I purchased my 5th Kia last week. It was my first purchase at this location and it was the best of them all. Would like to thank LAMAR AND QUIN for putting up with all my questions...these guy will work with you even when what you want is impossible!!I can be frustrating because I am not a trustful person...but they put up with me and I got what I wanted ..huh not all but we worked it out...great people..lady at front desk was also great!! LAMAR helped me with all the new gadgets...QUIN has an awesome computer raised desk...cool...Thanks guys..I love my car!!

We had a wonderful experience at Crain in Kia in Conway! I called two weeks ahead of time and they reserved the car for us and had it pulled up for us when we got here! Chris and Alicia were great to work with and got us the car we wanted! It was the best car experience we have ever had! The team was so respectful and nice and worked out a great deal for us! Thank you!

Kia Conway took care of my 24 K5 with exceptional quality. They were very kind and had a clean waiting room where I could sit with Wi-Fi available and snacks for the time that it would take to perform the service. I was greeted with smiling faces and very helpful staff that led me where I needed to go and the additional steps they took to explain certain things to me and help me understand what I was buying was very appreciated. Delilah was super helpful as my service advisor and I had a great time speaking with them. And it was also very kind that they washed my car and vacuumed my front seats for me. Unexpected, but appreciated.

Took 3 hours for an oil change/tire rotation for my fianc� and I with a booked appointment. We got passed along to a different service technician who never came to speak to us after something came up with our other technician that checked us in. After sitting there for 2 hours we tried to talk to our new service technician but she was on the phone so someone said they would ask her about the wait when she got off. Again never heard from her. Then our original guy came back and still didn t check on us. It took us getting help from someone on the sales floor to go speak to them for us to go get our vehicle that had been ready just sitting there. Just overall very dissatisfied with the quality of customer service today.

So, I always purchased cash cars until my last one quit on me. My sister referred to Crain to find cars. But she said that Demetrius Williams would be great with assisting me and to call him to better assist me. I made the call and got a proved. He helped me find and receive an amazing 2020 for escape. He has great customer service , very patient, eager to help and determined to satisfy you.

I recently had the most seamless car buying experience thanks to Demetrius Williams. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, matching me with the perfect vehicle complete with all the desired features like remote start, a moon roof, and heated leather seats. The entire dealership staff was polite and courteous, making the atmosphere welcoming. The showroom was impeccably clean, and the complimentary popcorn and coffee added a nice touch. I'm thrilled with my new car and will be recommending Demetrius to anyone in search of a vehicle!

I had to take my car because of a safety recall. Crain kia of Conway quoted me that it would take two hours. I booked a time and showed up. It took exactly the two hours from start to finish and they washed my car. The waiting area was comfortable. They did have computers to use, but they were extremely outdated and slow. Everyone was friendly. Great experience.

Took OVER 2 HOURS to get my oil changed and my tires rotated!! Unacceptable!! Waited in waiting area the whole time with service personnel only coming out 1 time to ask me about my car. Finally had to go to the desk to ask about my car at the 2 hour mark! Became late for my next appointment because of the excessive wait time. Not gonna do that again!

I worked with Caleb in ordering a new KIA Carnival. I received excellent customer service, frequent communications of the status of my order. He was professional, and knowledgeable. He genuinely cared about making sure I was happy and satisfied. The entire team at Crain KIA made this a positive experience. I recommend them highly!!!

Alicia, was my sales person and her customer service is Top Tier. She is very professional she made my car experience great. She was very prompt and honest. If I had any question she answered very quickly and It was zero down for a new 2024 WAC. I was in and out less than an hour when i arrived all i had to do was sign paperwork and my car was ready. I will be referring to my family and friends.Thanks Alicia you were the best.

Yesterday I purchased my second car from Crain Kia Conway. I had the pleasure of working with Jeff. He was great. Real straight forward, which I like. He was very thorough and so patient with me. I was very indecisive and when I needed a few minutes to talk to my husband about my options, he let me do that and didn t hover. He was quick to run numbers for us and ended up getting me in the car that I wanted! Also, shout out to Caleb for answering all my questions about all the new features I didn t have in my old car. I ve been dealing with this Kia location for 10+ years and have yet to have a bad experience. Everyone is great!
