Great customer service. Waited at shop with my pup while they tinted my windows. Detailed care instructions afterwards. Love the ceramic window tint for cooling car in the summer!Would definitely recommend this company to friends

Got a great deal on a new windshield and they tint too, saved me a trip to a tint shop! The installer did a nice job on the glass and made sure the tint length was what I wanted before applying.They also sell storm doors, windows and shower glass doors.I would definitely go back!

100% Would recommend. The entire staff was very friendly way better than discount glass for the exact price! They finished my new windshield super fast and treated my car as if it were their own. If you need any kind of glass work done give them a call :)

Took longer than they had said it would to install new back glass. Younger blonde haired woman at the front desk (on the left as you enter) was very rude and used the "F word" loud enough I could hear it. She would also start complaining and speaking ill of customers when they would call the business. Was very rude to staff/coworkers, shushed them, interjected, and talked over them. You could tell she made them uneasy and made the wait far more unpleasant for myself and my grandmother.

03 GMC Savana Windshield replacement.Service was amazing. They fit me in within 18 hours.Clean waiting area. They are dog friendly, if they behave well in public.Definitely the best price in the area. My new go-to for glass needs in the area.They do all kinds of glass replacement not just autos.Thanks to the crew. Hammer & Mig

Shine and his colleagues provided excellent service and they are very professional. Everything is done within 1 hour 45 minutes including recalibration. Also, both were explained in great detail when they were working on the recalibration. Yes, I highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend Custom Glass for excellent work and superior customer service. They replaced the windshield in my 2023 Enclave that also required recalibration by the Buick dealership-. It was completed and car delivered to my home. Jess kept me informed along the way. Thank you Jess!

Needed some glass replaced to get back to NWA, Ms. Amber helped me get some wrap to close up the window until Igot home. She is fantastic and so is this company! Highly recommend!

I got a quote and was scheduled the same day. Jess in the office was very friendly and helpful when quoting me and setting my appointment! The 2 gentleman that fixed my windshield were so nice, professional, and friendly! They had my windshield fixed within an hour! Even better, they came to me! I will be using custom glass if I ever come into any glass problem again!

The employees were friendly and the woman from the front desk helped me get the mirror out of my vehicle to bring it inside. I dropped it off for them to cut down to the size that I needed. They called me a few days later, on a Friday, and told me it was ready to pick up. When I showed up on Monday morning, the woman went back to get my mirror, and a man carried it from the back. He told me that my mirror had been broken in the process of trying to cut it, and that we would split the price of the new mirror. He went and did the math and told me I owed them $50 for the mirror, which is five times the amount that they quoted me to have my mirror cut. I felt ambushed, and they should have called when my mirror broke to ask me how I wanted to proceed. The mirror was free, and came with our house when we bought it. I would have just let it go if they would have told me that I would be paying much more for a new piece of mirror. Since the mirror was already cut, my name was labeled on the back, and I am not a confrontational person, I paid what he told me, but I will never go back to Custom Glass of Conway, or recommend them.

Got the quote (no insurance) for my windshield and set up my appointment online. When I got there for my appointment, they had the bay open for me and had me out in 30 minutes. Loved working with them!

I came here in Feb 2020 to get an IKEA glass insert matched up and cut. The price was beyond fantastic and the service was awesome as well. They called me as soon as the order was done which was great, especially due to the fact that my order wasn t just a massive money maker for them. They still treated me with respect. I WILL be using them for my future vehicle and home needs when I m ready.

Custom Glass was excellent! I called to get a quote for my car and I told them the wrong year. When I called back with the right year, they said they would honor the original price they quoted which was cheaper. They have a nice and friendly staff and I'm happy with the service I received. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of glass services.

Desperately needed a windshield, my insurance agent hooked me up with Custom Glass.They got me in the same day and was out in less than an hour. I was greeted by a friendly and expert staff. Great atmosphere and great results. Will highly recommend.

These folks do a very fine job. We had a small job to replace two broken metal-framed window panes and replace/repair three window screens. A small job. They were easy to work with. They were highly recommended and they lived up to their reputation.

My car was broken into by someone shattering my passenger window. This happened on a Friday and, with it being close to the weekend, many glass dealers were unable to get my window replaced before Monday. However, Custom Glass of Conway took care of me. Billy went of out his way that same day to drive to North Little Rock himself to pick up my replacement window and also installed it in my car in Conway hours later. Excellent quality of service!

Custom Glass of Conway replaced an antique mirror for us with a new mirror. They did an amazing job! The new mirror is very high quality and we are extremely pleased with their work and their interest in helping us. They also preserved the quality of the antique wood frame around the mirror. Greg and his crew at Custom Glass has done screens for our porch, tempered glass for our sun room, and auto glass chip replacement. Each time, they did it right the first time. I recommend them highly and wouldn t trust anyone else

Called around for a rough quote regarding windshield chip damage and Conway Glass was the only one that asked questions about the damage and how long the repair would take without any prompting. Added they would do the work that day to prevent contamination and the chip from turning into crack. Brought the car in and the repair process was explained. Repair was less than 25 minute from check-in to check-out and you could not see where the chip had previously occurred. Definitely would use them again if the need occurred.

CLASS ONE SERVICE!Easy to schedule appt with Cheryl ( very nice and professional lady). Billy the installer was ready to work ON TIME when my appt was scheduled. This guy knows his stuff and he is QUICK and took special care of my wife's Toyota Avalon. Done in no time! Dont let their low prices speak for the quality of service to expect. They have earned a lifetime customer. They even do door glass too!

Went here got a rear window replacement on my truck. They were able to order it and change it in the same day. I had a very pleasant experience here the staff was more than helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them
