I took my car in for a front end alignment and instead they gave me an estimate claiming that I needed both front struts replaced, ($800), but given the fact that im no dummy i went and got 2 more diagnosis/estimates and both stated i needed control arms and bushings which I then had Woods tires replace!! Only good thing was they didn't charge me for _not_ looking at it!!

While traveling through Arkansas from AZ pulling our 42 ft 5th wheel we had a middle tire on our RV go flat. Called several places to see if we could get someone to fix it to no avail. The Service Station being one of the places I called and at the time they were busy. The lady there recommended another place . While on the phone to the other place she called back and said if we wanted to come over they could see if they could help us.I just want to let everyone know what WONDERFUL TREATMENT and SERVICE we received. They were extremely courteous and respectful, and delivered quality service. We would STRONGLY recommend them to anyone traveling through the area.. We were basically stuck with no options and they came to our rescue.. They restored our faith in humanity.. Blessings to ALL @ the Service Station!!!The Lehrman s

My husband and I were visiting the area on a road trip and got into some mud on a county road. We ended up knocking off a part under the car that was dragging. The folks here helped us figure out what was going on and repaired it quickly. It was such a minor fix that they didn't even charge us. Some really great people here.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I have been twice now, once for an oil change and once for two new tires. Both times service was fast! The tires were a last minute decision because I had a sudden road trip come up for work and I needed new tires the next morning. They didn t have the ones I needed but made a special trip to pick up some and have them ready to be put on first thing the next morning! Thank you for your excellent service!

I was driving I-40 when a check engine light came on. I called The Service Station, asked if they could take a look in 20 minutes, and they said 'of course.' I got there, they were COVID safe, only seeing me outside, and they immediately told me to pull up. They plugged my ratty old truck into the computer, told me what the issue was, told me how to avoid it in the future, and cleared the warning. They also checked my fluids and topped some off. They were friendly and funny and welcoming and all the things you look for in a mechanic. For all this, they suggested I pay nothing. I gave them $40. It was worth the peace of mind they offered me.

I bought tires here. They were affordable and reliable. They offer free tire rotation with their tires and always got me right in for rotations. I have always been given a receipt as you prepay for the tires and they have never been anything but friendly and professional. Also they don't try to talk down to me or make feel stupid because I am a woman and I like the fact that they have women employees! Won't go anywhere else!!

So I was driving down it I-40 coming back from Memphis, Tennessee headed to San Diego, California when at 4 in the morning noticed my dashboard lights were getting dim. About 15 minutes or so later my stereo shut off and all my light were getting dim in the middle of the night, I knew it was my alternator! Anyways I barely got off the freeway and found myself in Clarksville, Arkansas. I got a motel at the super 8 I was near me and did my research on how to change an alternator on a 05 Ford Focus. Come to find it is a pain in the but to do unless you had all the tools, it was also in one of the most hard to reach places too. So I called around the next day for a shop that could do the job for me. I found The service station and they said that they could get it done for $400. It was a bit much but I had no choice, so I had my car towed to there shop hoping to get back on the road early next morning, but they ordered the wrong alternator for the car. This was totally not there fault, it was a special California alternator with a different plug for the harness. So they ordered the other alternator from fort smith or Little Rock and installed it. They come to pick me up in the car and I noticed right off the bat, that something wasn t right. The car had more vibrations than usual. A year or so earlier I had installed new motor mounts for the car and asked if he could check to make sure that the motor mount was on. Sure enough when I got back to the shop he checks and says that the bolt for the motor mount was not in at all. Then I walk into the shop and find the the vent cover thing for the alternator is just sitting there and was not reinstalled with the new alternator. The whole reason this car has a cover for the alternator is because is is so close to the ground. After that, I was not very impressed, but told him to put it on and paid the bill and got out of there. I was very frustrated with there negligence and feel that I should have gotten a discount, but I just wanted to get back on the road to continue my very long road trip back home so I left. In conclusion these people were very negligent when fixing my car and appeared to not know what they were doing; watching the same YouTube video I did to see if it was something I could do my self considering the circumstances, but they did get me out of a bad situation although the hefty bill, so that s why the two stars.Service: Electrical

We was on our way from Denver to Clarksville Tennessee. On Saturday we had a hurl injector go out on our camper van. We stayed the weekend waiting for shops to open on Monday. I called The Service Station and they said was willing to work on our van. They ordered the part we needed and got it the same day. By time our part came in Justin our mechanic had it apart and ready. Had the part in in no time and the price was less then what they said. We was back on the road that afternoon. Justin was amazing all the staff was amazing. Thank you guys very much. You are top notch. Tim Boteler.Service: Engine repair

I have had nothing but a great experience with this man... He has had our business the better part of the past 9 years. If for whatever reason my hubby can't fix something then Eric Murders is our go to guy. My most recent experience was today. To fix my car was going to take 3 hours max, but they ran into some challenges. And he kept his word with the price they quoted me for a 3 hour job even though it took them over 7 hours. This is a family man with a great Christian upbringing. Can't find anyone more honest & hard working.

Amazing job, if you're ever in Clarksville Arkansas and are in need of auto service or an emergency repair this is the place to go. It may not look like a 5 star repair shop but I received 5 star service from the staff. They went out of there way to make sure we were priority one. Keep up the amazing job.

Well I'm never coming back here!! Last Thursday I came here to get my a.c. checked about because of the "Free A.C. Check" sign outside. They checked it out and told me what was wrong and all I said was "Okay". Well about 15 or so minutes later they tell me I'm finished and its gonna be around $40. Well I told them I didn't want it fixed right now and that I just wanted it checked out. So they undid what they did and let me go, which I was fine with. Well I come back today May 24th, 2019 to have them fix it. I go in expecting to pay around $40 or so, but end up paying about $82 for the same freaking thing that they did last week. This place is a joke and a ripoff. The a.c. barley blows and isn't that cold. If it wasent for the weather being so hot outside, and only having one window that worked, I would of had them undo it all again. So now I'm broke thanks to this joke of a "mechanic shop". If I could take my star away I would.

We broke down and stopped at the local Wal-Mart. Very polite people here. A man got us help and even called to get us an appointment. They got us in immediately and had us back on the road in little over an hour. Highly recommended.

Have used this business on a few occasions each time I was promptedto pay with cash instead of credit or debit and offered no receipt. On my last and now finale visit I had the misfortune of being stranded with a flat on the interstate which had to be patched with Fix-a-Flat which angered the shop mechanic enough that he needed to say something to the customer about it while he sat in the waiting room amongst the other clients. Then the front desk attendant tally's my bill in her head offers me no work order or receipt for the transaction per usual. Finale thoughts. This business is unprofessional and deserves no return business.

Worst mistake of my life taking my 2003 Chev Avalanche 4 wd to Murders. They got my parts from dwn the road and 'CHARGED me almost Double' for them! When asked why, "they said they were the best" when I checked with the part store, they were the cheepest made. Not counting the parts they were putting on it that didn't even fit.Prayers and God blessAmen

Needing brakes, I was referred to The Service Station by someone who has been a customer of theirs for years. After having brakes, tires & oil changes completed, I recommend The Service Station.

I used #2 on several occasions and was satisfied with the work, price and time frame. So when they closed I went to #1 location on West Main and found the same things.
