Showed up short notice to get a tire plugged and they got me in and out in 15 minutes! I've used them many of times over the years and I've always had an extremely professional visit through the tire shop. Highly recommend them!

I used Austin Brothers for the first time recently to have a set of tires installed. They ordered the tires on the one day, and installed them the next day in about an hour. The experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend this business. The price quoted was half the price quoted by the dealership, and the customer service was top notch.

1000% recommend this place. I desperately needed a battery replacement during some crazy cold weather. I showed up as a walk in and they replaced my battery, tested my alternator for safe measure, and changed my key fob battery all in under 40 minutes from my arrival. Not to mention they did this all outside in currently 8 degree weather, as my car died in the parking lot. They absolutely go above and beyond and cover all their bases at very reasonable prices. I will definitely be going back for any future car needs.

I was driving across country fromAZ to Ga and about 10 miles before the exit for this place I got a low air indicator light. I pulled off and these guys came up immediately on my right. They were literally pulling the garage door down to close at 5pm . I told them my issue and they checked my tires, found a nail in one of them, pulled the nail out and plugged it. NO CHARGE and stayed past closing!!! Absolutely grateful to them and if I lived here in Conway they would be my tire guys for sure! What first class customer service!! THANK YOU!

Great place for service. I do pretty much all my own maintenance but when it comes to tires I trust these folks to handle it. Only issue I ever have is they sometimes get to busy and there can be a delay but they try their best to get it done.

I forgot I'd heard before about them fixing tires with patches/plugs free but today I needed one and had checked 2 other places that couldn't get to it soon enough (that charged) and I called Austin Brothers who was nice and got me in quickly, fixed my tire, and got me out quickly, all at no charge. Great people/place to do business with. I'll definitely check with them next time I need tires. Local, fair, and friendly.

Genuinely wish I could say this went well after all I chose this shop because they had great reviews online, showed up needing new rear tires, TPM sensor, and rotate the front tires. They forgot the TPM sensors entirely, did not rotate my front tires for tire wear, and though they at least put on the rear tires absolutely WRECKED my rims, not sure if I just got a horrible mechanic or what but NEVER going back. My front rims are untouched and clean all rear rim lug areas are scratched and chips so bad I thought I was seeing things for a minute after I realized what had happened . AVOID THIS SHOP if this is how they treat their cars Services: Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement

Wow! Such a great business. Hugh was great and my family has always enjoyed using their business. Ian (the new owner) is also great and has clearly been trained by the best. So very thankful our company has an honest company that we can depend on for all our maintenance issues.

I've been using them for years and they are always so kind. Today, I went in for a check engine light. They were quick and honest about my car's issue. It was nothing major, so they sent me on my way with no charge!

I had a slow leak in a tire purchased from Austin Brothers. Without an appointment, I was in then ready to go in about 15 minutes. Dre, the polite young service man, replaced the valve stem - no charge. The staff always tries to serve customers quickly. My van was running very rough after an oil change and air filter change at a different shop. I took it back there, and they wanted to replace the spark plugs and clean the throttle body. Almost $1,000, with uncertainty whether something more might also be needed.I brought the van to Austin. They found that the other shop hadn't finished attaching the air filter when they replaced it. Attached it, and everything worked fine.Grateful for an honest, knowledgeable shop.

So, the work done on my car was fantastic and all of that. The staff was nice as could be. It took a lot longer than I would like just because of how busy they were and I get that. Above all else I asked for an estimate on my Kia for brakes and they had to do more (I was expecting this because of how rough the brakes were) and still came in right at the estimate. After having got to three different tires shops from Russellville to Conway I am going to be back for my cars!

An amazing place. I bought a used car and of course it needed some work. I never knew much about cars, so I was nervous about finding an auto shop, I didn't want to be overcharged and have random things thrown at me because I don't know what I'm talking about. They never did that. If they don't know, they don't throw parts at it and charge me a fortune. They work quick, very kind and professional. They are incredibly thourough when explaining things. I will never go anywhere else for service.

