Top notch experience we had trading our car to purchase a new truck!!! Our salesperson Ken Martin was absolutely superb!! Ken was training a new salesperson Timber she is learning from a great guy and is definitely someone to also ask for when visiting the dealership!! Mr. Cliff, the dealership manager visited with us and made the experience even more so personal!!! This is our second purchase with a Superior Dealership and we definitely will visit there again when time for another purchase!!!

I saw a vehicle I was interested in on-line. I called the dealership and spoke to Timbre, I explained to her the challenges I had faced dealing with other dealerships. Timbre was genuine, professional, friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions regarding the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. The application process was smooth, and seamless from start to finish. This was the absolute BEST car buying experience I've ever had! I would highly recommend Timbre to my friends, and family. Her customer service is Legendary!!! I'm extremely pleased with my purchase, and will definitely do business again with Superior Nissan in the future. This dealerships deserves "10" stars!!! We recently purchased an Armada from Superior Nissan in Conway and had the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Our sales manager, Jim, was professional and worked quickly to make the process as easy as possible. Every single person in the building was welcoming and kind, making us feel comfortable. They even shot off confetti for us when we signed the papers!I am from Fayetteville and will be sending friends and family down to Conway so they can have as enjoyable an experience as I had in purchasing a car.

Great dealership and very helpful staff. Even though we arrived right at closing time, the staff was very helpful, and stayed late and sold us the vehicle we were looking for. We never felt rushed and everything went very smooth. Highly recommend!

Hi had the best experience at the Nissan dealership in Conway Arkansas. Ken was my sales person. He did a wonderful job. Yvonne was the sweetest lady and so helpful, but the best of all was Cliff the manager you would almost forget about buying a Nissan because he was so good looking and was so helpful excellent people I ll be back for another Nissan later

Amazing dealing with Trevor Halbrook and the team at Superior Nissan!! We live in NW Arkansas and were in the market for a new Nissan Pathfinder. We researched online, and decided to make the three hour drive (one way) to visit a Little Rock area dealer (the name rhymes with McFarty) that appeared to have a very large selection of Pathfinders. What they don't tell you, is that this selection is spread out over three different locations, so the vehicle you want to look at might not be at the location you decide to go to. So this means in addition to the typically excruciating long process and back and forth trying to get the deal you want, there is a lot wasted time while they move vehicles around, or you have to drive to a different location, etc... They also tack on an equally large selection of basically worthless, cost inflated dealer add on items to every new vehicle calling it their "McFarty Protection Program", and then tell you that these items can't be removed. These dealer add on items eat up any discounts off the MSRP they might give you, and only serve to pad their bottom line. Needless to say, this visit to "McFarty" was a colossal waste of time. So, we decided to stop in at Superior Nissan in Conway since it was on the way home.We are so thankful that we did! Skeptical and wary due to our bad experience at the previous dealer, Trevor was able to answer my very direct questions about "dealer add on items", and any hidden or additional fees. Trevor assured us that Superior didn't take part in any of those practices, informed us up front what fees there would be and he was able to provide us with the same discounts off of MSRP that "McFarty" advertised. We managed to find the Pathfinder we wanted, in the color we wanted with even better options! After a test drive and a short 15 minute negotiation process, we had the final number we were comfortable with and about an hour later, we were heading home in a brand new Nissan Pathfinder that we saved about $4K on from what "McFarty" said was going to be their "best price".Superior even threw in the Nissan "weather tech" floormats at their cost that "McFarty" wanted to charge $400 for as part of their so called "protection program".Bottom line, if you're in the market for a new Nissan... don't waste your time going to "McFarty".. Go strait to Superior Nissan in Conway, and ask for Trevor Halbrook! You'll be glad you did!

Hands down best car buying experience! I had a tight budget & a trade in with negative equity but needed something bigger.. Heath Boothby managed to conquer a beautiful Palisade in my budget went above and beyond all over the phone. I got to the dealership my new car was freshly detailed & gassed up, ready to go! The staff was so kind and professional, I must call out Mr. Jim Thompson as well so courteous & kind with my many questions! Who knew buying a car could be joyful?Thanks for your time fellas!

