Pretty much right in and done. I bought and brought my own parts due to budget reasons. They didn't complain and went to work. They did good work, and the people were very professional and friendly.

This is the place to go for good deals on tires and the people there are absolutely awesome!! They are very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions and didn t try to rush me even though it was after their closing time and they got me fixed up. They helped me with some really good used tires and I got 2 tires put on and balanced for less than one of the cheapest tires at Walmart cost. They were honest with me and didn t try to get me to get more than what I needed and that s a rare trait these days.They were super fast so you are not hanging around forever waiting but they don t skimp on the quality of the product or the job they do. I just can t say enough about Riley s Beacon Tire & Muffler. You will be completely satisfied with the quality of the products and service and the experience that you will have there.

I called in desperate need of a cheap used tire. Robert quoted me a great price for a used tire. When I got there I didn't expect to be treated with such great hospitality and the tire he sold me was in great condition with way more tread on it than I expected. He really took care of me. Best prices in town. Great customer service and relations. He communicated and guided me with what the best option concerning which brakes and which tires needed moved or replaced. Well worth it. Never far off the estimate. Brought my car in to change my fuel filter and it took him less than an hour to change. Charged me the pro rated time and not the full hour minimum. Excellent and friendly service.

Very friendly, helps you get what you need for the price you can afford. We had a doc appointment at UAMS and on the way back our tire, got really bad. We couldn't afford a brand new tire, but he found us a really nice, good used tire.

This place is terrible I took a tire to them to be replaced and they put the wrong size on.. didn't notice till I drove vehicle and had trans problems.. never used these folks

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would do not let this man touch your vehicle. He is a HUGE RIP OFF. He will have your car for months and and it still not work correctly. He will fix one thing and break another and the one thing he fixed isn t fixed; and clam it isn t his fault and will be very rude about it! I honestly don t see how this place isn t shut down. RUUNNNNN from this place! Let me not forget that he will OVERCHARGE YOU LIKE CRAZY this is a SCAM BUSINESS!

Quoted $250 to get muffler repaired. When my husband went to pay, they charged him $500! When he questioned why the price was double what was quoted they said they would either leave it on the lift or he could pay. So rude & so unprofessional. Staff was friendly but the owner tried to get over on me. He told me a certain price on the phone and when I took it to get it fixed he went up an extra 800$ or I couldn't get my vehicle back. This was so unprofessional and very frustrating being that I needed my vehicle for my 4 kids and to work out of. I was very disappointed and shocked. He eventually took a part back off and charged me 300$ more. This was still unfair but I had 300 more dollars to spend, not 8 so I paid it because I need my vehicle. Though I had great experience with his staff(wife) being so nice, I will not be going back for anything more. I need my vehicle and can't afford to lose it because of a mechanic's dishonesty.

Took my car here to get the catalytic converters (2) replaced, the work done was good, but he charged me $50 core charge per catalytic converter they both were gutted out. Not only did they remove the valuable metals from inside of the converters, he charged me $100 for the converter shells. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Had part of my exhaust replaced here. $130 out the door. Not even 2 weeks later do I have a massive exhaust leak from where my Y-Pipe meets the muffler. Took it to a dealership to get the leak fixed, turns out the guys at Riley's Beacon Tire and Muffler didn't orient the my exhaust correctly when welding it back together. Now I get to pay $750 to get the entire exhaust replaced. Would not recommend to anyone. A 14 year old, one armed welding apprentice could have done a better job. $880 later, the mistake they made has been corrected. DO NOT GO HERE. You see all the terrible reviews on this place. I was skeptical at first and just figured some of these people were overexaggerating. How wrong I was. The only thing overexaggerating was this places absolute dumpster level quality and service.Service: Exhaust

I wish there was a rating lower than one star these people are careless and don't take responsibility for there mistakes and actions. I went to have a glass pack put in and instead he put a straight pipe in, no glass pack (which was sitting in my car) and no explanation other then "oh. Sorry I forgot." When I said it needed to be fixed he said to come another day and he had more jobs that day. Just saying it's always good to finish the job you start before taking another one. Not only that but I paid almost 100 dollars more then the price we agreed on when he started. I will never go back.Service: Exhaust

Had an emergency situation and was greeted with prompt quick service. I live on a budget and don't have much but was still warmly greeted and worked with me on finances. I am very impressed and will be a customer for life. Thank you Riley beacon, you saved my tail.

