10/10 recommend! Eric at Conway Automotive took excellent care of me and fixed all the issues we addressed with my vehicle. He has fair rates in comparison to other local shops but he was also very honest and up front with me. He didn t try to charge me for things I didn t need and thoroughly explained what I would need and why. He listened to my concerns and looked into everything I asked of him. If I have car issues In the future, I definitely trust in bringing my vehicle back here because I know from my experience that they are thorough, honest, and fair.

I have been going to Conway auto for a about a year and a half and this guy is legit. He's is very knowledgeable and really goes out of his way to do whatever he can to help you. He is cheaper than any other place I've found and his work is solid. Hes also a very easy person to deal with, very nice man. I give a 10/10 for sure

I've been going here to get my vehicles fixed for years and so did my dad. I've had only good experiences with them. They are always honest and upfront about the cost and won't do work unless it's approved in advance. They maintain good contact throughout the repairs and have always had a quick turnaround. Highly Recommended!

Outstanding service. Eric went out of his way to locate a hard to find part that no one seemed to have. Extremely happy with his service and his work. Won't go anywhere else. Referred a friend who had taken her car to another local shop that told her that she needed a new motor. Eric checked it out and determined that was not the case. Excellent.Service: Transmission

The only place my husband and I trust with our cars. Eric is very trustworthy. He will discuss everything, in detail, from the severity of the issue to the prices. You can tell he cares about his customers via the interactions.

I ve used Conway Automotive for 20+ years. As a female, I greatly appreciate how they treat me with respect. They are always honest and dependable. Their prices are also very reasonable. I wouldn t go anywhere else for my automotive needs.

The best place to have your car worked on. Will not let anyone else fix my car. Eric is very honest and upfront. Very trusted and reasonable. Have known both Chris the owner and Eric the Mechanic for years. Eric is one of the best and most honest mechanics that distinguishes himself with excellent customer service and a willingness to prioritize the importance of the repair, I have never met another mechanic with that kind of objectivity and clarity about what your options are and what it will cost, prior to doing the work.To address the guy that was obviously emotional when he gave a 1 star to the shop and stated that Chris is rude, I have worked with Chris in various roles and to different degrees throughout my whole life, can he be rude, sure, can't we all, but the difference is that I have never know Chris to be rude without cause, so the likely case was that you were actually trying to sell him something and when you were rejected, became emotional, then posted on Google.

Eric is always helpful and has been my go to mechanic since I moved here over a year ago. Hes worked on all my vehicles and doesnt try to sell you extra stuff you dont need. Quality and cuatomer relations is his top priority. Grateful to have found him!

Very intelligent and knowledgeable mechanic, diagnosed my issue over the phone and had it repaired within a days notice I'm determined that if he's not able to fix then there's not much of anyone who could. Been using Conway Automotive since the 90s, you won't find a more honest mechanics. Erich is very knowledgeable and will explain your options in words you can understand.I've had every thing from an oil change to an engine replacement done there and give Conway automotive the highest praise.

I took my car to mr Erik took is time to look over it make sure I wasnt buying the wrong part. He was professional about it. He took the time to squeeze my car in the part was hard to get too but fixed it. Now its running great thx u mr Erik. Conway Automotive isolated an issue with our vehicle that couldn t be diagnosed at another shop. They explained in detail what the repair process would be and their price was beyond fair. I highly recommend their services to anyone!

He's a very busy man but it's bc ppl trust him. Moving to a new town just going off google reviews honestly. It may take him a day or two or three lol but he's not going to over charge and he's honest.

Did not put proper oil in my traverse. Caused more damage, possibly ruined my motor. And he left my oil filter loose which caused me to loose oil. Nice guy but not a great mechanic.
