I drove over 6 hours from Texas to buy a used vehicle from smith ford. I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience i have had. Garrett McDonald was my sales person , and although young he was fantastic, really can t recommend him enough. The finance portion was also very quick and pleasant. The truck was exactly as described and the pictures were accurate. I will be coming back next time I am ready to buy another vehicle!

Our family has bought our last 9 vehicles from Ryan at Smith Ford. We always feel like we have gotten an honest, fair deal! We have dealt with Ryan(best salesman), Chris(new car sales manager), Amber(financing), Billy (pre-owned sales manager) and Logan (service) repeatedly and have always been treated with kindness, care and compassion. We love Smith Ford and will continue to do our business there!

Bought a new vehicle over the weekend. Garrett and Shawn were the salesmen that I worked with. Both were amazing and very friendly. The Sales Manager, Matt was amazing to work with as well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

Service department is awful. Mechanics may be great but the service writers do NOT communicate effectively at all. Never call to give status updates and when you finally call them they give the absolute bare minimum information just to get you to hang up.I used them solely because the component I needed replaced needed to be programmed at a dealership. I would gladly pay an extra 1,000 dollars not to have to deal with their Service advisors again. Just awful.

I had a great buying experience at Smith Ford when Purchasing my 2023 F-150 Rocky Ridge Edition truck. I even shopped around and found out they were giving me the best deal on my trade in. Sales Man (Garrett), Sales Manager (Chris) and Finance Manager (Amber) were all awesome. We will be back again!

Battery wouldn't hold a charge after the body shop gave my car back. I suspect they ran it dead then let it sit dead for the 3.5 weeks they had it. They refused to put a new battery in it.

This place has lost all sense of customer service. I've been going here for over 15 years. I've had nothing but problems with a vehicle that I bought new. That part is on Ford not this dealership but with as much of a history as I have with them I'd expect better. I brought in my vehicle to have the check engine light assessed. They charged me $150 to reseat a hose on my cold air intake that had come loose simply because that's their flat rate for looking into stuff now I guess. Sorry, that's not reasonable or customer service especially given my history here. This isn't the first issue I've had with their service department so I feel the bad review is justified.Edit: Don't let the reply from the "owner" fool you. It's nothing more than lip service to seem like they're doing the right thing. If they were serious they would have called me or at least left an extension of someone with direct knowledge of my situation. I still decided to call and was transferred to the service manager where I left a voicemail but didn't receive a call back. They have no intention of resolving this.

We had a great experience all around. We had to travel a good ways to Smith Ford to get exactly what we wanted. Jacob Gartner was a wonderful salesperson. Communication was great, no surprises, and speedy service.

I am very unhappy with services. They don t communicate with you or explain the hidden fees you are responsible for paying. The labor cost was ridiculous . I was tricked in that my warranty would cover cost .after breaking down my vehicle I was left no other choice but to stay with them and allow them to fix it. Had I known the hidden cost I had to pay I would have went elsewhere. They kept my vehicle so long I missed out on many job assignments. Because they wouldn t say how long they would have possession of the vehicle I got screwed on getting a rental. And I had to keep calling inquiring because nobody thought to call and keep me updated. Everyone I spoke with was RUDE!

Don't come here for complex issues, they don't help. Everyone seems like they are tier 1 support. They only know what's at the surface. I got sent back and forth from service to parts just to get a diagram, i was needing. Until finally a tech knew how to search for it.But seriously if you don't know how to search in depth say that. Or they just dismiss your problem tell you to figure it out. Talking about "tear down the whole truck"- Logan. Where's the effort?

Ive only used the service department but they are really nice and quick. I come from cogswell ford of russellville....this place was a breath of fresh air :). Ps. I looooove my Baby Bronco

Service is consistently slow 1:45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation that's absolutely ridiculous. Sometimes they ask for you to drop off your vehicle just so they can take their sweet time- staff doesn't dress professionally. I can't blame them for waiting on recall parts but they ordered them once and never arrived now I'm back to waiting. Find another dealership maybe in MORRILTON who is hopefully more consistent and actually wants you as a customer. Also won't do a loaner if you didn't buy your vehicle from them. Do they realize customers come first??

