Got me in and out quick. Great service, good pricing, friendly staff. Also a clean waiting area as well. I'll be back. Oak Street services all four of my vehicles.

I went to Oak Street automotive for new tires, front end alignment, and oil change. My work schedule is very demanding and I can t really get away, but they were very understanding and worked with me! Very friendly staff and knew they had my best interest in mind when I left! I know what you are all thinking, what great reviews, they sound great, good pricing, etc. I brought my car here for a wheel alignment, not only did I not get my car back after 4 hours, my alignment was still messed up. I took it right back after driving down the road and then they informed me that the mechanics were gone and it would have to wait until tomorrow. The mechanics are gone after I just picked my car up? Sounds like a lie. Whatever I left it there for the night, thankfully I had someone to come get me. Then, I wake up to a phone call telling me my ball joints were bad and they needed to be replaced. Quoted me $1900 something. Ridiculous. Why did they ever give me an alignment if my ball joints are bad? They said they were not like this when I dropped it off, but they got like that after I drove down the street and brought it right back? The only good thing was that they did not argue when I asked for a refund and I took my car elsewhere. I am a young girl, and have dealt with a fair share of mechanics trying to rip me off, but this experience was the worst. Not only did they quote me $1900, when I asked for a refund they then decided to tell me they wanted to fix their mistake and that only one of my ball joints needed replacing, which would be $198. 1900 to 198? sketchy. Don t send your daughters here.

We hate car problems but love going to Oak Street. It s woman owned and they have an incredible team. Their prices are reasonable and I never feel like I m being played. They have a cool text system that allows you to view everything and approve the work. Really nice.

Wow!!! My experience from start to finish was exemplary. My daughter s car broke down last night in our driveway. When I called this morning, they arranged the tow for me. They checked it out and communicated every step of the way. They were up front about pricing and when I got the car back it ran great. I highly recommend Oak Street Automotive. I will definitely use them again without hesitation if needed!!

I was very pleased went in just off the street a they helped me right then , on one matter then came back the next day for the rest a was very pleased. Will be back an have told others I will bringY other truck also. Very pleasant atmosphere !!!!!

Oak Street Automotive is professional, knowledgeable and always has superior service and pricing. As a veteran I appreciate that their service manager is also a veteran and getting a military discount is a huge plus. I drive over an hour round trip to give them my patronage it s well worth it

It's wonderful to find an honest mechanic you can trust.I went by there in May to buy a new Interstate battery because I had to jump my car that morning and on the way home from work. Brian had the guys look at it, clean the terminals and sent me on my way! So of course when I needed tires, I went back! Just good, honest folks!Follow up for my next oil change and tire rotation...received the same great service!

Worse customer service ever.. bills not paid? No one ever told us. They gave us the keys and told us we are good to go. Keep in mind nothing was done to my vehicle. They just looked at it. Now they are saying oh you didn't pay a labor tax or something like that. Told me I needed a part on my vehicle so they can do what they need to, to it. So I got the parts put on and made a appointment and they called me back being rude as hell.

My daughter called and told me that smoke was coming from her car. I live two hours away so I googled auto repair shops in Conway. This was the very first one I found. I called and spoke with Adam about having the car looked at. They diagnosed and repaired her car today. My daughter couldn't find a ride to pick it up and Adam said it wasn't a problem they could deliver it to her. Kathy called my daughter to get the address for delivery. Kathy, Adam, and the whole team there are amazing. I will definitely use them in the future.

I ve had several services with Oak St this year and I ve been so pleased with my experiences. I ve been treated with respect for my time and understanding of what was needed and not needed for my car. As a busy mom and business owner they have been so accommodating to work with my schedule and help me with dropping off and even delivering my car or keys! Amazing and I ll sing those praises all day long!

They have always taken good care of me they take care of all my vehicles. Their honest. Their not going to lie to you saying you needs lots of work for no reason. There's no other shop that I'll take my vehicles to.

Absolutely amazing!!! As a college student having my first car trouble away from home I was so scared but the team at oak street automotive did an amazing job! They explained pricing and what they were doing. They asked my permission before they did anything else! I will be using oak street automotive for all of my car needs!

In my own experience this automotive repair shop has always been one of the best. The work that I have had done has always been excellent without any issues. The staff are very friendly and respectful. I definitely would recommend this repair shop to anyone.

Came to Oak Street after a 3.5 week long wait at another place attached to a hefty price estimate. Within 2 days my car was repaired at over 1/2 the previous estimate. I will be using Oak Street Automotive for all repairs and maintenance on my vehicle

I have use this auto repair shop for 10 years now. I recently dropped off my car with a flat tire, and they repaired it while I was at a doctors appointment.It was ready in no time. I really like this car repair shop.

They did a GREAT job working on my vehicle. They where very professional and courteous. Knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it in a timely manner. They understood my financial needs and didn t take advantage of my situation. I will gladly use them again for any of my vehicles issues or repairs. I highly recommend this Family Based Business.
