My family and I have used Discount Tires to purchase tires on nearly every one of our vehicles and they have been amazing every time. Mike and his team always do a wonderful job and have excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone!

They always do a great job of providing quality service. They have been able to work us into their schedule every time. When setting appointments they have an easy to use system with reminders and updates to keep you in the loop. Their install cost are reasonable and easy to work with even when ordering tires from other sources.

I purchased new tires and got an alignment for Discount Tire in Conway. Everyone was friendly and explained everything in great detail. I would definitely recommend coming here and will definitely be coming back.

I have attempted to use this place and my last time was today . The same lack of customer service was experienced both times and I will not be backWhen I arrived there were 3 people behind the counter none of them even acknowledged my presence said hello , be with you shortly or anything . One guy bolted and the other two remained with one customer while I stood behind them for 10 minutesTrain your employees to greet each customer , I will not stand in line for 10 minutes while you have employees walking around. I went over to Big O Tire and was greeted and taken care of right away

Very nice/clean facility and everyone I interacted with was friendly. I appreciated being able to order pay and set the appointment all online. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I set the appointment time, arrived early as they suggested, and they didn't pull my vehicle in until 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Will do business with again and recommend to others.

Went in to get a set of four tires on March 13th .. got the tires payed and left only to realize my car still had a tire vibration at interstate speeds...so I went back the next day and they balanced my tires again and one of them would not balance out the machine kept faulting and wouldn't even spin the tire .. the wheel was bent... And they had failed to tell me I had a new tire that would not balance out on the 13th.. and sent me on my way... Not only did they not even apologize for the mistake but they thought I was gonna wait for 3 hours to get my new wheel out on I was forced to buy from them.. I told them I couldn't wait all day for the car it was only like 10 am they was saying 330 ,.... I said I shouldn't have to wait at all considering this was a job y'all was supposed to do the first time I come in .. these kids running this store need to learn some customer service skills because they have none .. oh yeah I almost forgot they also didn't tighten up my screw on hubcaps properly and they was about to fall off when I went back ..

Went in to get some air in my tires as the cold has cause them to seep sand the kid came out asking to scan my car what my name, number and what not. I told the kid I know I need new tires they are close to the wear indicators I m not here to buy tires right more I just need to top off my tires air so the light won t come on. And wouldn t let me until I gave him the info. So he could call me if my tires are recalled And sell me new ones. Come on when someone comes in for air just help them with that and doing badger then I can promise you you will have a customer. I ve bought multiple sets of tires and wheels from discount tires (the Jonesboro location) and ever since I had a great customer experience with the Jonesboro location. But will not be back to this location again.

Simply marvelous customer service! My tires were seriously tired and lost their summer air...the nice young man checked them all and with a smile brought them back to life. No charge! WOW.

Glad they opened up in Conway, hands down best place with professional service for tires, sure some places might be just a little cheaper but you get what you pay for and honestly their prices were better than i found and the service was 10x as good. They will take care of you !! Just had my free rotate and balance, thks again !!! Im buying all my tires here from now on !!!

Why do y'all make appointments with a time and then put the customer in line with the other customers who were walk ins? This has happened twice at this location and I recently found out it happened to my brother in Dallas. If this doesn't change I'll be happy to give my money to another company. I've been a Discount Tire customer since 1991.

Fixed my tire for free even though bought at SAM'S. Sams Club who I bought the tire from told me it would be three days before they could even look at it. Staff at this place is friendly and helpful. I will be coming here for my tire needs in the future.

I have had NOTHNG but a good experience with Discount Tire. Within the last 6 months or so, I have purchased brand new tires for my car, tires for my husbands truck, and also tires for his other truck. I also purchased wheels for my car with them! Brayden and Cameron have been nothing but great! Great company and very respectful and trustworthy! I have recommended them to several people and will continue doing so!! Thank you for always taking care of us!!!

My tire low light was on and I aired tires to 32. Light still on. Stopped at Discount tire and they got light out in about 10 minutes. Excellent service.

I have recommended Discount Tire to many. However, my last experience there was sorry. I had a nail in my sidewall so they had to replace. It took two days to get the tire and then when they installed the problems began. They could not figure out how to use the lock on my spare although they had used it put the spare on. It is weird, so I went out to help. Then they dropped the key down inside the wheel of the spare and left it. I had to say something to get them to retrieve. Showed me they just did not care. Then when I was about to leave looked at the dash and they did not reset my TPMS. He did not know how to do it so he asked a senior employee. Who muttered something and walked off. Finally, the kid figured it out. When I got home I noticed they left the bib that goes between my spare and the holder hanging down so now I must lower the tire and get it fitted correctly. Complete ignorance and not caring about their work. I am in auto sales and will gladly tell all I meet.03/01/24Was hoping these clowns had improved.Called in to see if they service the lease account for my company truck. Mike answered the phone and looked up the information and suggested tires. Great. Told him I would be in the store within 40 minutes.I came in and Mike was walking out to inspect a vehicle they had just put tires on. He remembered my call and said he would be right with me after the inspection. He came in and waited on another customer instead that came in after me. OK. I thought well, I will be next. Nope, he then went out to the shop and came back. Being patient, I sat down and waited 15 more minutes. I watched him walk to the back. I waited another 5 minutes. He never addressed me again. I walked to my truck and left.I guess a $1500 tire sale was not that important to Mike. It was important to Big O Tires. Got me in and out in less than an hour.My time is pretty valuable and every minute I waste is time I am not making money. Thanks Mike.BTW, Mike manages the Conway location.03/03/24Chandler, owner, sent an email for me to contact them.........Chandler,Go ahead and say what you have to say right here in this review. I'd like everyone to see what your resolve is. I have said what I need to say and have given all the details.

I have been having one of those days for the past year I swear and I went to pick up my daughter from Conway and realized I wouldn t make it home on my tires but also didn t plan for that expense. Stopped by to see what they had and Travis and his team were super friendly they looked at all possible options and got me the tires I needed in a range I could afford . Sometimes life puts people in the right spot to make you feel hopeful again. I am so grateful for Travis and the team at discount tire in Conway Arkansas!

Today I went to get tires rotated and balanced at 32,000 miles on tires with 50,000 mile warranty but the guy said I need new tires. I paid $551 for this set and now with prorated new tires it will be $605. I should have 18k miles left on this set. It doesn t make sense to me Discount Tires!!! I will go to Austin Bros to get a new set when these need replacing. Thanks but no thanks!! -S. Smith

Justin is the BEST!!! We got a flat while driving from NC to AZ, as we traveled with our cat & dog. Justin was able to help us IMMEDIATELY, patched our tire quick as can be & gave us nothing but genuine kindness the entire time.Shoutout to Justin for everything, he went above & beyond. My boyfriend, cat, dog & I could not be more thankful!

After a flat, being towed and then being told by the competition in Conway that they couldn t get my size tire , I connected with Travis at Discount Tire who handled my issue with so much professionalism and attentiveness.. he made sure my tires for my Porsche Panamera were found and put on in same day as ordered and was above and beyond helpful. Highly recommend for friendly professional staff!!

Really like the shop and the people. What i don't like is it's not a full-service tire shop. Doing alignments, ball joints, struts, the other critical factors in what makes a new tire feel like a new ride.

Excellent service. My wait time was maybe 15-20 minutes. I had an appointment. Technicians are personable and professional. You can buy tires online and the call to set up an appointment. Very easy.

Discount tire has become our go to tire store. Their service is second to none. The staff at the Conway Arkansas location are always friendly and helpful.
