About three years ago I took my 2003 Town Car to what was then NAPA in Clinton, Arkansas, my first and only visit, but is now Car Quest but still owned and operated by the same people so only the name has changed. I asked them to fix a cooling problem with my air conditioner as it was cooling half as well as it should. They took it in, replaced one part, charged me about $400. As I drove the car home I could clearly feel the air still was not cooling so I took it back. Brian, the owner came out to the car and put a thermometer to the air vent and agreed it was not cooling properly. He took the car back in and his shop replaced another part, this time charging me about $200. As I drove the car home, again, I could clearly feel the air was not cooling. I spoke with Brian, the owner, in person about the issue and his explanation was this; Well when working on an old car like that you can replace one part and then another part fails. We ll just have to keep replacing parts until it works right. But as he was speaking my thought was that s just him refusing to take responsibility for failed service and letting me know he has no intention to make it right. I took the car to a different repair shop in Clinton, Arkansas and that mechanic found a loose connection and simply tightened the connection and without replacing a single part, recharged the system and this is the third summer since then that my air conditioner has worked perfectly.

Very helpful as i was passing through. They got me fixed up and back on the road cheaply and quickly.

Clinton Ark location! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't give them no money up front, No money up front, No money up front!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have given them about 3000 to replace my engine with a rebuilt one. They said they replaced it with a outside source engine. Outside source is not what I asked for. Should have came from Spartan motor's like website said. The Spartan motor came with a three year warranty. This one I don't even no where it came from because they won't show me any recipe for the purchase.Now after that they say it isn't road worthy. After 2 months of trying to fix it they can't and they're trying to charge me for it. They refuse to give me a price and tell me I have to have my brother call if I want it back. After a couple of weeks they should have called and told me they couldn't fix it but instead they kept it and tried to collect for that fact because they haven't fix nothing. I also suspect the reason it doesn't run is because of the engine they replaced it with was worthless and that's the reason it isn't road worthy.Still don't have my Jeep after all this. Bunch of con artist!

Been to a lot of shops in my life but this one takes the cake , they will rip you off and won t do all they say they will ! They have very little mechanical skills pretty much over priced parts changers! If you value your vehicle, money , and time Don t go here!!!!!

These guys go above and beyond! Even when they are about to close they will help a traveler in need.If you need anything done for your vehicle, the first call should be to car quest!!!

Overpriced, shoddy work. Ruined my driveline trying to install u joints. Will never use them again

Good place to buy Auto parts if they don't have it they can find it and get it in for you
