Crain Buick GMC of Conway Service Department is one of the best organized and efficient service departments I have ever used for service for the vehicles. Sarah met us upon our arrival and took us through the process in a professional and friendly manner. All of our questions were addressed, and our vehicle was ready to go before the projected completion time. This dealership has a very nice lounge area for their customers, so the wait was not bad at all. In fact, very comfortable with a good cup of coffee. My wife and I highly recommend them.

My experience with Sarah, Moose, Shannon, Killian and Aaron has been nothing short of fantastic. They have been very helpful and an all around pleasure to work with. I can't say enough good things about my recent truck buying experience at Crain Buick GMC. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Chris A, a fantastic salesperson who listened to my needs and budget. He wasn't pushy at all, but rather patiently showed me a variety of trucks that fit my criteria.Chris was incredibly knowledgeable about the features of each truck and answered all my questions thoroughly.Once I found the perfect truck, Rodolfo in finance stepped in and made the financial process a breeze. He explained everything clearly and concisely, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. Rodolfo even managed to get me the promotional interest rate!Overall, this was the most stress-free car buying experience I've ever had. Having been in the auto repair business for over 49 years, I can say I know a little about auto repair service departments.I live here in Conway AR, and my shop is in far NE Illinois. It's tough when your car needs service, and your repair shop is 750 miles away.I can't say enough good things about how I was treated when I took my Yukon in for service this am. I was waited on by Sarah Pratt, who took the time to understand what I needed to have done. Sarah is a true proffessional, something that is getting harder and harder to find these day. My problems were resolved, the vehicle was done in less than two hours, and they evern threw in a courtesy wash!All I can say if, if you need to get service here, see Sarah! You won't be disappointed!

Justin, sales manager, was very attentive to our needs and helped define our unique situation - paired us up with salesman Kenneth. Kenneth was very kind to let us make our own decisions at our own pace esp. while reviewing numbers. Pleasant change to not endure high pressure tactics. Our decision is not yet final but I definitely recommend Crain GMC Conway as a dealer to visit while in your search

They gave me a really good deal on a truck and took good care of me. The general manager was awesome, sales staff and salespeople very good and knowledgeable. They filled the truck up and detailed it. I will always come back to do business again I highly recommend them.

Great service department. Very friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to resolve a difficult sensor issue on my vehicle and followed up to ensure all was well. Remembered the issue at my next oil change and made sure to immediately ask about it.

Shannon in the Sevice Dept took the best care of me! I had a lot of work done on a vehicle through an extended warranty I purchased when I bought my vehicle and she made sure I was taken care of. Work was done in a timely manner as well.

We could not be happier with the service or the quality of work. Their guy repaired a roof on a Honda Civic that two other local shops said would have to be replaced - that there was absolutely no way to repair it. I don t know what magic they use, but the roof looks brand new. Not a dent in sight. They even repaired minor damage inside that we hadn t even noticed when we brought it in. They want you to leave happy and we definitely did.

I almost gave a 4 . I understand that they are trained to up sale you. But no means no. But what they done was done very well and fast! I was impressed when I pulled out of service. I always check to see if they left a mess under the hood and on the outside of my vehicles. It was one of the very few times out of 30 to 50 shops or more. I did not have to go back inside to have someone come outside to cleanup under the hood/outside the vehicle/inside the vehicle. Crain cares about return Service I'm 61 years old. I have seen it all!

I submitted a form online and Brad calledMe back very quickly. I arrived at the dealership and was met by Brad and told him what I was looking for. He then got Stephen W. And he assisted me from there. Stephen and his manager Lindsey took great care of me and got me in a car that I love. DOLF took care of me with the paperwork to wrap things up at the end. It was a great experience from start to finish!

Everyone was super busy but took the time to answer any and all questions and the whole process was over and done with quite quickly and they even washed and vacuumed the car after servicing! Highly recommend CraIn s service department!

I came to this dealership the week of Thanksgiving after being stranded on a long road trip with my family. I fully expected to be told to come back in a week or two, but Shannon didn t turn me away and said she would do anything to help fit me in. I waited for a couple hours on a diagnosis but when Shannon came to get me she said they completely fixed my truck AND installed my heated/cooled seat retrofit that I didn t even ask them to install. This is by far the best service I have ever received at any dealership. I only wish I lived close by so I could make this place my regular dealer.

Really friendly and good at what they do. I myself work at a dealership for Mack and Volvo. and would recommend using them again. wished I could have used them for the Full Repair of my vehicle. But due to warranty issues. With my vehicle I could not. I wished they had done the repair. I believe it would have been done right.

The customer service could and should have been a LOT better. There was no communication with me as to the progress of my vehicle and what I thought would take an hour or two, ended up taking an entire 5 days. They would not give me a car either, so I was stranded and begging others for a ride to and from work. The only reason I m giving it this many stars is because the person who drove me home when I dropped my car off, and picked me back up when it was finally done, was so nice so these stars are for him.

Overall it was good.Somehow my call to schedule service at Crain ended up with an appointment being scheduled at Superior Chevrolet??? I have no idea how this happened. I used the linked phone number on the Crain Buick website to dial. When I showed up at Crain for my 8:00 appointment they had no record of my appointment but checked me in for service. The service representative, Loren, was very courteous an professional.

I really do not enjoy car dealerships and haven t had much good luck with car salesmen in the past. This time, though, I honestly had a great experience. Brad and Jason worked together to get me the best deal they could and did not let me leave unsatisfied! I can honestly say I would purchase another vehicle here in the future.