I use Austin Brothers every time I need tires or have issues with my tires, wheel alignment, etc. They are super friendly and they do a great job at a reasonable price. They remind me of the old school tire shops my dad used to use 50 years ago when I was a kid. Just good honest people, pride of ownership.I first used Austin Brothers almost 15 years ago when I had a flat tire on my rider mower. I stopped in because it was the closest shop to my house. They got me right in, even though I was a walk in, and fixed my flat tire and DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME!! The nice man who waited on me that day said it was an easy fix and he wasn't going to charge me for it! That small act of kindness made me and my family customers for life. I've repaid their kindness many times over because I want to help the small business owner and not give my business to Walmart or Sam's Club.Thanks Austin Brothers!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations

They didn't have the tires I needed, but they were able to get them later in the day. Even though they were busy, and it was closing time, they were friendly and helpful. They fixed 2 flats free of charge while I waited around for 20 minutes for them to finish up. Even though customers tried to pay, they wouldn't accept. Also, two ladies came in a few minutes after closing time, and even though they were ready to go home, they stayed and answered questions for the two ladies in need. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you need an honest shop for tires and oil changes.

Excellent service, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. Work is done in a timely manner and they keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. I have had two incidents where the staff went out of their way to help me save some money. Trustworthiness is an important factor for me when choosing a mechanic and Austin Brothers has earned my trust.

We've been here twice with okay service, but this time really takes the cake! Husband brings in his truck to get some the bed bars removed and his radio fixed, but the results are hilarious...not really in a laughable way either! They end up taking off the STEP up to the truck instead of bed bars like he clearly stated for them. They also "claimed" to have fixed his radio too. We end up taking the truck back and make them re-attach the step and take off the bars AS ASKED IN THE FIRST PLACE! His radio worked for a day or so and then went out. We take it back and ask for it to be fixed correctly and they end up not being able to "figure out the problem" or whatever. AT AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE COMPANY? REALLY? We ended up taking it somewhere else and they fixed it in under an hour! They said ONLY 3 wires out of THE 15 WIRES needed to connect & make the radio work were secured properly. What even?! I'm sorry, doesn't seem like this place knows a lick about cars or following simple requests. We won't be back! I suggest taking your vehicle somewhere else so that they don't mess or disconnect anything valuable to your safety.

Ended up with broken lugs on my driver side tire. I was traveling back home when this happened. Called one shop and they referred me too Austin Brother's. I went there and they got me right in. They fixed me up in about 1 hr and 30 minutes. They didnt charge me for the labor just the lugs. & they went above and beyond! They did something they didnt have to do as in unbend the tire fender & got me back on the Road. The price was super Affordable! If you ever in Arkansas(Conway) they is the place to go. They will get you in & out! Oh & very nice people! I recommend them 10 times !!

Best 'mechanic' experience I've ever had. Both my mother and uncle used this place for years. Twice I've brought a vehicle to them for a minor service that they DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR because it was quick and easy. They're always friendly, and their prices are competitive. I have waited at the shop for service and dropped my vehicle off for service. In both cases, it was done quicker than estimated, and not in a tell 'em 2 weeks no matter what kinda way. If you're afraid of getting swindled by mechanics, or you don't want to wait 2 hours at Walmart for them to tell you they broke your dipstick off in your engine, then come to Austin Bros.

This place was beyond friendly. They were able to get me in and back on the road. The only reason I didn t rate five stars was the charge on my alternator. They got me a rebuilt alternator and the cost was over $500 for a rebuilt. So I feel was overcharged for the part. After reading great reviews of this place, so took my car in for some routine maintenance. When I picked it up at the end of the day, I was so grateful for friendliness, reasonable prices and top-notch customer service! I was even told about a part that was giving me some issues was not as big a deal as I thought that the cost of repair wouldn t be worth it for an issue that isn t causing harm to the car. I was so relieved for honesty. I ll be coming here for all my car repair needs from now on!

Excellent service here! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and wait times are brief. I came in with a totally dead tire. They took it off and showed me the damage. It was irreparable. They offered to order the tire but I declined because I didn't want to spend that much money just yet. They didn't charge me anything at all and put the tire back on and put some stuff inside of it that's helped it stay inflated. I absolutely recommend them. Best tire shop in Conway!

Absolutely the best experience with any mechanic. I was able to drop my car off one day and pick it up the next after having a whole list of issues. They called me every time there was something they found or just to give me an update. I was kept completely informed the entire time and that was important to me. The pricing was very reasonable and all associates were polite.

I've had a couple instances where I needed service on both mine and my wife's vehicles. I've been to a lot of service shops/dealerships over the years and the folks at Austin are great. Honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. It's clear that their reputation matters to them as it evident in all of their employees. I am new to Conway but am happy to have found a service shop that I can trust. Great Job!
