They always have great customer service in this Advance Auto Parts location. They really do whatever they can to help the customer. We went there for a bulb replacement for the blinker in my Ford. And we actually came home with the wrong one, but they gladly exchanged it for us. I also got this neat steering wheel cover for my car! I really needed a new one. My old one was torn up and I just kept forgetting to look for a replacement. I just LOVE the feel and the LOOK of this new one!!!

I had them to check my car check engine light to see why it was on. They were very helpful and checked my car. It through 2 codes. The young man who was checking my car was very helpful and explained to me what both of the codes were for and whether is was something I should worry about or not. I really appreciate his help and advice.

I called to see if UPS dropped my package off there due to me missing them from being at work. Danny answered the phone was being the most rudest employee ever. He did not let me complete not one sentence I was saying/asking just assuming what I was going to say. Before I could end with my part of the conversation he just hangs up the phone in my face and I still had questions to be asked. He needs better training skills.

Advanced auto is a good place for vehicle accessories. Not to bad of prices they do not carry as much as they used to in stock but it can be shipped really quick.

Best customer service I have gotten in a while from a parts store. I hardly ever do reviews but Mr. Grady at the Dave ward location went above and Beyond to help me. Very much respect and Professionalism.

I was in that store yesterday looking for antifreeze. The associate that was talking to me was so vulgar to me. Every time I tried to talk, he interrupted me. I was unable to explain to him what I wanted. I will never be in that place again. As I was leaving, he even said, stop by, and we could talk some time.

Love this location. It's close to my house and they never give you the wrong parts. I can't count over the years they have replaced batteries for free and install them for free. The location on the North side of town is also great.

For me they are the best. Very knowledgeable & professional parts people. They will come out to your car and help you do just about anything. If they don't have what you need they have next day service on anything they have to order. Absolutely no complaints. Keep up the good work

These folks helped me above and beyond. I was traveling with my family during a serious storm and had a wiper go out. They not only pointed me at the right part but also made sure I got it installed correctly.

This should be your number one destination for auto parts in Conway. Not only do they have the best pricing, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. The store manager is awesome and always willing to go the extra mile for his customers. If they don't have what you need, it can usually be ordered for next day at no extra charge. They also have a great rewards program so be sure to check that out as well!

They try to be helpful. However, they have given me wrong specs which resulted in me having to go back and do the work over again. When I mentioned this, they laughed which really was not amusing to me. They are a convenient location, but I find myself right now ordering from AutoZone because they are unable to get a part for me. I realize that it is hard to find competent staff but the managers need to spend more time training their help. I will use them again due to the convenient location they have, but will double check what they sell me, and the information they communicate to me.

This is the closest auto parts store to my house. I use them to dump my used oil every few months. Staff are always helpful. There is an O'Reilly's next door but Advanced Auto Parts was here first so that is who I use.

Ordered a battery for my harley , delivered in a timely manner, fit the bike perfectly, as described, it was fully charged and bike fired up straight away. Seen where some people say it came as a advance auto battery. Mine was a described in ad diehard.

I have worked on my own cars ever since my teenage years. Advance is my favorite Automotive store. Sometimes the parts might be a couple bucks higher than Autozone or O'Reilly's, but the staff tend to be much more knowledgable and will save you time and effort from buying a wrong item.

Ask for help to install windshield wiper blades was told didn't have anyone available you needed them bad prefer AutoZone anyway

Ive been in the automotive field for over 20 years.with that said,These people dont know anything about cars or trucks.They are rude to their customers and think they know it all.I suggest they get a job at McDonald's. If you want to get the correct part the first time,then dont waste your time, just go to Oreiley's.
