Went for front and back brake change and they later said they didn't do the back because they were fine. Took 4 times calling to get the appointment and tried calling 6 times and left a voice mail while they were working on another car before mine and asked if they would check the tie rods and wheel bearings since I've been having some shaking..they never answered the phone or returned my call or checked the stuff I asked. Seems like there's sometimes a woman there answering the phone and only 1 guy that does the work. Took 6 hrs to do my brakes and car in front of me. Otherwise they did a good job and was reasonably priced

I had an appointment on Monday. Vehicle was left. I called at the end of the day on Monday. I was told I would get a return call once they knew something about when they would get to it. I got no such call. I drove to the shop on Thursday. Vehicle hadn't moved. I took my vehicle to the competition that was $150 less by the way. UPDATE.....when I took my truck to the competition and he got to look at it, he said it didn't even need to be done in the first place. He said he didn't feel right charging me for something that didn't need done. So not only did my truck sit for 4 days at Mike's and no phone call , it sat for NO REASON. I been driving it fine for months now. That tells me everything.

Broke down, turned out it was my timing belt" it broke". They replaced it and went ahead and replaced my horrible ac belt too. They worked almost 2 hours pass closing to fix it up. Now my car runs great, no more squealing ac, and manage to get rid of a light ticking noise all in one go. Love these guys.

Kevin launius is an awesome mechanic been doing it for around 28 years. And he's not scared to work. And that's hard to find nowadays so if you want something done right take it to Mike's garage
