If I could give them no stars I would. Made an appointment a week ahead of time for oil change and new tires. drop off 730am start calling at 1pm everyone is at lunch 3 total calls, get a call back saying they couldn't get to my truck to do the tires at 4pm. pick up my truck pay for the oil change check the documentation. they have stuff checked they never even did. very very poor service. at the very least call and let the customer know before they have to start tracking down information. will not return

I experienced excellent service each time I had routine maintenance performed on my vehicle. One of the employees was even willing to go out in the rain to move my vehicle so that I wouldn't have to get wet, although she certainly got wet! My first experience at Caldwell Toyota was less than expected, so I decided to give the service department another try before I made a final decision. My experience today was great. The first and last face of Caldwell Toyota for me, is Susan Ehlers, the service advisor. Susan's integrity and exceptional customer service redeemed my plans to schedule future maintenance with them again. Had Susan not stepped in to see that my scheduled appointment was a quick in and out, I promise my review would not be favorable. Thank you Susan for a positive experience! Caldwell Service department is the worst I ve ever dealt with, I have had issues every time. This past Saturday I brought my car in for a recall and to have a tire replaced. Upon arrival I spoke to the young guy, I told him specifically I had an appointment for recall and tire replacement. It was supposed to be several hours so I had them drop me off at Target with my 9 year old. This was at 11 am, at 1:30 they call and say my car is finished. I say great! We were exhausted and we re ready to be picked up. He then informed me that they couldn t pick us up until after 2 because the guy was on his lunch break, super annoyed but whatever. I decide to call back to check and make sure everything was completed because of previous issues. When I spoke to the service tech, he didn t know anything about replacing my tire. He said he would call me back, this was at 1:35. I do not hear from him again til 3, saying he has no tire and one was never ordered. Even though I had came in 2 weeks prior, had my tire checked out and was told that the new tire would be in by the next Thursday. So while still there I set up an appointment, which had to be 2 weeks out because I wanted to schedule the recall and tire replacement the same day since I do not live in Conway. He also informed me they could not find the hole in my tire, which is every time I have came in to use my tire protection policy I purchased when I bought my car 4 years ago. The first time they suggested I take my car to another tire company and have them mark the tire for them. Which I did because they are obviously incompetent. The second time I had a nail in my tire and they replaced the wrong tire. Had to return because of their error. Third time and most recent, they couldn t find the hole and I had to take it to Walmart have them mark the tire which is ridiculous, then bring it to them to order the new tire. Then apparently they did not order the tire, and now the mark is wore off. And now I get to spend more time trying to get them to do a basic task. Please be warned Do Not buy a tire protection policy from them.Service: Tires

Worst Maintance department Scheduled routine maintance a week in advance. Dropped vehicle off prior to appointment time left dealership. Returned 5 hours later had not even touched vehicle. Was told by leaving they put dropins that wait priority. Bad policy goes above service department (owner). Andy lamb is person that scheduled and did not follow through

My very First Experience with Caldwell a Young Female service advisor gave us the Best Customer Service I d ever received at a Dealership and thought that I would continue to bring my vehicles to Caldwell. But last three phone calls the Service Dept rep answering phones very unprofessional as well as discourteous. No basic customer service what so ever. Then take an opportunity of being in area and having time to store decide to drop by for a line service and due to COVID-19 affects it was explained that they have no clue how many hours I could be waiting. Could be three could be all day and old man service advisor smoking cigarettes had a very unpleasant attitude. So, sad to say I Do Not believe I will be using Caldwell Service ever again. Very Sad.

They don't deserve the one star but I had to give one in order to do this post. No one came out to meet us, we had to go in to tell them that we had an appt and they said just to leave keys in car and wait in the waiting room, never asked for name or anything
