They did good work, but the guy behind the counter could have been more friendly. He gave off a mad at the world vibe. The other employees were very nice though.

A RV dealer recommended US Truck Accessories to me. I needed a 5th wheel hitch, brake controller, and hookups in the truck bed and on the bumper. The price quote that they gave me was very affordable and reasonable. The installation was perfect and looked excellent. I am very pleased with the work US Truck Accessories did. Highly recommended and I ll use them again for any future needs.

I ordered a bed cover for my truck. When I went to get it installed, they finish in about 35 minutes. Then they came out and said they had to upgrade me at no additional charge. I didn't ask for or needed the up grade. I just wanted what I ordered. After one business day I called and told them I hated the upgrade. The owner stated so what I'm not taking it back.

These guys installed a class V hitch on my Ram and did an excellent job. Minor miscommunication with parts on my side and theirs but we got it all figured out and look forward to doing future business with them. Thanks for the service guys!

I give them two star's because I have shopped there in the past. I had always received excellent service but this time it was different I'am not sure if this guy was new or just not well educated on the products himself I was looking for a bedcover and the guy didn't seem to know much about them he couldn't even get the removable one to got back on the display. I will go back maybe by then he will be better trained. Sorry guys I had to buy one elsewhere.

I just stopped in five minutes ago to pick up some tiedowns for my truck. Bill came out and looked at my truck and apologized for not having everything in stock that I needed. What a nice man. You just don t find business owners like this anymore. Super kind and eager to help. Breath of fresh air.

Whoever my husband talked to at this business today on the phone to ask about bug shields for our new vehicles was rude and not friendly or helpful. An employee at Motor Sports Authority was happy to speak to him and get what we needed ordered and installed while being friendly.

Great place my wife brought her jeep them she was 110% happy they will not give up until the job is done proper the guy that runs the place is great very knowledgeable about the products they sell and install. Thank You Very Much it's hard to find honest shops these days and they will not try to sell you things you do not need great job guys

Great service. They found a truck toolbox I couldn't find anywhere else. Ordered, arrived and installed in less than a week. They are only open Monday through Friday.

Fast and professional. Gave me a walk through of work completion. Showed me walk was done and what I may need to do in case my lights on my new trailer hitch goes out.
