Most of the people they hire have little to no experience with auto. If they can't find it in their computer they are dumb founded. The problem they have is any real mechanic would not work here because if their a good mechanic they can make better money as a real mechanic not a part boy.

Hello and great day My Pastor and I were forced to make an emergency stop, due to the fact that a cooling system by-pass valve had broken in the 2005 Montana mini van were driving.Thanks be too GOD, we were just a couple blocks from the Auto Zone store, they had the replacement valve in stock and at an unbelievably low price Thank you Auto Zone, for providing quality low cost parts, your a " VERY PRESENT HELP IN TIMES OF TROUBLE "

Very knowledgeable staff and helpful. Doesn't hurt that they have what you need too! I would Love working here, still trying to find job since Covid, had a hard time with putting my application on the Autozone website in conway. Very mechanically inclined.

Absolutely terrible store. They overcharge on all products that you can get the same thing cheaper at Walmart or oreillys. For instance a spark plug gap guage is 3$ here. Walmart is 0.75 and oreillys is 1.50. If you want to be overcharged with terrible service this is the place for you.

Amazing! I got an estimate to change my blinker light from Firestone for over $100. Called autozone and Bryan looked up the part and told me that if he could get to it he would replace it for me. I paid less than $10 for the part and Bryan changed it out for me on the spot! Such a blessing and amazing customer service!!!

They came thru clutch for me. Only auto parts store that had an 11mm Allen Socket. Had to buy a whole set instead of being able to buy just the single socket but I still was able to save money doing my brakes myself rather than paying a mechanic to do them.

About a month ago I moved from NE to AR and needed several things replaced on my Jeep. Braydon (i called this AM for his name) was a complete blessing! He was installing my new headlights which were a challenge and taking him longer than he expected. He felt he needed to go back in after one light was installed but told me he got off work in 20 minutes and would put the other one in. I had to be somewhere so I said "No, that was OK, when my son got back home (Airforce) in a week, he could do it. He then proceeded to tell me his hours if I wanted to come back along with telling me I could come in anytime and someone else could do it. I did end up doing that. He was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me! It was very appreciated and refreshing to receive this kind of help. And to have someone so young with these work ethics was phenomenal! Thank you! BTW, I bought a battery from there before the headlights and had that installed as well. I will continue to use this Autozone for all my Jeep issues.

Brought my mom s car in for a new battery and Orlando and Brian, the store manager were fantastic! In and out in 15 minutes with the new battery installed. Quick and kind service!

I ve been having trouble with my brakes and I went in to this location to get some assistance. A woman that works there, Lauren, was the worker that helped me. She was knowledgeable and helped me get what i needed. It was nice to speak with a woman that knew what she was talking about and didn t make me feel bad for knowing nothing about vehicles! I will only go to this location from now on-when she s there! She is the best for sure.

These guys are great! I thought my battery was screwed up, but they caught that it was the alternator. They were able to replace the thing right away and gave lots of really great advice for taking care of it. Also, all of the workers there were extremely polite and helpful.

I want to thank the staff at the Oak street,in Conway Arkansas location, all were friendly, but Ryan went above and beyond. I needed a new battery and a cable end for my negative, I recently had shoulder surgery and my left arm has zero range of motion. I need my vehicle to start my physical therapy appointment. I truly appreciate everything he did to help me get the battery hooked up. Thanks Ryan!

Chris was extremely helpful. I went in to get a new battery for my Elantra but couldn't bring the car in itself for them to help me change it out. Chris sold me the battery and explained exactly the process of how to change it out properly. He even loaned me tools to get it done. Excellent service from folks that care about you even during a time of crisis.

Made an appointment to have brakes put on at another business. Ordered brake pads through auto zone. Said they would be in day before appointment. They lied as they did not come in and suddenly will take several more days.

We had a bad battery on our way from Little Rock to NW Arkansas. The manager, Martin, was extremely attentive, kind and professional. It was 95 degrees outside and we had an eight-month-old. He guided us to the bathrooms and a place for me to nurse my baby. He checked on us to see if we needed anything before leaving after the battery was installed. He double-checked that the new battery worked properly by having my husband start the van and turn on the AC. We really appreciate him! He turned what could have been a very bad experience into a much better one.

Chris was awesome!!! I live in Texas and was in Conway visiting and my car started overheating, so I stopped by autozone and asked for help and Chris got me everything I needed and explained to me what was wrong with my car and got me up and running again! Very professional and a great guy! Very please with the customer service

My truck broke a brake line so i was stuck on the side of the road, after speaking with another parts store and being told yes they have it.and they didnt i called conway auto zone, i was helped by a very nice lady by the name of Lo. And ill tell you. See wasvery professional, she actually looked at the part to positive she had it. Ive been dealing with quit a few different parts stores. But now ill only be dealing with one and hopefully.ill only be dealing with Lo. So you people who own and run autozone this lady needs a raise and quick advancment in your company. She is a deffinit winner

Very kind and helpful staff. They read an error code on my daughter's car, explained what caused it, and how to avoid it in the future. They saved us an expensive repair on what was simply a sensor error.

Called ahead of time for a truck battery. Got there, took my battery inside and the guy couldn't find the one battery he said they had in stock. Took business elsewhere.
