Sorry sob call up there say I need a battery check and may need new battery they say come on in and drive over 30 mins cause they close one wast gas and time and you get too the door and close and store that close before 9pm as a autzone should be ashamed of them self what a pos store can't even keep there word there be there horrible business practices will be reported too the bbb update they have reached out and made it rigth

Great customer service, they take pride in there work and are excellent in what they do. Have pretty much anything you may need if not it will be ordered. Very friendly and polite employees

Every time we go to Auto Zone the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Prompt service, wide selection, and you don't have to wait long for parts they may not have in stock; they will order them for you. This is the only auto parts place in Crossett we use.

Tested batteries from my Rhino. Only one had to be replaced. They had just what I needed and gave me credit for my old battery. Very prompt and professional service!

I think they give me different parts for the same car if I go in there several times after the same thing. Apparently just depends on who you get to check you out.
