truck would be available and ready first thing in the morning. Was 3hrs into a 5hr trip when the salesman called to say the truck sold. They wouldn't take a deposit and the dealerships response was that we knew the truck could sell even though we have text messages from the salesman saying they wouldn't sell it. They did offer a same year truck with less options and more miles for the same money. First class operation.

set an appointment to have oil changed/tires rotated and investigate why the smartphone remote start app. was not working and giving me a failed response. After waiting for around an hour I was told that the Technician was overbooked and I would have to make another appointment. After paying for the oil change I noticed that the tires had not been rotated either.

Good! Salesman awesome. Everyone so nice & worked w/ me. Only downfall is if u need all terrain tires for dirt roads, extra $750 charge.

Very disappointing. They got me good after I sign the paper. Went text driving and explain it to the saleman about low coolant level and air bag light. I brought to the shop found out I got blow head gasket on 2007 diesel truck. They will regret it in the long run. Thanks yall for bad business and dont want appreciate the customer for being honest.

Was told when we bought the vehicle that the first 2 oil changes were included. When we went to get the first one they told us that we would not get another one. They blamed GM but it could have been easily fixed at the dealer level.

Love my Smart car. Y'all went over and above the call of duty. Y'all knew I wanted it and even made the trip to Texarkana to make sure I could get. Thanks to Bud Gentry and Dave Brewster for all y'all did for me. My wife loves the Kia she bought from y'all as well.

Well I've been a long time customer until today. I went to the dealership to talk to the owner about a problem I have with a vehicle that has been in the shop for over three months. Long story short the negotiations ended by a "get the %*+k out of my store " by the owner! When I have ever needed a truck this was the only place to go so I thought. Very let down from a professional businessman

Gentry's is a great place to purchase a vehicle friendly, helpful and understanding their new facility is amazing go check it out. All salesmen there are great but I have worked with Kenny Sivard every time and he is great, go see him.

Still waiting on a call back from Thursday and it's Tuesday. I like these people and know they're busy, but come on...5 days and I'm going to have to call and remind them of the job they have to do....again...
