Don't go to the maintenance department for anything, paid 220$ for front end alignment which is just ridiculous. Then they failed to even correct the misalignment and some how made it noticably worse. I purchased my Forte from the Crain family with no problems but the service and part centers have underperformed time and time again. I do not recommend unless you have a complimentary service package.Service: Auto maintenance

The new management at the Crain Kia (of Conway) service department listened to me. It has been a long time needed. He reviewed the history of the work being done on the suspension of my Forte, recognized the run-a-round that was happening on my repair and made sure my car was fixed correctly and a fair price.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair
