I had the best experience ever. I ve been going to take five for a few years now, but my last trip was absolutely amazing. The manager River was extremely helpful and reminding me to check the coolant in my truck which was time to be changed. He changed it out for me and gave me an additional $40 off my service. I was extremely happy all the way around his check, my tire pressure and all my fluids. I will definitely keep returning to this location.

Wow! I didn t realize that great oil change service still existed! Jesse was very thorough and explained EVERYTHING he was doing! I didn t feel rushed into buying anything! Also the atmosphere was light and friendly. They were serious about their work but still laughing and smiling! Especially to all the customers I saw them serve! I was impressed and really liked this place! Thanks guys for the great service!

Good and bad.Bad: Don't go around lunch time. They were down to one bay and we were there for an hour and 28 minutes total.They try to upsell on EVERYTHING (wipers, air filter, in cabin filter, coolant flush etc. I was the only one of the 3 of us in the bays that got out for under $100. If you don't buy the upgrades they send you away without checking tire pressures or cleaning your windshield, even though your receipt says they did and the service includes it.I called before I came and a very nice lady told me it would be $44.99 if I bring my own oil and filter. They don't sell my brand so that's what I did. It was actually $44.99 plus an added shop fee of $4.99 which the tech said everyone has to pay. So a small add on there.The good: They swapped out my drain plug for a new one with a better gasket free of charge. They showed me the dipstick with oil level before I left. Techs were friendly but I could tell they work off commission.

Take five takes my fleet insurance, and it always very quick and professional. When I go get oil changes, then not only change my oil, but my windshield wipers, my filter, and the filter in the globe blocks a great group of people, everyone who worked in there was professional, very funny, communicated with me, and they even put air in my tires and cleaned my windshield for me before I left. It s always a great experience here. I really appreciate the individuals on Oak Street in Conway amazing job. Thank you so much. I really appreciate it!

I really like the way they get you in and out. The one problem I had this time was that I had a coupon for 15.00 off of any oil change . The attendant acknowledged it, so I thought he would of taken it off the total balance. Unfortunately, he did not and I did not notice until I was almost home. My mistake .

I recently visited Take 5 Oil Change with high hopes for a quick and hassle-free service, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Despite arriving promptly, I found myself waiting in line for over an hour, only to witness the employees moving at an incredibly slow pace.To add to the frustration, it seemed like the staff were more interested in enjoying a pizza delivery than attending to the customers waiting patiently for service. It was disheartening to see them prioritize their meal over their work responsibilities, especially when there were customers in need of attention.What's more disappointing is that they began working on a car that arrived after mine, leaving me feeling overlooked and undervalued as a customer. Considering the higher prices charged by Take 5 Oil Change compared to other options, this level of service is simply unacceptable.I urge management to address these issues promptly and ensure that all employees prioritize providing efficient and attentive service to customers. Until improvements are made, I regret to say that I cannot recommend Take 5 Oil Change to others seeking reliable automotive services.

Overall a great experience. Staff were friendly and courteous. Once service started it was quick and efficient.The only downside is I had to wait 2 hours to get the oil change due to them being very short staffed. The guys worked as efficiently as they could and were very apologetic for the long wait.

Extremely L-O-N-G wait!!!! We waited over 2 hours for a basic run of the mill oil change. When asked why, we were informed of a new appointment policy that was recently implemented where customers can book ahead of time This caused nothing, but chaos. There were cars having to backup to allow others through and the pull in area isn't setup to accommodate this. This new policy is beyond stupid. Take 5 initially promoted themselves as fast and efficient. Now, it's as slow as any other place, but at least with the other places you know what to expect on the front-end. Please change it back!!!! Employees were nice like always.

I ll start by saying I knew what to expect as I had worked at a Take 5 in the past. I wasn t greeted as normal but the service was still excellent, upon pulling into the bay I was immediately informed if I would be patient as they were training a new technician, they completed my oil change, new wiper blades, new engine air filter and coolant service in a timely manner to be expected with another car in the bay and my laundry list of work while maintaining a professional and get things done attitude while also training the new guy and making sure it was done correctly and safely.

Excellent customer service from the entire team including Joey, Freddy, Darius & Mathew. They all worked together seamlessly and helped prep my Lexus for a trip from AR to NY and back. Friday, appt at 5. Arrived at 450. Had me in and out by 515. I'm old school and just wondering what they could of done if they would not of been visiting between themselves but giving all their attention to the service they were giving my truck. They were young but now is the time to practice good customer practices. The time was good but I was raised differently. Attention to the customer totally.

This place is an absolute joke. Pulled in, no vehicles waiting behind the ones in bays, other than me. 27 minutes later was pulled into a bay only to continue to sit and wait - left without an oil change after 10 more minutes in the bay. If your staffing levels are adequate to run a single service bay efficiently, operating three inefficiently serves no purpose other than increasing wait times.

The wait was alittle longer than usual. Staff seemed confused as to where they were supposed to work. Also one of the guys was using bad language. He even tried to send me on my way without me paying or replacing my windshield wipers. I had to go back to get a new sticker and to have my new mileage sticker because they rushed me out of there. I like coming here and have several times but was not comfortable with this visit.

the first few times I came through Take 5 they did a great job, however the last time I came I was there for a total of two hours. the workers let two other cars in the bays despite me being there first which did make me upset. the workers also mostly seemed to be standing around a lot or on their phone, it didn t make much sense to me why it took them an hour and a half just to get to me.

