My family from Michigan were staying there for a night or two. I had not been in the rooms since the 1990's and they haven't changed!!! I was so embarrassed and disappointed that the rooms looked so bad and outdated. The owners need to do some drastic remodeling!Rooms: They were so outdated and the decor was ugly. Needs a drastic remodel!

This hotel has nothing updated the air conditioning an heater is a window unit the carpet an furniture are nasty an dirty the bathroom tub had cigarette burns. It cost us almost 80.00 for one night not worth it

Recently had the occasion to stop at this establishment for the night. My day had been very long and I was in need of rest. Where to start? The door to the office would not open very far due to something being in the way. The office had a distinct odor to it. My room had carpet that looked liked it had been put there a few decades ago and not really been cleaned in a long time. The room was comfortable enough as far as the bed went. The door even when closed completely(?) had light showing in a few areas around the perimeter of it. I tried to take a shower the next morning and after only a few minutes, the condensation from the shower set the smoke alarm off. It was fairly cheap but in retrospect, the price reflected the quality of the room. This is a place in sad need of a makeover and good cleaning. Next time I am through this area, I will keep driving to another place.

Room was not clean plus bugs in the room. TV didn t work. Part of mirror over sink was simply missing. Ink marks/drawings on the wall, near the sink. Was told to rapidly close the door, otherwise the mosquitoes would be a problem - seriously? Spray your area/business. Folks: save your money. Don t stay here. Go an extra 30-40 miles in whichever direction you re headed. It ll be worth it.

Room was a bit dated, its summer so there were mosquitoes. Bed and linens were clean though. Overall just honest people in a straightforward motel for a good night's sleep and a shower for travels to Texas.

Yuck yuck ....very grungy and not clean or sanitary! Carpet damp and stained bathroom moldy with pieces of ceeling falling I'm ac unit loud and from the 70's ! I was afraid to take shoes off or use bathroom..... Left after 30 min because the more I thought about it and looked around the more disgusted I became

The room itself was ok but the bed was hard and not nice to sleep on. The main issue i had was we booked 2 rooms then on our way there they called and said they gave away one of our rooms so we then had to pay more for a king bed room when we booked a double bed room. We get there and the man working behind the counter was very rude to my sister about them giving away our room because we needed 2 rooms because there was 6 of us. Then we ask for towels only on Sunday and trash taken out and they informed us they don't have housekeeping on sundays but we can come back later and get one towel each for 2 rooms so 2 towels for 6 people. So we go back later to get the towels he hands them to my nephew and says now go! Then the ac in one room wasn't working we go to ask for help and are told we broke it and the attendant was being very rude. Overall I will NEVER rent another room from this place again. Very bad experience. Will go to relax inn next time im in the area. Would only give 1/2 a star if I could.

It isn't the Ritz, but it's good enough if you're just wanting a place to crash for the night. The facilities were clean, even if they were a little on the worn side. From the outside I thought that the place would smell of cigarettes, but it was surprisingly clean inside. It's not my first choice for hotels, but it certainly wasn't that bad. They also had internet and a good television signal.

I really love the catfish! The steaks are really big and it's not muddy tasting. The coconut cream pie was not good.. it was oily and caused me to get sick. Not a huge problem because I should have been adult about it and stopped eating it but the taste was amazing. Just got oily on me. So this would be 5 stars but I took 1 star for a oily pie. I still highly recommend eating here!

My experience with this hotel was not pleasant at all. First the clerk was rude and gave one of our rooms away when we had booked our rooms two weeks ahead of time. Then we get there and he was telling my aunt to go after he gave her our keys to the rooms and then the next day we couldn't figure out why the tv wasn't working and he comes in there and was saying we broke the tv when we didn't it just wasn't plugged in right. Then we asked for more towels and asked for our trash to be taken out and he told us they don't do it on Sundays which is fine but then told us that he was only giving us one towel per room and that he wasn't going to bring it to us. Then the last night we were there the air conditioner wasn't working so I had to go tell them and we were walking back to the room he was blaming us for breaking everything which wasn't true and then was yelling at me about putting a towel outside to let it dry and that I better not do that again. I'm sorry but I'm not giving this hotel a good review at all. Worse hotel I've ever been too.

My nieces sons bed had urnined stained sheets on his bed. They really don,t clean the rooms very well. Had mold in our bathroom and cob webs when I opened my curtains the windows are never cleaned.

My stay at this motel was very safe and memorable at this time of pandemic.They looked upon the safety measures as their prime concern. They cleanedall the surfaces in direct contact with a disinfectant and provided free sanitizers.

Only because I had to rate a star. Was very disappointed with this motel. The refrigerator didn't work. The managment cant understand you to talk to you. No ice bucket in room. And it seemed like they stared at us alot. Won't recommend this one to anyone. Quaint little town though and awesome resturant next door.

Stayed 2 yrs ago in snow storms, so no choice, went to stay today to expensive for what it is pet friendly means u stay in a smoking room and pay $20 for ur dog, I don't smoke not dealing with that smell,

Pets were being entertained in the motel premises and there was a separate area for them. I was very worried about my dog who needs special attention and to my utter surprise, my dog was treated very well and there were many facilities for him as well. highly satisfied

This room sucks my wife has to go cammando in front of her children because it has no good A/C , it's just hot!!, neighbor's can be a tad bit rude and get angry if u are with ur family in the next room so be careful if u bring kids, this place is one of the worstmotels ever the foundation the place was built on is right above hell so that explains most of it and the decor looks like Helen Keller did a project in here. Sincerely the 4 amigos plus one

The owners of this place was fantastic I had a service dog and they had no problem accepting him and giving me a face to make sure that he can go to the bathroom the room was clean the bed was comfortable there was plenty to watch on the TV the managers are kind I would recommend it if you're traveling through

75$ ! No hot water in our room !! And check out time 10a !! Cant really thumbs up on that... but in spite all that me and New York had a blast!!! So it was all worth it!!!

Our room was a yucky green color lthe love seat had a hole in the side big enough to put you're head through.No smoke detectors smelled absolutely awful.House keepers at you're door at 8:30 am wanting to clean we said come back later and they said they couldn't because they weren't going to be around so our room did not get cleaned that day!!Will never stay there again!!