Worst mechanic they could have. Checked if truck had oil and he said yes. My husband checked it and the Mechanic responded "oh o checked the wrong thing, I checked the transmission fluid"!! Mind you, we had to take truck back twice because they never fixed the leak. We have used this place before and now won't go back because of the mechanic. Paid $1200 for four tires and nothing else but trouble!Service: Engine repair

Great customer service and very reasonable prices! They did a wonderful job on my mother in law s Toyota Carolla. It sounded like a loud bumble bee before we took it here and after they worked on it, it was so quiet that we didn t even hear them pull the car around when they were finished! We will definitely use them again for any future muffler work!

Alright I'm posting this review as someone who has reviewed 6 exhaust shops across arkansas. This shop has to be the highest priced shop I have ever seen. Just to delete mufflers he quoted me 200$. I said thanks but no thanks, I'll go elsewhere. 5 mins later he said alright I'll do 150. No sir, I'll pass thank you. Alright 100$. Do not go here whatever you do.

This is probably the best all- round mechanic shops I ever used. No matter what the problem Ive had it was no problem for them. From auto repair to replacement tires they handle it. Also they've always accomplished 1 thing that no other shop has done for me, they finished the job when they said they would, at the price they said they would.

Horrible service. The price he quoted was MUCH higher than what I was forced to pay. He gave me 0 explanations on the labor cost and never called to notify me of my vehicle being ready for pick up. DO NOT RECOMMEND.Services: Exhaust, Engine repairServices: Exhaust, Engine repair

I was looking for a pair of used tires, just to get by until I can do some suspension work. They had a set with better tread than expected. Had me in & out quickly and price was reasonable.

Never again. BEWARE!!!!! Charged me a totally different price than what was quoted by $30. They put on a totally different tire than what I had asked for. The owner has zero customer service skills and could care less about the reputation of this business. I m trying to wrap my mind around how they stay in business after reading all these horrible reviews. I usually read reviews on everything but skipped on this- HUGE mistake.

I have been going to Riley's Beacon for over 4 years. Everything from front hub assemblies & oil changes to having my transmission rebuilt. They have always been more than fair. Like any shop there will occasionally be issues, but if you talk to the owner he will make it right. I highly recommend this shop.

I reviewed them 2 years ago at 5 stars, went back for replacement tire. He was able to fix for $20!! 10 stars! Great service, friendly people.

On the sign it says ALL USED TIRES MOUNTED AND BALANCED $35. Just know that thats not what theyre going to tell you when you pull up. Because my tire is a 215 apparently that makes the price go up 20 bucks. Thats bs and false advertising. Hope it doesn't blow out btw if you pay with card be prepared for a at least a $10 "credit card fee"

We came in to have an exhaust put on my husbands truck and while waiting another customer came in to talk to the guy about possible exchanging something and the worker jumped down this guys throat after he asked a simple question. The man wanting to exchange had to stand there for about 10 mins before anyone even helped him and when they finally came in to help, they were rude as hell. It s ridiculous.and not to mention their prices are outrageous.10/10 do NOT recommend this place.

very shady. the guy will quote you a very fair price, when work is complete he will ask for double what he quoted you. and if thats not bad enough the problem will most likely be back in a week. the lady behind the counter was very hateful and rude. i will never be back. they need negative stars its a shame that we have to give one star just to warn people to steer clear of these crooks
