One of the best experiences I ve had in dealing with a car emergency. My car was stuck in the driveway in park and would not move. When Donald showed up, Donald knew exactly what to do and he was very efficient, polite and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Donald spent more than an hour patiently waiting for dispatch to get back to him Regarding my vehicle. Within the hour, he worked on trying Fix the problem and when it came time to tow my vehicle he did an excellent job loading my vehicle and driving more than 45 minutes to the nearest dealer who could work on my car. When we got to the dealer in order to get my car off of the truck bed, Donald had to perform something called a shake off. That s where the car has to be slid off the back of the truck without damaging the front fenders. My car is a 50th year Anniversary Chevy Corvette, so as you can imagine I was very nervous but Donald was able to get my car off the truck bed with zero damage. Donna is a true professional in the work that he does and I want to thank him for everything he did on that day. Great service great timing and an expert at what he does. Thanks

Mr. Donald got to my semi out in the middle of nowhere, after midnight, very quickly and got me pulled out quickly. Takes EFS checks. $600 basic charge is comparable to others.

I only take my vehicle here
