Greg and his team are true professionals and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy! I am so grateful for the care and attention they took in repairing the dent on my car. It came out great, and I am thrilled! I would highly recommend Dent Masters of Arkansas for anyone needing dent repair work.

Fantastic service! Dent Masters saved me the hassle (and annoyance) of dealing with my insurance company for the hail damage received earlier this year. Not only that, but they left my car looking better than it did even before the damage. To my surprise, they had my vehicle ready ahead of schedule and even detailed it before I picked it up. It's not very often that something unexpected AND positive happens with a business. I drove off satisfied with the service (and then some). Hopefully I don't get any more hail damage to my car. But, if I do, I know where I'll be taking it again.

I had two vehicles with major hail damage. Contacted Kim and crew at Dentmasters of Arkansas. Great Experience!!! Kim worked with our insurance company to make sure everything was repaired properly. The work was AMAZING and done in a timely manner. Great communication and a schedule that you can count on. Very professional Business! 100% Recommend Dentmasters of Arkansas !!!

Greg and his team at dent masters are amazing. True masters of their craft . I had significant hail damage, and you can't find one spot on my truck. Attention to detail goes a long ways and it shows in the finished product. I could not be happier .

Just picked my car up from Dent Masters and honestly can t even tell it had pretty severe hail damage. Looks like the day I bought it. Very professional and fast, and kept to their word on when they will get me my car back. Hoping for no more hail damage but will definitely go back.

I had high hopes for this place based on all the raving reviews but unfortunately, I can't say the same about our experience.We called in mid-June and were told that we would need to bring it by for an initial estimate, which we had to schedule for approximately 4.5 weeks out due to them being backed up. This was not an issue at all as most shops in our area are in the same situation. There was a work schedule change between the original contact and the appointment, so we reached out and tried to reschedule for something later that same day. We were told that they absolutely had to have it there first thing in the morning but that it would be done by 230 PM so the vehicle could be picked up in afternoon with no issues. The vehicle was dropped off well before they opened and when we returned at approximately 3 PM to pick it up, we were told that it had yet to be touched and if we could just wait an hour or so they could get to it. We left, frustrated and later received a call with an apology and an offer to pick it up the next day. We were told they would pick the vehicle up around 8 and return it before 230 PM. After discussing, we decided to give them another chance and when we tried to call back (less than 10 minutes later) to tell them it would be fine to move forward with that plan, there was no answer. After multiple attempts to contact them and leaving messages with no return call, we decided to go with a different shop. VERY FRUSTRATING! They have lost our business and we could not in good conscience recommend them to anyone who asked

Friendly, respectful, and courteous. They removed a ding in my door and reseated my front lower grill that had popped out of place when a floor tile hit it on the freeway. Also, they gave me a ride to work while they repaired my car. Excellent and fast service. Can't say enough about them. All I can say is...what dent?!

Greg and his team work tirelessly to get the repairs done in a timely manner with great detail and efficiency! Having never been through this type of claim(hail damage) before, i wasn't sure how i needed to proceed. Greg walked me through each step and I will never be able to thank him enough for his professionalism and knowledge. My car looks amazing!

They did an amazing job on my car! Took it in for hail damage and they even replaced my grille that was broken. They go above and beyond. Detailed my car inside and out. I am thrilled with the results from Dent Masters! This was the second time for a needed repair on my treasured 2014 Mustang. This time a deer ran in to her with damage to the driver s door and rear quarter panel on the body line. The entire experience was wonderful from beginning to end with guidance through the process to picking up my detailed car once the repair was complete. Greg s paintless dent repair skills are impeccable. He is meticulous with a client s vehicle and provides a superior repair result. You may try to search for evidence of damage, but you will not find it. Thank you Dent Masters for helping keep my ride beautiful.

There is no one I trust more with my vehicles than Greg and the Team at Dent Masters. Top notch service from beginning to end. One word describes Dent Master s work EXCELLENT. I just had them repair over $10,000.00 worth of hail damage on my new 2022 F-150. My truck had hundreds of dents over the top, hood and driver side panels. Most small but a number of larger dents also. When I got my truck back, I could not believe the result, it looked like it had never been dented. I spent over an hour looking and feeling for any signs of the previous dents while I hand washed the truck and could find no indication it had ever been damaged. Incredible! In addition, Craig and his staff are excellent folks to work with. Greg spent over a month working with State Farm to get proper reimbursement for his work. I had previously taken the truck to Dent Doctor in Little Rock and they gave up after multiple attempts trying to get State Farm to properly pay for the damage. There is no better place in my opinion to get your vehicle repaired then Dent Masters in Conway.

To begin with, Devon and Jared are awesome! I took my car in for some hail damage and these guys did an amazing job on removing it. My car looks great! I dealt with Devon as far as the paperwork, etc and he has to be the friendliest guy around. Makes you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you walk in until you leave. These guys care about their customers and it shows. Tremendously. You can't beat that! I highly recommend Dent Masters.

I have used Dent Masters of Arkansas in Conway twice for two separate cars. One, my Honda Odyssey after I ran into the basketball goal with my front bumper and second, when my husband decided to move the fence post with his new Toyota Tundra - haha. (We can laugh now :) Anyway, the skill with which they fixed both cars was really unbelievable! You can not see the dent, nor any paint issues with either bumper. The professionalism, communication, and skill are second to none and worth the service! HIGHLY recommend!Service: Body & Trim

Dent Masters did an incredible job making two dents in my CRV completely disappear. They are professional, courteous and very reasonable. The estimate, the scheduling and quick work couldn't have gone any better. The owner Greg, stayed in touch. I highly highly recommend.

This place is fantastic! My in-laws have used them twice and my wife has used them once and the work has been great all around. When my wife took her Pacifica there today with the damage below, the owner came out and quickly fixed the scratch for free! Very nice people and would definitely recommend them.