I made an online inquiry at 5pm on Wednesday and immediately heard from Abraham Henson. He asked me a couple of questions, and by noon on Thursday I was driving away in a beautiful new car! I've never had an easier and more pleasant car dealership experience. I live about 30 minutes away, but will be happy to drive to Conway for all my service appointments -- they were THAT great! Also, many thanks to Brad DeSalvo in Finance for making that process quick and painless! These guys deserve a raise!

I am a new customer at Superior Nissan of Conway. However, the sales staff treated me like I was a repeat customer. I brought a used car at an extremely good price compared to prices I found for the same vehicle at other dealerships. There was no sales pressure from my sales associate nor the finance department and I left feeling good about my experience. I will be buying my next vehicle from Abraham Henson at Superior Nissan of Conway.

I was trying to install a fire thrower exhaust kit and connected a wire to the ignition switch, after I tried to start it and wouldn t start. Took it to Superior Nissan at Conway and they quickly diagnosed it and fixed it the next day. Finally got my 2017 Titan back on the road thanks to the skilled and professional techs at Superior Nissan.

Excellent experience buying our daughter her 1st car. Our sales person, Abraham, was the kindest, no pressure sales person I've had. We had probably the smoothest, quickest car deal I've ever experienced. Our finance guy was great as well. Definitely recommend!

I was approaching the door and someone met me outside and asked what brought me in. I pointed to the vehicle I had been looking at online and before I knew it, there was a salesman with the keys at the vehicle. He stated to get in and we will take it for a drive. We got in and the salesman was very professional and kind. We talked the whole way through the test drive. Once we returned to the dealership, he walked me around the vehicle and showed me the features and how to use them. We went to walk inside and were greeted by the manager/owner of this location and he was very professional as well. A little while later I am signing papers in another man s office and he was kind and courteous as well. Very good transaction, I do recommend the courteous staff.

Cliff and Ken worked with us. Answered all of our questions. They made us feel like we were part of the family. The rest of the staff that we worked with was super friendly. After we decided to purchase our Nissan Frontier they took us around the dealership introducing us to staff that we would be working/dealing with for maintenance work. They were able to get us on the road in a short amount of time. We were so impressed with the experience that my wife and i have already decided to come back there first when we look at our next vehicle purchase.

Our sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. Finance department was another story. He tried to slide in extra warranty and then told us we were "silly" for not taking the warranty because of a lower interest rate as his volume continued to get louder. You know that person that just acts like he's superior and if you disagree then your the "silly" one? That's him and to top if off, he was being supervised and the supervisor never stepped in to calm the situation.

I had a good experience with my sales person ,but that finance department is another story he tried to add a 4,500 warranty without my consent I told him to take it off I didn't care if he was annoyed, My credit score was 780 I got 11.39 percent which didn't seem correct and I question him he told me interest rates are up no more low percentage I didn't believe him ,so am getting refinanced through my bank just beware of the finance department and stay firm with your pricing

My initial phone call was with Trevor Halbrook. He was VERY polite and VERY professional and answered ALL my questions concerning the Nissan Frontier I was interested in. It took almost 2 weeks before MY schedule allowed me to visit with him at the dealership, but he skipped lunch and MADE TIME for me. Since I have never owned a Nissan product I had a LOT of questions. He addressed ALL of them. Since I had a trade-in that I had taken excellent care of, things were a little complicated. I was impressed that both Trevor and Cliff Dickerson (General Manager) ASKED ME what they needed to do to sell me the truck. I told them and they DIDN'T SELL me the truck - They HELPED ME BUY IT! There is a HUGE difference between those two things! I recommend that ANYONE interested in buying a Nissan go talk to these guys at Superior Nissan in Conway!

Bought a used 2019 Acura RDX, and had a great experience with Jim. He was very accommodating and helpful and moved us quickly through the buying process with almost no back and forth. Only thing we would change was the long wait to pay the finance specialist (he was very kind and it was a quick process once we were in). Worth the drive from Little Rock!
