Patrick is one of the best car salesman I've ever had the pleasure of purchasing a car from. The Conway byrider associates were extremely helpful and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have never rushing you just to make a sale. I would recommend them to all my friends and family .

This is the 2nd vehicle I have gotten from Conway Byrider. Patrick is great. He s honest and helpful and took excellent care of me from beginning to end. And gave me a great deal! Ms Kim is amazing too as are all the ladies there. I love working with people who can relate to me and want to see me succeed and continue to improve my credit and have a dependable car. I recommend Conway Byrider to everyone.

By far one of the best buying experiences we have ever had buying a vehicle. Our sales person Mr. Patrick was awesome. He was professional and very knowledgeable. They make you feel right at hone from the minute you walk in through the whole buying experience. The entire sales staff there is wondeful and very attentive. If you need a great vehicle i would definately check these guys out at Byrider Conway Ar. Ask for Patrick he will get u squared away.

When we walked in we were warmly greeted, and immediately welcomed in and the process was explained. NO HIGH pressure sales, no shady misinformation.PATRICK as well as the other staff was extremely professional and made the buying process a breeze. Would most definitely recommend!!!

Patrick was fantastic! He was personable and funny and easy to deal with. He went out of his way to find a vehicle that fit my needs, and my budget. The whole team at Byrider Conway was warm and welcoming. 100% recommend them for your next car purchase especially if you have credit issues and trouble getting financed elsewhere. They worked with my down payment, took my totaled car as trade, and just overall made buying a new car a week before Christmas stress free and pleasant.

The whole team was great! Richard worked with us in every way. Kim made the financial part of it easy. Patrick helped us get setup with the programing. We had our doubts just from past experiences, but as soon as we entered the doors that was quickly changed and if you are in need of a vehicle definitely come to Byrider in Conway.

Very professional group of individuals I saw an ad on Facebook and sent them a message already expecting NOT to be approved for a car because of my credit! Sure enough Mr.Patrick replied instantly and said you WILL be approved I ve heard that before so I was still skeptical he told me to send over my info to pre qualified long story short he got me in a new vehicle the very next day it s true of you have any doubts this place will get you riding again! Ask for Patrick he s the man with the plan thanks again Pat!

The initial experience with the sales representative was excellent. But the lady they have working the payments will harass you on the day the payment is due although it is set on auto draft. Not to mention, I ve been with them for multiple vehicles now and the one time I said I was going to be late and wouldn t have the funds that day due to insurance double charging the lady was rude and said I was lying. And threatened repo, mind you this is the same day the payment was due and I called to notify them it ll be late. I made an effort at communication. So 6 years of my business out the window. Not to mention they charged the wrong card on the holidays and threw a fit because I was busy with my family and didn t answer my phone. Ma am I gave you the right card 3 days earlier. The fact you failed to charged the correct one is on you. But continue to harass me saying my lack of communication isn t going to help. Um. No your lack of professionalism is going to ruin a company. Won t purchase another one after this one is payed off. :)DO NOT BUY HERE unless you want to be HARASSED.

Very easy and simple process!! Applied, got approved and came to pick up the car all within 24 hours! Patrick is the funniest salesman and really helped make the whole process so simple!! I m thankful that he was so patient with me until I made a decision on which car I wanted! ( took me over an hour to pick one lol ) I will most definitely be bringing him more customers!

If you are looking for a car this is the place for YOU And ask for PATRICK! Patrick is the best he took care of me from the time i called a throughout the entire process! Go see Patrick! Everyone here is so nice and genuine super helpful beyond your expectations, they are so good at what they do I kept having to ask them are the joking because it was to good to be true but they did not let me down everything they said they could do they did! I was not disappointed at all left with a great vehicle they made sure it was serviced first and clean, they also let me test drive every option. They are amazing at what they do I had to leave a really great review because they deserve it. I had credit issues due to life happening in the past a that did not stop me from driving off the lot in a really nice car! Call them now you want regret it!
