Car died in parking lot. I'm on a trip, did not know what to do. They found out it was alternator, did not have part. Took me to get it. Found repair shop for me. Charged battery so I could get to repair shop. Very, very nice service people. Took very good care of me.

Last night I went to autozone for a new battery the two ladies that work there were very kind and helpful. They checked my battery and let me use there tools to change battery thank you

I Shop at this store in mena Arkansas 3 times and every time they order the wrong thang and here it is Christmas and I m stuck because they order the wrong thang again and all they said was marry Christmas never shopping here again

Great experience with staff, the manager came out and helped work on changing the light in my Dodge ProMaster van. Great people highly recommend them.

I love this store, I don't live close to this one but I'm in town there alot and if I need anything, I stop there. Their staff is always friendly and as helpful as possible.

This is the place to go if you love being treated like royalty. Within the first 5 seconds of me stepping into the store I am being helped like I'm the only one in the store. Even when they are busy they make me feel so welcomed that I don't mind the wait! I'd rather come here for the rest of my life and know that I'm going to be taken care of automotavilly and feel like a real customer instead of going somewhere where I'm just a dollar bill walking in. Great service, timely manner, and they perform many task for free!

Was given the wrong items. Got my replacements, but one of the items didn't have all the parts to install. While on trip, was able to stop and exchange the defective item.

Love the tool rental option, but wish the tools always worked for their intended purposes. Had to hire a shop for a wheel bearing press because theirs was insufficient. Oh well. I was still able to get parts way cheaper than from the dealer or a shop. Was quoted $250 for a wheel bearing (one side). The part was $30 at AutoZone! So...I did both sides and replaced both CV transaxels for $280! Not bad!

I walked in and told an employee whose name tag said Sean that my windshield washer hose broke and a section of it fell out and was gone. Sean looked under the hood, went back inside, fiddled with some parts in a bin in back of the counter, went back outside and fitted the part he'd made to my washer hose. It worked perfectly! To top it off, he said there was no charge. Thank you, Sean. You're the best. I'll recommend this AutoZone to everyone I know.

Great cheap prices. Customer service is okay at times. Just depends on when you go in. For the costumer service I give it a 4 out of 5. Other than that great place for cheap good new parts.

My truck was making weird noises. So i went to Auto Zone to see if they could help me figure out what the problem was. Employee came out and checked my fluids, apparently i was completely out of Power Steering fluid. Im just a girl, at least i had enough sense to let a professional help before something bad happened....
