The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I was in dire need of a part, and though they didn't have it in stocks offered to order for next day. But they did me even better by actually locating the part at a sister store, called them to confirm they had it, and had them pull it for me upon arrival.

Came in from out of town and my brakes were out. River Farmer helped troubleshoot and get them working. Dude named River deserves a raise.

I ordered brake pads for my vehicle Saturday evening. Was told they would be in Sunday at 2pm. I was unable to pick them up Sunday due to my road flooding. I called the store at 10am and told them I wasn't going to make it due to the weather, the man I talked to said it's okay and they will hold them for me. Today I went to pick them up. The young man that I talked to went to look for them. He couldn't find them so instead of coming and telling me that he asked the other employee to find them cause he had something else to do. Anyway long story short my part either never made it to the store or someone sold them. I then asked them for a different part. The price was literally triple the price as what I found online and it was some china made part. No wonder everyone shops online.

O'Reilly's Auto Parts store in Centerton Arkansas is a fantastic place to get car parts, with fast and very helpful customer service. They have curbside service or you can go in. I went there to get a brake light bulb, one of the customers service guys by the name of Darrel came out to my vehicle to take the old bulb out and he also put the new one in, I only had to pay for a two pack of bulbs at he didn't even charge for putting it in, that was so kind of him. I will always go to O'Reilly's, Centerton Arkansas

I'm disabled, live 50 miles from civilization in any direction you go, and I just now got used to seeing cows in my front yard, and you get the picture. I drove 42 miles to O'Reilly's in Tontitown for plugs and wires, oil, etc... Got 42 miles home, and I'll find out they sold me stuff for a GMC truck. --? Lucky me, Centerton has the RIGHT set, and only 26 miles away. And 26 back; this time with a different set of wires, and one of those was missing. Again, they want me to bring them back, so they can charge me more, and not even apologize for the 150+ miles I've driven for the wrong parts. NOW, I'm mad. Never got the right set, and I ended up returning the ones they sold me last. I will NEVER go back to O'Reilly's, if for nothing else but the PRINCIPAL of the matter. Clowns, I should say.

I recently bought brake pads which included hardware, and a brake caliper.I was first told I needed the bracket to get the core charge. I brought the bracket and different counter guy told me it wasn't necessary in the first place. Then the pads I bought which was supposed to included hardware, was missing hardware. Then I had to make another trip back to the part store to try and get hardware. The straw that broke the camel's back was a counter guy named Preston, who persistently ignored me to help another customer who was already being helped by another counter guy, or to stock something on the shelf. All I wanted was the hardware for the brakes I paid for and I got ignored. I wasted a lot of time doing business here and do not intend on wasting anymore of my time here, ever. Please learn to manage your associates better in the future to prevent wasting anyone else's time. Thank you

Too expensive like everything else. Lol. But friendly employees and let us use tools without having to buy them, had to put a heat shield on the starter, didn't have small starhead sockets.

On Thursday, Feb 11th, I had gone to AutoZone in Centerton to get assistance with my headlights. I received the worst customer service and walked out I pulled into O'Reilly and a man named David went above and beyond to help. It was 16 degrees outside and he got my headlights working. I cannot express how thankful I am. There are not a lot of people that go out of their way to help others. I will tell everyone to go to O'Reilly in Centerton. Thank you for having amazing employees.

Walked n store a few days ago. There was 3 employee s at counter. Two were looking at something they found to be funny on one of their cell phones and looked up but quickly went back to what they were laughing about. the other asked if he could help and I went to him. He was new and needed assistance from one of the other two who acted miffed because he disturbed them. The days or so before I walked in and was waiting patiently in line while the man at the counter waited on a customer. The other employee was with a customer out n the store. The manager came up to the register and said he was clocking out and going home. There was at that time 4 people waiting in line, me being one of them. About 5 minutes later I left because I was tired of waiting. When I walked outside there was the store manager texting on his cell sitting n parking lot. This store has changed managers and employee s several times and this is by far the worst service yet. I went to AutoZone where they great you by name if they know you every single time you walk n. Oriellys employee s won't give you the time of day. AutoZone offers unmatched customer serve compared to Oriellys. I've been a commercial customer of oriellys for 20 plus years.

The assoociat was rude and did not want to help answer any questions I had just told me to go to a mechanic. A other customer hurd my problem and came out to look at my problem and was able to fix it in 5 minutes. I will not be going back there.

This place was not worth my time after three return trips I finally had enough of thirty lack knowledge .I googled what I needed and got the job done a simple job took 4 hours and three trips to this store.I will not be going here again that is just under acceptable why put anyone in a position to help customers if they don't know what they are doing and if they are just acting dumb they really should not be there that's just loss of business for the company

Not very accommodating. Unlike every store in America, debit is NOT the same as cash herein! If you paid with a debit card and return something they REFUSE to give you cash back.Problematic if your return was a gift!
