Awesome experience!! Came in on a Friday afternoon, hoping they would take a look at my front bumper to tell me what could be done and how much it would cost. They were super friendly and efficient. Not only took a look, but went ahead and repaired it, AND didn't charge me a dime! Wow! How's that for service?! I highly recommend this business!!

Halter s did an exceptional job repairing my truck! My wife and I received excellent customer service as well. Repairs were completed on time and the shop kept us informed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend.

The staff here are wonderful individuals who consistently provide excellent, courteous, and professional service. The caliber of their customer service and craftsmanship has been consistently high, justifying the 3-4 month wait for their services.

Had a wonderful experience with Halters! Took it on a Monday got it back Wednesday afternoon! They had to replace my front right fender and headlight! Can t even tell that it had been hit! They have a great crew and the ladies in office are super sweet! Highly recommend this body shop!

Great service, great work. There is a reason you have to wait to get in with them. Do yourself a favor, if you can wait to get your vehcile in with Halter's Body Shop, then do that. Will be using them again in the future for any work needed again.

Best place in town for body or paint work. Excellent, honest folks. And they ve been in business a long time. Only place in town I go to. They may be busy at times, but it s for a good reason- they are so good that everyone knows this is the place to go!

The team did a great job repairing my vehicle. They kept me informed and worked out of their way to get things in and out of the shop with as little impact to me as possible.Even being very busy, they always had a cheerful attitude that made customers feel welcome. Overall great job.

Easy to work with, very pleasant interactions, answered lots of questions when doing the inspection for the quote. Had my car for a week or so. It was so beautiful when they were done, felt like I was getting inside a new car.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would ! This place was amazing ! Did not have my car for a long time and it looked great when they were done ! Also detailed the inside and outside of my car . And was not expecting them to organize my messy trunk as well ! I had a great experience, and If ever need more work done I will be back . 10/10 recommended !!!!!!!!Service: Auto detailing

I hit a deer in my Subaru Ascent, and I took it to a place in little rock for an estimate. It took 4 weeks, and me calling to get the quote and then I was never contacted to make an appointment to get my vehicle fixed. My husband took it to Halter's and had a quote and an appointment in 30 minutes. The quote was also $400.00 less than the other body shop. We picked up the Subaru yesterday and they did an amazing job. It looks like the day we bought it. They also detailed the car. I highly recommend Halter's.

Went to them for scratches almost all around the car. They came out look at it. Quoted me and said they could fix it no problem. Took it in was done in 45 min. Looks like a brand new car!! They even buffed my headlight that was kinda dem and that was not even talked about. They did an excellent job. Very friendly very professional. Would definitely go back for any auto problems in the future. Thank you so much.

They took care of a collision insurance claim on my vehicle. From the time I called them on the phone till the time my car was repaired, they were extremely informative, kept me updated every couple days on status of receiving parts, and were efficient with the repair. All staff I encountered were super friendly! My car looks brand new again!!

My car got into a major fender bender with a semi and my car lost unfortunately. Googled body shops and halters came out as the one with the best reviews and i see why. It took a couple months for them to get my car in but less than a week to fix it and i swear my car looks better than before i took it in!! I was so nervous about it coming back not looking the way it did before. Trust halters to make your car look as good as new!!! They did a great job on my 2015 Mustang!Was well pleased with the work done and the over all outcome. No problem with anything. Service was friendly and very good. The overall time was great for a job well done. This was my second experience with place and will return if needed again.

I've grown up in Conway and I've been aware of Halter's for a majority of my life. Anytime we've needed their services they are the first pick from my insurance. And they will always be a first pick for me as well. I didn't know how quick and efficient a business could be! Very competent! Highly recommend! My car was even detailed when I picked it up. I have used Halters for the past 20 years. While you hope you never have to use them, you can feel confident that if you do they will take care of your car. They have restored my car to look like new each time I have had repairs. They have used quality parts and do quality work. I will not trust my car to any other shop in town.

I had a scratch on hood and dent in door. Took it there and guy came out to look at it , fixed it on the spot did not charge me a dime. I would send everyone there.Sweetest people, can not say enough about these people.God bless them.Service: Body & Trim

I went in for an estimate after hitting a deer and couldn t have had a better experience. The staff was super friendly, honest, and they had me an estimate within 15 minutes. They were incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. We had an issue while driving cross country that landed us here for the night. They saw us first thing in the morning, and we were back on the road by 9am. Amazing place and everyone seemed so kind and to really know what they're doing.

I was sent here by State Farm after my car was involved in an accident, and I couldn t be happier with the work they ve done. They even cleaned the interior up, put a little gas in, and gave it a nice wash. I have never had a body shop do this! I am very satisfied with their service and would most definitely recommend to others!