Minimal wait time even though it was busy, a technician was giving out water bottles to customers during the 15-30 min wait, super speedy, painless service. Good prices. Educated me on things I needed to get done without pressuring me. Didn't yell at me even though it's been a while since I've gotten my oil changed . Will definitely visit again soon!

Super nice guys. I could not pull in straight to save my life, and they were super patient and gave great directions. Thanks for the fast oil change and great service. I also love their hours - open until 7pm Very friendly, but also professional.

Worst service I have ever experienced! I will never be back and will tell everyone I know not to use your service. I pulled in with 2 cars in front of me (1 in the bay and 1 next in line) at 2:50pm and I left at 3:40pm. Not the 5 minute fast service you advertised. When I finally got in the bay no one said anything to me and I just sat there with no one working on my car. Finally I had to asked if someone was going to work on my car and they said we can only do 2 bays at a time. I understand if there was a reason to do only 2 bays at a time but it would have been nice if someone said that when I pulled in. Why even have all 3 bays open! $120 for this. And to finish it off they didn t set my dash reminder. Had to do it myself when I got home. Don t know how you stay in business. If someone had communicated that they were short handed/equipment problems etc then I could understand but no one said anything like they couldn t care less. 50 minutes for a 5 minute oil change. If I was rating the Assistant Manager, Guage, I would give him a 5. However, the Manager I would have to give a zero.I arrived Tuesday morning at 6:45. I had a family emergency and had to go to Mississippi that morning. and wanted to get an early start. My oil change was way overdue, and I knew I needed it done before I made that long trip.Guage arrived before 7, the time the business was scheduled to open. He got everything ready to open. He came out to my car at 7:00 and gave me and my daughter-in-law a bottle of cold water and explained that his 7:00 employee had not arrived. Company policy stated that two employees had to be present.At 7:15 he came back out and explained that he couldn t reach his second employee who lived only minutes from the business. He had not called in, and he was not answering his phone.Guage came back out at 7:30 and and 7:45 to apologize for my wait. He explained that his Manager came in at 8:00 so there would be two people in attendance at that time. 8:00 came and went. At 8:15 Guage came out and said he could not reach the Manager. Several people had come up to have their cars serviced but seeing the business still closed, they left.Finally, another employee arrived. His name was Seth. He immediately helped Guage open the doors and get us inside. Guage explained that Seth was scheduled to come in at 10:00 but had agreed to come in early to help out. We finally got my car serviced. It was almost 9:00. The manager and the scheduled 7:00 employee never did show while we were there.Guage and Seth were very courteous and professional.Maybe Guage should be the Manager.

This was honestly the best experience I have ever had at an oil change. Freddy made the process so much simpler and easier for me despite how busy he was. He was able to answer all my questions and made everything as convenient as possible. I will indefinitely be coming back!

Firstly the prices here are ridiculous. A normal oil change at places I usually go to are between $50-$65. $83 for a simple synthetic oil change is insane. Secondly the workers were too busy goofing around about finding a coworker s phone that they failed to tighten the skid plate on the bottom of the car securely. My skid plate now lies somewhere along the middle of I-40 outside of Memphis. Do not go here unless you want to pay an exorbitant amount or want to lose a car part.

I absolutely LOVED the staff at Take 5 in Conway Arkansas! Gauge, Robbie and Seth were wonderful! They explained everything to me, were very courteous and efficient! Definitely will be back and recommend to my friends!

Jesse here was amazing . I had a oil change a month or so ago and noticed i had a leak on my oil filter . Jesse made sure i was taken care of free of charge and cleaned the oil from underneath my truck. Jesse needs a raise

This location is fabulous. The service is great. They take care of every detail. They make sure your car is in proper condition before you leave. I received an oil change from take five oil change very recently. My car has lost its oil plug and has lost all of its oil as you can see pictured. When I called the establishment this morning when I noticed what had happened they told me that it was probably my fault and they couldn t do anything for me. I had to tow my car this morning to a different shop because I did not want poor service again. I am a college student that works a minimum wage job and used a significant amount of the money I make to pay for this and now I have to pay for towing and a new oil change at a different establishment. I also have to deal with cleaning up the oil in order to prevent any further damages to the environment and the environment around me. I would honestly like to request for a payment for the cleanup and repair I had to do. I do not recommend going here they may advertise that it is fast but it isn t, you are better off going elsewhere for better quality.Service: Oil change

Absolutely sorry experience at 415 oak st in Conway. I had my son take my car because I had other things to do. Mind you this car is registered to me, with Veteran plates, has only been done by take 5 since 36k miles and is well in the system, they refused to give the veteran discount because I wasn't driving it. This cost me 115 dollars for a 4qt 2010 chevy cobalt, they didn't check anything else, I had to top off all my other fluids myself...........Take 5 just lost all 9 of my vehicle's business.

The team work was amazing. River, Gauge, and Seth were the ones most hands on my vehicle. They were very friendly and informative. I appreciated the respect, knowledge and kindness they shared.
