Got 3 tires and a TPSM sensor replaced. Tires were over-inflated by 25psi and they couldn't re-set the TPSM light. Went up there 3 times and light was still on. Had to go to Discount Tire afterwards to get the sensors reset.

Nick displayed great customer service, ensured I received the 3 tires I wanted, and assisted other customers while he contacted Dave Ward Walmart for the 4th tire. If Nick had not called ahead, then another customer would have purchased the last tire that I wanted. Thank you for your dedication.

I depend on places that are open after 5 due to my own job so I called to confirm they had availability for my oil change ahead of time .drove up at 5:50 (website and phone call confirm they close at 7) all the garage doors are closed. I call again to make sure they have time to do an oil change no one picks up and while the line is still ringing the lights inside the garage go off extremely unprofessional.

PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED!!! This place messed up my engine to where I couldn t even drive off. My car had to be towed to a shop. And when I kept calling to figure out what s going on and can I get a rental they gave me attitude as if it was my fault. I still have yet to have my car fixed or even get paid for this and it s been 3 weeks! I ve missed work a couple of times! No reimbursement!! Worst decision I have ever madeService: Oil change

If I could leave a ZERO star. I would. So we show up 10 minutes before closing. The lights are out but the cashier is checking a guy out. After he finishes with him, he runs off to the employee only room. I just need a battery. So I wait until he comes out (6:56pm) I ask if I can get a battery. He says they are closed. I said don t you close at 7. He responds yes and looks at his watch. It s 6:56 and then tells me that he cannot help me because they are closed! This auto center is totally unreliable! Now I have to wait until tomorrow to purchase a battery!

Paid for the most expensive oil package as that is the only oil that can be put in my car. If they actually did all the checks and topping off of fluids like it says is included in the service then the price is great! BUT they did not even come close!! Reported that on 5 of the services included that I declined the service, they never asked and the sign says it is included. They never asked if I did not want it....They also flat out lied that they completed services that they did not, to include, air filter check, washer fluid check, tire pressure check (all 4), Driver, Pass. and Rear wipers were reported in good condition and they are not at all. Also reported that they completed an interior vacuuming and washed my windshield which was also untrue. The actual change service was really speedy and now we know why but the staff service was Terrible!!!!!Service: Oil change

Well the first one I went to the Walmart auto center on Dave Wards Drive in Conway was a joke. Nobody wanted to work there. They kept trying to find reasons why not to mount my tires. After all they get paid by the hour not the job and the more they can get out of doing the better they like . So they loaded them up, of course, I did buy them from Walmart. Unfortunately I bought them from there otherwise I would have waited until I got over to the Walmart on Highway 65 in Conway That auto center was so great, so professional, so friendly. I wish I would have went there to begin with. I wish I had a given that Walmart the credit for having sold me the tires. Let me tell you they were great. They jumped right in there done exactly what I needed. I didn't even have to wait. Because of the other Walmart treated me so badly they even gave me a discount on the mounting, wasn't that great of them. They didn't have to do that but that just goes to show the difference between the Walmarts. It's not the store, it's the employees and those employees made it a very great experience. The one on Highway 65 in Conway, is the one I will go to from now on for anything I need.

How many Walmart employees does it take to change a tire? Apparently three, with multiple trips to the other side of the lot to smoke in-between looking at the tire together, or at least that's what I saw while waiting on them. I showed up at 6:10 with a punctured tire, nobody came by for 25 minutes and when they finally did they told me they couldn't do the job because they had to leave soon. You close at 7, its not like I pulled up at 6:50, I showed up almost a hour before close with just a single tire needing replaced, maybe if you had spent more time replacing the tires on the car in front of me and less time staring at it you would of been able to do your jobs. Thing is I know there have been good people working in there before. What happened to them?

Can barely ever get your car in here. There is always an excuse they have to stop taking customers. But when I do get my car in its not done bad.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

I have never had problems going to Walmart Auto care until I can here. Some guys are understanding but beware of a guy named David. He wont help you out at all. He will charge you anyway he can. Know what you are doing before you go here because otherwise you might be paying for a pointless fix

Was second in line to get tires an took still 2 hours to get them.they had 2 mechanics an still left same time as guy ahead of me. Was helping out daughter or wouldn't have stopped there for tires. Nobody as slow as Walmart

I can't see the screen while typing. The person that changed my oil lied and put in they he started at 9:15 and he started at 8:45, I even had someone in the service department come to me and ask me if the guy had finished with my vehicle. If you go to Walmart please request that they don't allow the guy who transfered from the Dave Ward store,he also left oil running down my guard under the hood which I showed one of the Tire and Lube workers

I went into the service center to try to buy a set of tires that were on sale was told the tires were no longer available and they tried to sell me a more expensive brand went home looked online found the tires that were on sale bottom came back to the service center where they were supposed to mount them for free and it apparently pissed them off and they made me wait three times longer than everyone else before they would mount on I would not go here for anything

Replaced two of my tires, did an oil change, and tire rotation. The staff was very friendly and really helped me find the best deal so I wasn't over charged. Will definitely return to this location in the future!

I went for an oil change had kids in my car so I drove up it took 20 mins for them to even come out and talk to me than after an hour and 3 screaming kids they tell me they can t get the cap off to change my oil! An hour!!!! 3 screaming kids in the lobby!!! I have to come back tomorrow and the one girl explaining said that the guy told her that the guy who did it last didn t put some kind of lubricant on it and was the reason it wouldn t come off. I m so mad they are pathetic

Some people may think going to Walmart for auto care is a bad idea, but I have no complaints at all. They always do a great job with it my car, whether it be tires or oil changes.

Had to call 3 different Walmart auto care centers to find a tire to fit my 2013 Ford fusion and the one place that had them didn't have any tire techs to actually put them on my car. Needless to say I didn't buy my tires from them

Had to buy my own oil not only that they tell me to back up an let someone else in front of me and an employee tells me it's going to be a couple hours but when I ask the manager he said 25 mins on receipt says I refused a vacuum when I was never asked I will not be back there ever again for an oil change oh and not to mention there wasn't anyone at the counter for check out waited for someone for at least 30 minutes to check me out

Worst customer service ever. Literally just called to ask about a tire a not only do they think they have to yell in your ear but they were so rude and threw people were answering me all at the same time. Called the dave ward Walmart before this Walmart on 65 and she was the sweetest nicest person at that one. I understand you may hate your job but don't act like it when you deal with the public.

Worst place to get any work done. Oil changes takes 3 hours. New tires take 6 hours. No one in their right mind should take over 30 minutes to do an oil change. If so,you dont know what you're doing. I recommend going to Morrilton Walmart where you barely have to even wait. I promise you will not be there all day.

Really good at breaking stuff on your car, playing it off like it s nothing, then giving you the run around when you ask them to fix it. Going on three days just to fix a tire pressure sensor. If I could give less than one star I would.

The main thing that makes this place good is the convenience of the location. You can do your grocery shopping while you wait or go to 1 of the places to eat within walking distance.They provide pretty fast service.It has always been pretty good to me. Also the price is good.

I had an oil change done here. I went in when there was no wait time. Took about 45 minutes for them. I would recommend

They have changed my oil the past 3 or 4 times and have always done a good job at a good rate!
