I needed a oil-change on my truck, I but kept missing getting it changed at my usual place.. So I stopped here to check their prices and was really surprised!! It took about 10 minutes, I didn't have to get out of my vehicle at all!! Good price!!

Pulled in 15 mins to close was told they only accept cash so I went to the corner store got cash and got back 10 mins till. They told me they were closed and they even told me before I left that they will do it.. so now I paid a ATM fee for no reason and I got no oil change... *edit from after the response from owner that's absolutely not true! I'd love to see that camera to point out your time on it isn't accurate. Also I only left because the technician told me yall only take cash or check so I went to the corner store to pull it out a ATM(that has a ATM fee genius) and come back literally 4 and half mins later. So now I see that you mistreat your customers but also call them a liar and back that up with lies! Great job "caring" for your customers!Service: Oil change

I pulled up 30 min before it closed, attendants welcomed me & were ready for servicing my vehicle. I got a Quick & complete oil change service. Kudos to Pit Stop Quick Lube.

Very disappointed with the service I received today. My experience is usually good here, but as they say ,"when the boss is away, the employees will slack and play ", but for $63 and some change I use to get more . They didn't check my fluids, tire pressure, or vacuum the floor as they have always done. My oil filter was changed from the top instead of under the bottom which I questioned, and it was explained since the motor is so hot it keeps them from burning their arm (new to me ). Also, one of the guys was joking around and distracted while working on my car. One star is because they did get me out quickly and the other star is because they did put the correct amount of oil in my car. This place use to make me feel like my satisfaction and good customer service was their priority, now it just seems like a $63 rush job.

Do you want your vehicle oil change done right? They are knowledgeable, Fast and accurate. I have been a customer for over 2 years. I wish they would to breaks and my heart would be complete...thanks guys for Uber terrefic service.

Quick & cheaper than the dealership. Worth it if you need a change quick for less than $50. Everyone here has always been nice.

Took my car to get on oil change at this place and come to find out that they tore my car up. Not only did I get a oil change for $54.12 but now I am having to spend an extra $272.92 to get my car fixed. A grand total of $327.04 this is not even including me missing work either. Spoke to the owner Josh and he laughed saying that NO ONE puts on a skid plate on a car after a oil change. WRONG. I am at the Dealer Shop now with a MESS UP CAR BECAUSE OF HIM. I would NOT do any business there. He has lost my business and the community will now know what kind of business he runs. AWFUL SERVICE.For the comment josh wrote below let s get things CLEARED UP!Ok Josh lets get everything STRIAGHT....first off I will NOT be called a LIAR. YOU AND BUSINESS TOOK OFF MY SKID GUARD. Second if it was bent or messed up then you should have not taken it off; with that being said you should have came or called me to let me know what was wrong with it before even WORKING ON MY CAR. You and your business took it upon YOURSELVES to remove it so with that being said it was torn and damaged by YOU. I never saw it TILL YOU AND YOUR GUYS ripped it off my car. If it was damaged take a picture of it before taking something off. Show prove that it was damage before touching my car or anyone else s. THIRD do you work at a dealership? Are you ever up here at your shop? NOPE!! I have called and stopped by numerous of times wanting to speak with you and YOU ARE NEVER THERE OR WOULD NEVER RETURN ANY OF MY CALLS. EVEN YOUR WORKERS SAY YOU ARE NEVER THERE. FOURTH you stated that it was all bent and that you wouldn t put it back on my car HEADS UP I m at your shop NOW having YOUR WORKERS put it on and they even said IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PUT BACK ON. Your workers said that you tell things that they know isn t true. Why do that? You think that makes you look good? That s bad customer service. I have friends and family that have their own business and are up there EVERYDAY. Fifth yes you did damage my car for taking something off and not putting it back on. Yes this is your word against mine but I didn t see the damage UNITL IT WAS TO LATE AND YOU TOOK ACTION. EVEN THE DEALERSHIP said you didn t know what you was talking about yesterday when I handed them the phone. Yes I had to call you TWICE YESTERDAY and you FINALLY RETURNED A CALL. So yes I will say this again you should be held accountable for your actions. You should MAN UP and fix the damage that you know you tore up. Sixth reading all your other posts you forget to put OIL IN CARS!!! Do you know that will burn up a motor? Did you even go to school to work on cars or did you just YouTube it to learn? Cuz you have no clue on how to do this. Look at all the SCREW UPS you and your business has done to other cars. Seventh you are the worst person to run a business. Lack of leadership. Lack of judgment. So let the truth be said. You will say ANYTHING TO KEEP YOUR BUSINESS UP AND RUNNING BUT I WILL LET PEOPLE KNOW HOW I GOT TREATED.WORST SERVICE EVER!! RATE THIS AS A NEGATIVE 20RESPONSE 3rd time.....please show me where it says that I was getting it fixed Josh. You are the one that took it off and you stated we never put them back on when I was up there the first time. You are the one that didn t tell me until after the fact that it was ow up. I do not look underneath my car everyday and see what is there are not. And for you saying that I had to have a oil change I gladly could have went to someone else. I DIDNT HAVE TO CKME TO YOU. LETS HET THAT CLEARED UP. Yes when I was up there I asked you to take it off and your response was I DONT DO THAT ! What do you do? To scared to get your hands dirty? So stop trying to go back on what you said. I have made a police report and I will be letting the courts handle this. Anyone with common sense should know that you don t go ahead and remove something without asking the customer first. Maybe you need to be looking for another line of work cause everyone that I have spoken to says not to go there and now I believe them.

This time the guy getting our info in a round about way called us liars cause he couldn't find our 2020 Hyundai Tuscan in their system and we've had oil changes done there on this vehicle. The only way I'm going back is if the owner Josh is in the office

Stopped in unannounced, got my oil changed, fluids checked, windshield cleaned, floors vacuumed, and all in less than 15 minutes! Now that's A-1 service.
