Had issue when traveling. Keith was open and honest about the time frame to look at truck. He also was 100% upfront about possibilities of issues. He took care of the issue asap and got me back on the road. Thank you Keith and your sons!!Scott F.

Keith and his crew went above and beyond to fix our vehicle when my father and I broke down while on a 9 hour trip to a family wedding. Our engine shut off on I40, and we were able to make it on to the exit ramp. Stranded with 2 kids and a baby! My husband walked to Keith's and they were able to come look at our car immediately even though only one guy was working at that point. Made us a priority and got us back on the road within a couple hours! Very reasonable with pricing as well. This is the type of place that we'd use regularly if we lived closer.

Awesome, fast, friendly, and affordable.We needed emergency service on a Monday morning while passing through town. Keith's fixed us up and had us back on the road in 30 mins.Definitely recommend!

My fianc� and I were driving on I-40 when the belt we later found out melted and damaged the water pump of our truck. Keith s was the closest, they helped us get a tow truck out to us and bring it to them. They were extremely friendly and made us a priority because we were from out of state. I'm from out of state and had to get my alternator replaced. Keith gave me a quote and fixed my vehicle the next day. Very kind. Probably the best mechanic I've ever been to. Vehicle broke down during a cross country road trip from New York to Oregon. Got it towed to Keith s on a Sunday night and he promptly provided service on Monday morning. Very thorough, kind, and understanding of our situation. Keith and his shop were a blessing! I was mid road trip when my truck broke down. I was lucky enough to be able to coast off the road to his shop, and Keith took a look and quickly identified the issue. He tried to keep my repair costs as low as possible, and gave me some options. I wish I lived closer, I would make Keith my prefered repair man!

I am from "out of town ". Car broke down 8 years ago in Carlisle. Costed into town with two young sons. They installed my parts, charged me $75 for labor (2 hour job) and refu3to take a tip. Was on the road by 10:30 the next morning. God bless Keith and his crew !

He wanted us to pay 100 for a fuel filter an if that didn't work 400 for a fuel pump. We crippled back up the road to rich recovery service they scanned it an said it needs a transmission part. All I can say is go with your gut instinct

Will over charge out of towners for sure and claim it was expensive part. Wheel Bearing charge me 395.00 for part. The Cost of part for walk in customer at napa $201 a mark up of over 100 %. not to mention they do not pay what you would pay for a part. Never mind if -you purchase part at auto zone would be about 125.00 get up front pricing. I had no choice but to get screwed. only good thing i was in and out thank god because if it would took longer they would screw me Labor also. Almost $600 for wheel bearing replacement 45 min job and they did it with a smile.

This place is great all was broke down I usually do all my own repairs but I have bad back called 20 shops all said 2 to 3 weeks out I called Keith's the owner told me 3 weeks out ask what was problem told him I was 600 miles away from home and I had bad back he said you get it here I'll help you very upstanding little shop his guys very good very nice pepole and his rates our good he didn't rake me over the coals like most shops would now days I highly recommend this shop I'm very gratefull to them going out of the way for me

A roof seam came apart on our RV and began flapping and tearing from the wind. Although Keith wasn't able to repair the roof, he offered us some gorilla tape to make a temporary repair and allow us to continue on our trip, and then would not take any money for it. Thanks for the help Keith.
