Will go miles out of my way to do business at this location. Hands down the best customer service I ve had at an automotive supply store, this is coming from someone who s a frequent customer of all the different chains & frequently visits different locations for the parts I need. Every employee there deserves a raise.

The people behind the counter here are very knowledgeable and ready to help you. This isn't the case at every AutoZone, but this store in particular has some great employees. They answered my questions without judgement as well as helped empower me make to make the right selection for parts and tools needed to do the job.

They were super helpful when I was having a hard day, I was having trouble with my battery and they installed it for me in a timely manner. They all were very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be shopping here again! (:

Was able to find some scratch remover for my wife s car. Which actually got overspray all over it from being recently worked on at a body shop in Fort Smith.

The assistant manger on date 4/28/23 at 2-3 pm was very rude. Keeps hanging up on people and claims it s not his job to help . Was yelling at us about how we are crazy and don t know what we are talking about when ordering a part (that is on your guises website) Personally will never be coming to this store again so I can make sure to stay away from him. Refused to let me speak to anyone else and refused to give his name. He need to personally be placed somewhere where he s not helping people sense he feels it s not his job to do so.

Right when I walk in. The staff was asking if I needed any help finding anything I was like wow what a friendly staff they helped me find new lights for my car and really nice environment and they always have what I need if they don t they can order it

This is a really good store! Staff is always quick to try and help as well as knowledgeable.. There are lots of parts stores so it is hard for them to set themselves apart from competition but this store does.To say the people make it great is an understament but beyond this, this location is also clean and well stocked ALWAYS.

I ordered a gasket from this location for delivery AFTER already having a part delivered from this location the same day, the assistant manager who refused to tell me his name told me they don t deliver. Turns out it was just incompetence as I contacted the regional office to find out where my order was and he confirmed they do in fact deliver and moved my order to another location.

Dustin McCraw the store manager and everyone else ( store 3858 ) of Centerton, Ar did an amazing job helping fix our Jeep today. He went the extra mile by not only showing us how to fix the Jeep but helped us installed it. Thank you Dustin for your kindness and help to keep my Jeep on the road.

I've been coming here since I moved to Arkansas. I don't know what it is but the staff really is not that friendly. I was the only one in the store the other day and they really seemed unfriendly. Not a word when I walked in, even after I initiated contact by saying "Good Morning", no response. No Thank You, and no response as I was leaving when I told them to have a nice day. It's okay though, there is an O'rielly's right down the street.

I suppose if you live near a store it would be different. But I live 18 miles away. I called and asked if they had a certain item and they said yes. I drove in and when I arrived and asked for that item they said they didn't have one. I told them I had called in earlier about an item they supposedly carried, all they did was apologized. Didn't fix the fuel I used to get there.Still a good store. Clean. And friendly help. But some confusion that shouldn't have happened.

The gentleman's working around 3-330 today, Mon December 10, 2018 who helped me with a reading of my error codes was so super kind. Very helpful. He was a really descriptive as to what the code meant. I can't remember his name I just remember what time it was and that he had nice glasses. Very helpful and professional made my day alot better, I was worried as aid just had car fixed, and check engine was back on! Each time I've been in there it's been a great experience.

Today May 28th.... I entered this store. One employee was on the phone with customer perhaps, another helping a customer check out. One on phone hung up...I said hello but was NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED once both were finished. I stood there patiently waiting for a few minutes then said thank you for your help which was non existent. Neither could even bother with me. Horrible customer service!!!!

Almost everytime I stop here for something an associate asks me if they can help me find anything. They don't mind looking up what product fits my vehicle or even replacing things like windshield wipers for me. They don't push you into buying the most expensive item but instead tell you the difference between them or tell you what customers have told them or what they personally use. Always courteous at the store in Centerton. (I have stopped at other stores within 50+/- mile area from here & it is definitely the associates that make the difference at this store!! Other stores haven't always been as helpful or courteous.)

I waited for awhile and could here and see an older man that worked there just sitting in the back. Now he might've been on his break, but why let one person help 3 different customers. When I was finally helped they didn't have what I needed in stock and I had to look for myself after he suggested certain products

Haven't been real big on auto zone but it was late I was on a job outside of centerton and needed a part for the car the guys at the store in centerton went way out of there way to reference and cross reference and reference some more until we came up with part that was work for my BMW seriously did a very good job helping me figure out the situation

Not the best customer service. This store seems to be here as a supplier to auto shops and don't seem too interested in walk ins based on my experience. Head down to O'Reilly's a block away for a better customer service experience.

Staff is helpful, especially when you are not sure of the part you need. Very good return policy. You can get good deals if you keep an eye out for sales.

I've been to this auto zone twice now and I've gotta say it's a good group of people and they've saved me a Lotta money helping me out. Just last night randy replaced my headlight bulb for me...sounds easy ? Nope. The old one was so seized and tight he had to remove the headlight assembly from the frame to get it. Most mechanics I woulda spent about 100 dollars on that anywhere. Instead they're nice enough to help out. Really good customer service is hard to come by anymore and I highly recommend to get in the zone at centerton if you got car problems.
