My previous Honda Accord was amazing! I am parting ways with it after 10.5 years and 196k miles. It was and is a great car!Because the Honda dealership in Fort Smith is not client focused or ethical, ask me how I know, I chose to stay with Honda but use a different dealership.If you haven t, you need to try Honda World of Conway. We knew what we wanted and through phone calls, text and email, we completed all the steps so we could walk in at 6pm, sign some papers and be back on the road in an hour or so.The staff and sales team were just so professional and easy to deal with. I couldn t have asked for a better experience. The transparency on all the numbers also was a positive experience and we felt very comfortable with the asking price. It was nice to have a customer loyalty discount for being a Honda owner.

I m new to Honda World and the service dept. has been a great experience each visit. Oil change, recall & a technical issue fixed quick. They offer a shuttle service if wait times are a little long and the waiting area is comfortable with drinks and snacks. Jason has been very pleasant and knowledgeable to work with. Thank you!

Nothing I say here will be high enough for the experience my husband and I had. Rusty and his team were absolutely amazing. Treated us with respect, were incredibly friendly, and didn t try to take advantage of us. Explained everything in a way we can understand, and gave us every option. I will definitely be going back when the time comes, as well as telling others to go to them. I keep Rusty s card on me and have already told others to go to him.

Kim in the service department at Honda World was wonderful to work with. She helped me determine the best actions to take to ensure I have a reliable car for my commute. The service technician made sure the car was done in a timely manner and cleaner than I delivered it to them. Thank you to Honda World of Conway, I will be back for future service!

Had a great experience working with Ryan! It was a very busy day at Honda World unfortunately for me but Ryan kept me entertained and got me into the vehicle I wanted. Brain was my finance representative and he made signing those thousand documents easy and quick.

Customer for over 20 years.Always excellent sales, service, finance and managerial staff.They always follow up with additional attention to detail and communications in service to the customer as well. Very much appreciate all they do as not all dealerships operate this well!Updated 1/3/24Still the best sales, service, finance, and managerial staff. Any concerns, thoughts, or planned services, are addressed promptly and in language that is easy to follow yet thorough. Far and away the best car dealership our family has worked with and will continue to in the future.

Our purchase began with a Test Drive on Black Friday. We stated up front that no purchase would be made that day, but would come at years end. They stayed in touch, but didn't overwhelm us. I contacted several dealers asking for their best OTD price on a CR-V. No haggling or dealership games. Honda World's price was the best by far. Our Salesman, Jessie, was great to work with. Everything promised to us was delivered, and there was no high pressure to buy accessories we didn't want or need. Even though we don't live in the area, it was worth the two hour drive to purchase a vehicle in this way. Would recommend without hesitation.

This was my first visit to Honda World Conway. I purchased my car there in October and it was time for an oil change. Pierre helped me make my appointment for my oil change and to have a couple of items fixed. I had a service manager welcome me as soon as I pulled in. They kept me updated on the progress, changed my oil, fixed the speaker and seat and I was finished in less than an hour and a half. I will be back! Thanks

I was experiencing sensitivity with my lane keep assist, and service representative Wendell Williams ensured that I received top notch service to ensure my vehicle was taken care. He thoroughly explained the problem & solution. I highly recommend Honda Worlds service department.

I went to Honda World to have my new car serviced for the first time (oil change, tore rotation, complimentary car wash) and it was a great experience! I scheduled my appointment the day before, pulled in about 5 minutes late but still got right in and pulled out in less than 40 minutes. Every person I spoke with was very pleasant and professional and I still feel like Bryan and Jesse are the best (and most patient ) salesmen ever!

I drive from Little Rock to have my vehicle serviced. I don t regret a single mile. From the warm greeting to the detailed release of the vehicle, it s a good experience. While waiting, I also pay attention to how other customers are spoken with, always by name, with assurance and clarity. I love it!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience dealing with Dylan Doss at Honda World, who got us the exact car I wanted. It was all straightforward, no high-pressure sales tactics (this was the reason our son had recommended HW to us from when he purchased a car from them, and he was right), and Dylan was extremely helpful in keeping us informed on everything throughout the process. Now I'm the happy owner of my first Honda. I highly recommend Dylan and Honda World!

For context, I didn't want to "have" to buy another car. My old car decided to start a drum solo in the engine bay and the repair would cost more than the vehicle was worth. Honda World of Conway had the car I wanted, in the color and trim level I wanted so, off I go to Conway. Savannah was extremely helpful on the phone and even more so in person. She's friendly and made the stress of having to buy a car as easy as it could be. No dealership salesperson vibe at all. I was concerned about spending half my day there but, from start to finish, I was only there for 2 hours. Overall, I'm happy I chose to drive 20 miles out of my way based on my experience. I'll buy my next car there, for sure.

I've been here a time or two before in years past and this is the best it's ever been. Lovely and comfy place to wait, and great people there. Really helpful and were willing to talk to me about what was going on. Plus the work was quick.Will be going back to keep my old civic trucking

I had to call at least 3-4 times this morning to change my time to go To Honda World. Each call was greeted so nice and never for one second acted like why cant she make up her mind ! Each person was so understanding and helpful!

Oil change with tire rotation requested on my wife s car. Appointment time given day before, we arrived as planned to drop off for service. We received a call from Bob with service to let us know the car was ready and all service was completed. We picked up the car with all requests completed. Staff was very helpful and made the experience great. Thanks.

I just had my 60,000 service on my 2019 Honda Pilot at Honda World of Conway and their service continues to be exceptional from the call to set the appointment, the service write up, the service technician s, explanations of the service provided and the summary of the current vehicle status. Then I got to confidently drive away in the snow. January 05, 2024..

My service on my Ridgeline had always been outstanding! I have went by Honda world at different times for small things that my truck was doing and they ve always been courteous and accommodating no matter what even if I had an appointment or not Honda world is outstanding on services as far as I m concerned, recommend them to anyone

We have had to deal with their service department multiple times over the last year. For the most part, they have been helpful. However, after a repair, the technician did not properly attach our battery again and we lost all power while driving on the interstate with my child in the car. They promised to make it right , but their version of this was offering 10% off a service. I would avoid this service department at all costs! They are overpriced, sloppy, and make promises that they do not keep!

The staff is extremely hospitable. They get you in and out as quick as they can while maintaining great customer service. They're always ready to assist you at any time and I couldn't ask for much better service from a service department.

I haven't been to a Honda dealership that wasn't a good one and this one doesn't disappoint either. The waiting area is very nice. Snacks and drinks are available. Clean service area and bathrooms . They service more than just Hondas as well.

I have been getting my 2007 Honda Accord serviced at Honda World of Conway since I moved here two years ago. I drive my car constantly since I am retired and my daughter lives in central Missouri. The team always seams to have open appointments and get me in and out quickly. I was surprised to see my next oil change is at 301,000 miles! Awesome car and awesome people taking care of it. Thank you for everything you do!

I was in a bind. Safelite failed in providing the complete service of replacing my windshield. (See my review for Safelite). I called Honda World and they provided quick, accurate, and complete service to get me going. They have a top notch service team. I am thankful some businesses are worth the relationship.

I had a wonderful experience at Honda World in Conway. Our salesperson, Tammy, was very attentive, very professional, and didn t waste our time. The facility is beautiful, the staff all are friendly. I would shop there again, I recommend you check them out!
