I have delt with this place in past they took a long time to fix my bike after I left it with them. This time I decided to have my bike done on same day it was only a tire I thought . Well I get there when they said 8 am Saturday morning and wait till 915 am when the lady pulls up says we're closed tech called in. I promise myself never to use this place again.

Way overpriced for changing 1 dirt bike tire that we provided to them. Ruined 3 tubes in the process. Service cost over 2 times the cost of the new tire. Will not go back. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This place is a JOKE. Brought my fourwheeler in to get new wheel bearings, rear axles replaced, and brakes fixed. They had the bike since the end of may and have been telling me over the past couple of months they are waiting on a part for the front brakes. Everytime I tried to call them it was useless. I go up there a month ago trying to figure out why they still don t have my bike fixed and the lady told me they are still waiting on the part and I showed her on my phone where it could be ordered and delivered in 4 days and told me they would get it done. A whole month goes by and I still hear nothing back and can t get a phone call returned when they right my information down to call me back. So I go up there and demand my fourwheeler and the mechanic guy pulls it around a says the front brakes are working good but the rear ones aren t. Meanwhile it s been there this whole time because they kept telling me they needed to replace a 220$ part for the front brakes when there is nothing wrong with them. They claimed to have replaced 500$ worth of parts for the rear brakes and they don t work. I demanded an itemized bill of the work they did and was given a bill for $2,200. After reviewing everything I find multiple parts they charged me for that were not even replaced on my fourwheeler, which ended up being around 500$ worth of things they were trying to scam me out of. I demanded to drive my fourwheeler before I even thought of giving them any money to make sure my bike was running right and they refused to give me the key to MY VEHICLE THAT I OWN. I then demanded the owners phone number and they refused to give it to me and said that the OWNER had nothing to do with the business. I was also enraged by the fact that they left my bike outside this whole time from may to October and the plastics were completely sun damaged and faded now, and after bringing that issue up and telling them how mad I was because I keep it stored in the garage at my house. They proceeded to tell me it s an off-road vehicle, who cares what the plastics look like. Umm maybe me the owner who spent thousands of dollars on it. THIS PLACE IS SHADY! Do not trust them with your rides and review your bills because they will try to cheat you out of money.

Had my rhino in for not starting. When I got it back and home it still did not start. They rebuilt my carburetor the first time. That cost me $240. The second time they said it needed a new carburetor that would cost $400 I ordered one from Amazon for $67 and took it to them and then they charged me another $169 for installation. I complained but it didn t do any good. Never going back there

The place has such possibilities with some great techs. However, my experience with the lady at the front counter ruins the good work they put out. She is rude, condescending towards customers, blames the techs when clearly it was her responsibility. Watch your receipts and avoid her if at all possible.

Today I come to pick up my bike after it being in their shop for 3 months, charged me almost 2 grand to get a new front tire and "get this bike right and fixed" ,their words, get here to get it, it is covered in oil and grease, they DID NOT PUT A NEW TIRE ON THE FRONT, makes me wonder what they did not do for 2 grand. I will never use this shop again they don't even deserve one star do not recom.end this shop

If I could give this place zero stars I would.Terrible communication. Had a dirt bike for 6 weeks, we would have to call to see what was going on. Just had it in for routine maintenance and brakes $1,000. Then when we called the last time for a check in, they said there was a clicking noise and would be another $1,000 if we wanted that fixed. Seemed off to us because there was no clicking before it was taken in. Sure enough got it home finally and no clicking. They were trying to rip us off. We are currently fixing things that were supposed to be fixed. We will never be able to take the carburetor out again unless we replace it, they stripped the screws. Will not be back. Customers beware, don t get scammed.

Renee is very nice. However, they replaced a starter solenoid and battery with no luck repairing the problem I was having. I put the original starter solenoid back on the ATV and it worked fine. Also not sure why the battery was replaced.

You guys can't even give me a price quote on the phone for a service and then tell me that you're 2 months behind. You can't change my oil and do general service on the machine for 2 months. Gotcha. You just lost a new customer.

They came highly recommended. Did the job, fixed my bike. However, they charged $500 for parts, labor and the time my bike sat on their shop floor without telling me beforehand or giving me an estimate first. They're competent and capable, but ask for an estimate before they do anything so you're not surprised with a bill you can't afford.

I have always had great service here. All the employees are professional and treat you with respect, especially Renee. I think that is her name, the manager. She will work with you and will always give you an estimate so you can make up your mind and she knows her stuff. I will always bring my motorcycles here.

The employees were very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They serviced my Harley with genuine parts and fluids. They were quick and efficient. They beat the price of the dealership by about 60 bucks. You can bet I'll be going back.

Very good service and friendly folks that stand behind their products. I purchased a battery. Unfortunately after I charged it up it could not hold a full charge. They exchanged it for a new battery and even took the time to charge the new battery on thier commercial charger. New battery works great. I have found my go to shop for all my motorcycle repair needs.

They had what I needed at a reasonable price. It's great little find. As long and the service and prices continue to be like what I experienced today they will be my new spot for, getting what I need for my bikes. And they are probably gonna get to know me pretty well.

The owner is a great guy who genuinely cares about all of his customers. Stew is a great mechanic, Renae does her best to make things run smoothly and Michael is a great mechanic as well. You won't get better customer service, i couldnt feel any better about the crew they have there at the cycle shop. AMAZING people who do exceptional work all day every day. And if your unhappy with anything or have any questions they will make it right always!

Took motorcycle in for them to only fix the wiring for the lights, to get turn signals and brake lights working and do an oil change. They took months (not exaggerating) to finish . When they said they were done they were over their estimate times 3. They demanded payment and pickup immediately even though knowing I drive over the road and am not there much. After paying them and receiving my bike the nightmare hasn t ended. Bike hasn t run right at all. Renee was rude and unprofessional when I notified them of my problems. The owner stated he personally inspected every bike before they leave but had no explanation for why they didn t put wiring back properly and instead drilled an unnecessary hole on my battery cover and zip tied it on. Nor the new scratches on my fuel tank and fender. Was charged for a spring I told them repeatedly I didn t want or need. The oil was completely full. I believe they tried to reprogram the bike because it spits bad now. Was told to bring it back. Why would I when my experience was so horrible and neither tried to do anything but buy me off with a $300 refund which isn t even half of the bill I paid, or even close to what I m paying to fix all the issues my bike has had since they fixed it. No I don t recommend them. Ironic since my family supposed to be friends with them.

They helped us out when we needed it most! 500 miles away from home on vacation on a two wheeler and realized we needed a rear tire. After trying several motorcycle repair shops with no luck we came across this god-send. Even though they were booked for the day, after they heard our story they decided to squeeze us in. 45 mins later we were back on the road with piece of mind. And they were $40 cheaper for the tire and labor than back home!
