These guys are lifesavers. My hybrid broke down on I-40 due to electrical system problems. They were able to diagnose the issue the same day, acquire the part overnight, and get me back on my way the next morning. They also provided transport to and from my hotel, and gave a spot-on dinner recommendation.Excellent customer service, excellent mechanic service, excellent value. I strongly recommend this shop for any service needs.

Valley Motor Works was able to fix my car on short notice when I broke down. They got my parts promptly and without being 100% certain how long it would take, made the commitment to me that he would keep the shop open to get the work done that day. When he couldn't find one of the parts online, he helped me navigate speaking with the dealership and offered some helpful suggestions to get me on the road quicker. His pricing seems fair at first blush, too. He seems very easy to get along with and I'm totally satisfied with the service I received.

He did an awesome job at fixing our vehicle. Gave us an honest opinion on whether the very expensive repairs were worth it and charged us a fair price (I think at least). It's hard to find mechanics you can trust but we really liked him!

Absolutely love this place, they're friendly and fast. Brought my car in this morning and it was done before dinner. Fair pricing too, they dont nickle and dime you for labor like all the other shops ive been to around here, most honest place in town. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!

Wow this place will steal your money I just got on YouTube and these guys replaced throttle body actuator in 35 min. They told me ohhhh it calls for 4 hours. Ah 4 hours after drinking a few bottles of vodka. So now I am ending up buying the part myself doing the labor myself and forget about these money hungry punks. Appreciate them figuring out the problem, but they are not realistic with you. BTW instead of 1700 for everything getting it done with parts and labor getting it done for $650 go figure.