These people seemed very nice & helpful up front when dropping off my car for repair after I was in an accident. They had my car for 6 weeks. Upon picking my car up I only looked at the front of my car before leaving(that was the only damaged part of my car). When I got home & looked further in detail there was a door ding down to the metal & a huge swirly scratch to my passenger door which shouldn t have even been touched(there was no damage to that door). There s a piece of plastic under my passenger front fender-well that was supposed to have the pins replaced(wasn t done). My auto start/stop system was throwing an error every time I turned my car on & they didn t fix that either. When I emailed about these issues they stated that they seen the scratches & it didn t happen in their shop & then stopped emailing back/ignored them. However it happened they were responsible for anything that happened to my car while it was in their possession. I will never be using this business again & I suggest everyone be extremely cautious trusting them to completely repair your vehicle if you want it done right. God forbid they damage your vehicle. They re not professional/respectful enough to acknowledge their mistakes & make it right.

There's really not enough I can say about this awesome ford dealer an service so I'll try an keep it short an sweet we were traveling from Florida to California an ran into some front end issues I had changed tie rod ends an all was good till we hit edge of tenn part faild an had to do a fast change on the road got up an going to only get to near were this dealership was limped it 15 miles pulling 45 ft 5th wheel any way that was a Sunday. Monday morning me an the wife walked in told our story an how we needed back on the road the instantly got the truck in an did not let off tring to figure it out 4 hrs non stop an they got it all fixed up for us an on the road my family can't thank yall enough I wish there were more dealerships out there like yall.....

Only complaint I have is the labor charges. My vehicle service was completed in a little less than 2 hours and labor fee was $490. The parts cost was around $100. The labor fee is just plain out ridiculous. $490 for 2 hours of service is not reasonable. I don t see how that high of labor charges is justified. Other than the than the ridiculous labor charge everything else was ok. I think the service department needs to greet us customers pulling in instead of leaving it to us wondering if it s ok to pull in and us walking in to find someone to assist us with why we re there. I did appreciate that our service there was done in a couple hours and not half a day.

Pretty decent service department. Never bought a vehicle there. My newer Ford I got from Nissan Dealership, but they can't fix it ever. This place is good, BUT like any dealership, EXPENSIVE! Parts are outrageously priced. Boy, are they proud of them. If you can do it yourself or go to a mechanic that you pay for, do it. If it's in warranty, they are awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and great warranty work.

I crashed my Explorer into another car. Mark Smith was super attentive and had an estimate for my insurance company that day. Got approval the next day. The entire experience went off without a hutch. And they completed the work on schedule. It looks like nothing ever happened.

Highly recommend buying from smith ford! I bought a used vehicle from them had to drive 9 hours to there location. Bobby the sales person sent me all the info I needed and described it very good. 100% honest and trustworthy not once did I feel pressured. Just a great place go check them out you won't be disappointed.

We ordered our vehicle out of state but it was an easy process. Communication was great once it arrived and everything was ready to go when we went down to pick it up. They reviewed features of the truck and after a test drive and paperwork we were on our way.

We love our new Ford Mach E, the comfort is beyond what we expected. Plenty of room for our luggage, along with our family dog, Sadie. Having moved to Arkansas from Florida, we decided to trade our Ford Lightning for the Mach E, due to wanting more miles with traveling. Our salesman Bobby and owner of the dealership, along with everyone at Smith Ford made us fell very welcome as they invited us into their home. We will return to purchase any of our vehicle needs in the future!!

Smith Ford has treated me fairly when buying and the service department has taken care of 9 different Ford vehicles for 3 family members and myself. All vehicles require service and repairs over time- Having a well trained, honest and capable service department will keep your vehicles on the road. Smith Ford has an excellent service team and goes out of their way to help me maintain safe vehicles for my family and myself.

Sales department has been great to me through several vehicles but the service department does not match them in any way. Appointments times are given out but never followed. I was told that appointments are made for the day and not a specific time. Something as simple as an oil change scheduled for a specific time could be an hours long wait. The service department management needs to work on customer service in a big way.
