We flipped over the road and called the Centerton Towing for help. Mr. Austin came and in a second pulled our car up to the road without any damage. He is a professional and he charged us with a fair amount. Really appreciated.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Waited 3.5hrs for a tow to be a no call no show. Original eta was 12:45 latest 1:15. At 11:22am they stated they would be here within the hour. At 12:25 they stated they were dropping off another car and would be in route in 5 or so minutes. 1:30 they stopped answering phone calls. 2:07pm still no contact. Not answering calls from my insurance company. Finally forced to have to pick another insurance company to wait another 2 hrs for assistance. Not recommended.Service: Car towing

I wouldn't recommend this tow company to anyone. The drivers who showed up (eventually) Jimmy & (didn't get the second guys name) were actually awesome and super nice. The process of getting them to the shop was incredibly awful. We called ahead and showed up at 2PM to pick up a family members car which had been towed the night before. Charged $349.00 which isn't completely unreasonable, however from 2PM to 6PM we called several times and were told several times : "be there in 15 mins" 30 mins later "we'll be there in an hour" "we're over doing X job, be there soon" over and over. To their credit two drivers showed up at the same time so they obviously were trying to get to us but still the wait was completely unreasonable. The car was fine and all the contents seemed to be there and untouched. I wouldn't use this tow company if my life depended on it, because I'm confident if that were the case I would end up dying.If the owner would like to reply, instead of wasting more of my time how about work on a dispatch system that's better? I understand you may be a small company and I understand good help is hard to find, however the amount of my time I wasted waiting on you, that I will never get back is so frustrating I specifically searched out your Google page and Facebook page so I could warn others to avoid you at all costs.

Austin picked up our car through the AT&T Roadside assistance program and he was so nice! Not only did he arrive very timely, he very efficiently got my car loaded, AND he took the time to make my nephew feel very special!My nephew is African American and has been hearing about all the stuff going on and has been sad lately. So I got him a basketball goal for our driveway. Once the car was moved I knew he was going to want the goal moved and when I mentioned it to Austin just in conversation, he took the time to move it for Carter! He even raised it up for him! He was quick and professional and never missed a beat. Carter actually said Why is everyone so nice up here? My heart. Thank you Centerton Towing for hiring quality individuals and thank you Austin for being the light in a sometimes very dark world!

We had to call them several times. The first gentleman showed up on time with the jump box and was super helpful and friendly but couldn't get vehicle started. We then called about 20 minutes later and was given a time that the tow truck would arrive. The tow truck driver was almost an hour past the time given to us and each time we called wanting to know where the tow truck was we were told "he is right down the street, just a few miles"

Punctured two tires out in Garfield and was directed to this company from my insurance. Called dispatch originally to ask how long it would be since my ETA was over an hour and 35 minutes and I knew there were other roadside services closer. Was told it wouldn t be that long, the driver was already on the way from Rogers and that the driver would call me.After calling dispatch 5 times over the course of the hour and being told the driver would contact me I still received no call. After an Hour and 15 minutes later I get told he s 20 minutes out. Worst tow company or business I ve dealt with. Service guy was nice and apologized for the terrible dealing with their dispatch and was able to get one tire changed and the other aired up.

Austin was amazing! He helped 3 different situations all in one shot on a super iced over road way night!He got my car out of the ditch after hitting black ice without any damage and didn't even hesitate when asked!I highly recommend Austin and his company!Service: Car towing

I called them to tow someone out of my paid parking spot at The Pointe Bentonville at 9:18 p.m. LAST NIGHT and they STILL have not showed up almost TEN (10) PLUS hours later. Originally the guy I talked with told me I would have a little wait this is NOT little and this man needs to go back to school to learn how to count time. Austin was awesome all the way around. It was absolutely a horrible evening and not only did he do a great job but he was so nice and even had a great sense of humor to add to my whole mess of a day. I don t know if tow drivers can be requested but if so definitely ask for Austin.

I called them seven different times and they told me they were on their way and the fourth time I called they said that he was broke down on the side of the road changing his tire and that was at 6:45 and I was waiting until right before 10:00 p.m. and still never showed up so I called back and told them never mind how can you run a company and be so late or constantly tell the customer you're on the way and never show up horrible service will never use centerton towing

My collector car broke down less than 5 mins from the house. Tony came and was absolutely awesome with the car! He new what it was and did an amazing job of loading and unloading the car. He even helped us push it in the garage! Quality guy giving awesome service.Thank you Tony!

The driver Austin I believe that s what his name is. He was assigned to tow my father in law car and their PTO quit working and my father in law told him that he will be right back he had to use the restroom when he came back they disappeared. The driver called me and said he had a missed back from this number (my number) which I never called him and I explained to to him what was going on and he said I am a driver of Centerton towing and said your father in law left and never came back I said no he said he was going to the bathroom and you you were gone! He hung up on me. This dude is lazy and taking advantage of the insurance money! Just beware!

