Horrible experience don t ever go here! Told him to fix the shocks, fix the back latch and one of my doors leaking. Instead he said he couldn t get into the car so instead of calling me he went around trying to open doors one was not looked so he opened it causing the anti theft to go off. His solution to it was to take my horn out and leave my car into anti theft mood. He couldn t fix back latch and left all the wires out left the box from the shocks in the back of my car and the old shocks. Took my car to another automotive place to get the anti theft off bc I couldn t lock my car lights were blinking and I had no horn now it s costing me $420 to get what he messed up fixed. Refusing to pay what he messed up. DONT GO HERE!!!!

Honest fantastic service and so friendly! I went with my sister in law to get one of her tires fixed because it had a slow leak. He found nothing wrong, so he wasn't going to charge her anything for checking the tire but then we realized when we were about to leave that she had asked him to check the wrong one! So we ask him to check the other tire and he was so kind and did find the problem and repaired it for such a great price even though we made him do double the work! I would highly recommend stopping here if you need help with your tires!

Talk about the best. If you have to have work done, Elite needs to be the place you consider first. More than having the knowledge and ability to take care of what you need done, they show you respect and gratitude here. They'll talk you through whatever they know on the phone, have great prices, and won't take advantage of you. There's a reputation that people like to have for people in the automotive industry, but you won't find anywhere that has more integrity than there. He's helped me and saved my hide on multiple occasions. Take your business there.

Elite Automotive is the most honest mechanics I've ever payed for and they fixed the problems I asked them to fix without any issues. Also very low prices. Highly recommend for anyone living in or passing through Arkansas that is in need of a good mechanic.

Jason and Keisha are the best. While on vacation in FFB, we had a defective tire . Jason was only the business in the area that could get the tires we needed. Great price and excellent service. ELITE AUTOMOTIVE! Phil 4:13

They are the cheapest I've found for oil changes. Get your vehicle ready for that road trip here. They have good prices on tires, fluid changes, brakes, ect. The people who work here are always super friendly.

These great guys are saving our trip to see my son. Have my 3 grandkids, taking them to see their father in Branson, Missouri for Christmas. Car started sputtering about an hour in. Guys have car on rack, trying to get us back on road. Will forever be grateful
