Can t say enough about this business and the owner, Andrew Masterson !! Classy, intelligent, honest, fair, dependable, helpful, and just plain awesome are just a few words that come to mind thinking back on our experience with him and Masterson Motors LLC in Conway is a top-notch business worthy of 10 stars !!! Thank you, Andrew for offering us our perfect pontoon boat and going out of your way to ensure our experience was over-the-top !! If you re in the market for anything with an engine or even looking for the best window tint and installation out there, you definitely won t be disappointed using this business !! Thanks so much for everything, Andrew !!

I had been shopping for months for a specific floor layout on a pontoon boat and came across one that Andrew recently had available. Unfortunately I live over 400 miles away but I inquired about the boat anyway, got all the info I was asking for, and was sent a full walk around video showing any flaws or imperfections on the boat which were minimal as this boat is in near perfect condition. After months of shopping around and crunching numbers, I found that this boat was one of the cheapest and best condition boats I had looked at, especially for this price. So I decided to make the trip and drive down to buy the boat. Andrew was very good to work with, and worked with me through my financing process which wasn t a smooth process at all. After getting approval on the loan, I gave Andrew some money to hold the boat as my bank took almost two weeks to get him funded and he was very patient with me and the bank and easy to work with through this entire time and process. He went above and beyond to make this deal happen for me. You can tell Andrew likes what he does and he cares about his reputation and customers, I even got a did you make it home safe text the next morning after my 14 hour round trip. That s unheard of anymore and that s good customer service, I would absolutely buy from him again. Thanks again Andrew!

I am so extremely happy with the entire experience and I would highly recommend buying from this business. On a 1 to 10 rating, I give them a 20...I drove 8 hours round trip to get my new truck from Masterson's Motors. This gentleman was straight up front about the truck. He took the time to pick the truck apart and show me every scratch on the vehicle, and there wasn't very many. He actually sent me over 40 pics of the truck. He was an extremely patient, polite, and straight up great all around man. Every vehicle in his shop was top shelf quality. He definitely is best described as "QUALITY" all the way around. He doesn't sell junk vehicles.

I have been researching to Purchase a used boats for months, I saw an add on Craigslist that led me to Andrew. While I was not ready to buy at the time, he was at his desk closing a deal on another boat he had in inventory. I thought I better jump now , he goes through inventory very fast due to the great deals he makes. If you are on the fence .....jump on over and make the deal. Andrew and his crew are very professional and a pleasure to deal with ......Thanks again guys ..oh ...and by the way ....my wife only goes as high as 4 stars...her 4 ...is like a 5 ...

Been looking for a specific truck for some time. Unfortunately what I found out there that was described as "mint" was far from it. Alot of upsets but kinda what I was expecting unfortunately. Was messing around on ebay and came across what I was looking for from Andrew at Mastersons Motors. Everything about it from description to pics were amazing. Even provided a walk around YouTube video as well.. I'm about 1500 miles away so not like I could just swing in and check it out. I contacted Andrew and talked some on the phone. I asked for certain pictures of the truck in certain areas and he provided all that I asked for. I took the risk and bought it off ebay. He helped out by keeping truck safe and sound inside his shop for me for almost 2 weeks for me to be able to get there to get the truck. I booked a flight and flew done to get the truck and make the 1500 mile journey home. Walking into his shop the truck was in better condition than even described. Truly a time capsle and exactly what I was looking for. His price was more than far for what he was offering and overall and exceptional person to deal with. After a little garage talk BS I hit the road in my new purchase. 1540 miles later, and few tank fulls and alot of beef jerky I made it home. Not one issue at all with vehicle and couldn't be happier. Andrew at Mastersons Motors is a true stand up guy and look forward to watch what else he has for sale to add to my collection.

5 star business! Purchased a used truck from masterson motors 3-30-2019. The transaction was simple, easy, and professional. Most importantly honest! Almost 8 hours drive one way could be more happier.

Just bought a 2013 GMC Sierra at Mastersons motors and wow what an easy transaction!!!! You can tell the vehicles sold here are top notch condition if not they are made that way prior to sale. Owner is upfront with everything and really nice to deal with. I wouldn t hesitate one bit to buy from Mastersons motors again! Thanks for everything!!!

Andrew went over every detail of the truck I purchased from them, definitely one of the cleanest 17 year old trucks I ve purchased! Highly recommend them if you want to buy quality used vehicles!

Seen his vehicles online and they were all clean and found the one I was looking for so drove the 2&1/2 hours to look and it was all he said it was. On top of that there was a nice not over powering nice young man that answered all l needed to know. I would recommend anyone to him. Thanks for the great vehicle

I wouldn't come to this place if it my last option my friends and I had an issue with our car and they wouldn't help or at least loan us tools or water . Just so the owners know were humans too.