HORRIBLE AND MOST UNLOYAL SERVICE THERE IS. Called them to help me out because my car had ran out of gas. Super nice while towing my truck. I was told my car would stay with them for the day until they closed, so I could find a ride to come pick it up. Called them to ask them where their shop was located and asked if my car was there to make sure it was the right place. The person on the phone told me it had been impounded. The company wasn't even closed yet! I was beyond upset. The person who had towed my car told me I had until they closed to come get my car before it was impounded. I told the supervisor the situation and he continued to call me a liar! I couldn't believe my ears. What company would treat their customers with such disrespect. I even explained to him that it wasn't his business doing a bad job, but his employee. He was trying to make it seem like it was MY FAULT for what had happened. Such a horrible company. I no longer respect his employee OR this company.

Had a ball joint break on my Tahoe. After they were called they were there in no time and did everything they could to not cause more damage. Highly recommend them for all your towing needs

My car wouldn't start unfortunately I had the window down. And it was raining super hard. So I was cold and drenched. I called them and the guy who answered was a bit rude and short . They said they'd be there in 35 to 40 minutes. And an hour later called me and said they wouldn't make it. I called Bentonville Towing and they showed up in 5. Charged me less than the Centerton one would have even though I was in Centerton and need my car towed to a Centerton residence. I would not recommend them at all. But I would recommend Bentonville Towing.

I was traveling through with my wife and had a blowout on my vehicle so I called centerton towing for a tow to a repair shop. I called them because they were the closest towing service at only eight miles away. After waiting almost an hour an a half for them to show up they called me and informed me that their only driver had quit and that they were sorry. I called another nearby company and they were there within 20 minutes. I wouldnt reccomend centerton towing to anyone.

My car would not start and instead of towing it as quick as possible Austin figured out what was wrong with the car and fixed it (alarm issue). Saved me a trip to the mechanic and a lot of money.Very helpful.

This is honestly the worst towing place I ever called up. The gentleman I called handled me rude and asked what had happened. After I explained the situation he had a smile on his face like he was giggling. I barely had any money to get my vehicle pulled out of the ditch. I do not recommend this at all. I believe his name was or something like that. I do not enjoy being made fun of.

WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOWING SERVICE. The car was delivered to us damaged tonight. The driver had not hooked it up correctly and he admitted he dropped the car on the way to our house. My husband towed cars for 10 + years. He could see it was not hooked up on the left front lift correctly, causing damage to the bumper and not sure what else yet. My husband saw the car being dragged for 50 to 75 yards up our drive by the right side only. The tow truck driver refused to give us his full name and gave us a false phone number for his boss. He then drove off even though the situation was far from resolved.

When I got in my accident that did not include a ticket. Would've been way better if prices weren't so high so people could afford to get their vehicles they've already paid for out of the yard but what's messed up the most is when you can't afford it they take your vehicle you've already paid for and sell the parts and scrap it isn't that illegal, theft of property is what I call it, stealing.

Took 5 hours to tow my car. Said someone was on the way and kept getting delayed. The company never sent our another truck. They wouldn t answer their phone which was provided to me by Geico. I called 3 times with no answer but when Geico called, they answered. That s the only way I could find out where my tow was. I do not recommend this company and Geico knows about it too.

Beware CROOKS! Tried for weeks to make an appt to get my car. I emailed, called, went by there no reply. They purposely ignore you because they charge everyday they have your vehicle. I have proofs of the messages and emails plus pictures every time I stopped by. I am contacting the attorney general, BBB and a lawyer. The charges are now so high I lost my car. Do not do business if you can help it with this company you will be making a deal with the devil. I have lost my job and my house is in foreclosure because I had no way to work, no one to take me, to far to walk and uber too high. All I can do is watch as everything comes crashing down.*****Email like I have done 100 times before to that email and never received one response, no thank you*********

My roadside company called out Centerton towing and I CAN NOT thank Will enough for dealing with rain and getting our vehicle out of a ditch UNHARMED! He took his time and it out without any issues! Its great to see someone taking pride in what they do. Thank you for everything!

Called to get a tow, whoever answered said they would give me a call back in an hour once drivers were available. Called after waiting for 1.5 hours (after being sent to voicemail multiple times) and was told I was not on a waiting list for pick up. Absolutely frustrating waste of time.

I wouldn t ever use these guys again. Working with my insurance company, I had to reach out to them. The lady that answered the phone was rude and sounded like she just crawled out of bed. Due to a misunderstanding, the Secretary became nasty with me and refused to send someone out. This was after I already waited 2 hours for someone to show up. When my insurance roadside assistance called, she told them they would come out but I'd have to wait another 90 minutes. No thank you. Called another company anf they were here within 10 minutes.

I want to share how this towing company took amazing great care of our precious Alfa Romeo when they had to tow it to OK city for servicing from Bella Vista Ar.!!!! Proplwr straps, and other equipment for proper towing!! Other companies we called wanted to know how to strap it down!!! Shocked by this we are extremely pleased!! The young gentleman came very quickly, and bless his heart he had a broken wrist! He did a great job, very gentle on my car, and he charged considerably less than anyone else I spoke to, and I called as many companies as I could for quotes. This was a 100% great experience. I'd recommend them to anyone, especially a woman who is stranded, as the man was very respectable and kind, and down to earth. GREAT SERVICE, TRUSTABLE, HONEST, FAST, AND LOW COST. THANKS FOR HELPING ME GET MY MALIBU BACK HOME TO CENTERTON!!

Slid off the road during winter storm (Feb '21) in middle of no where. They responded very quickly with full crew to get us out and back on the road! Thank you so very much!
