very disappointed unfortunately this location gave me no help in exchanging a battery less than a year old and since I hold several different accounts commercial and personal they had no problem making me try to figure out what account it was under and with over 250 some purchases on my personal account alone. they stood by as I called my auto Zone back home to see if they could help me figure out what account it was purchased under my local Mgr told me they couldnt believe they was having me call i guess if there is no comssion to be made there would be mo effort to help with the battery being there brand and top of the line battery they seemed more concerned with selling me another new one instead of simply exchanging it when clearly they could see I was from put of town . with service like that I would spend my 300 dollars elsewhere before I helped make there bonus . very very disappointing

My husband and I broke down not far from Clinton on our way back from the zoo. Home for us is still an hour and a half from Clinton. The staff here went above and beyond to be helpful and help us get on our way. They were friendly, funny and knowledgeable. I will probably never be back only because I don't live in the area. If I did, this would be the first place I'd go to for parts.

Went in to get a headlight bulb, the guy was very helpful & knowledgeable & explained why there were so many different prices....& as they were so expensive didn't try to convince me to change both at once & let me decide if I just wanted to change the "blown" one! Great service!

Kristi, who works here, is an absolute asset to AutoZone! Whatever she's being paid isn't enough!! Amazing customer service and extremely knowledgeable about everything asked of her! I cannot give enough praise!

They are always too busy to help me, they would rather send me somewhere else to have somebody put in my battery than just do it. This is not the 1st time I have at issues with them, in the past they seem bothered if I have questions and don't want to come out from behind the counter to help me find parts.

Autozone in clinton is the part store to go to they got what you need and if they don't they can and will try and get it for you good staff and good listeners just because you might think most of the staff are all women well that's ok when I go in they always greet youand they are always friendly that's what you need to run a good and clean store like autozone so keep up the good work autozone staff in clinton ar 72031 #1 store for me and my family

This place is horrible. The people are crazy. and they sell you the wrong part then yell at you and tell you you don't know how work on things. An get in your face. Saying that I'm being rude. Yelling at me telling me to shut up. And so much more Like I really need the number to report this place cuz there is a real big problem here.. especially if they think it's okay to do there customers like this..

Stopped in the Clinton arkansas store today because I got an error message on my dSh. "Check tire monitoring system". I didn't know what that meant. When I asked the clerk ge looked at me like I was crazy. He did, however, tell me it probably meant I had a low tire pressure. Ok. He never offered to help me check them. Nor did he ask if I had a tool to check pressure. I still have 300 miles of driving. I know I will happen upon an O'Reilly store. My last purchase at auto zone in my hometown was almost $300. No more purchases from me.

Went in to get a part and price oil and filters for a Harley. Was treated ok. Wish they respected women a bit more. Somehow they thought I didn't know what I need. Will be checking other parts stores and not here.

They misdiagnosed a dead battery this morning as a bad alternator which sent me scrambling nonstop to the Honda dealer in Conway. It was a very dead battery. They were very nice but very wrong.
