I usually give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but my experience here was awful. Do not waste your time coming here. It took them over 3 hours from the time they started on my vehicle to put on 2 tires, and an oil change. When I got a text saying my car was ready I stood at the front for almost 15 mins waiting for someone to help me only for them to pull another person up to pay, that s vehicle was ready after mine. I will never be coming back here.

I was hesitant to use walmart for tires. Prices are very good even with installation charges. The workers were very kind and helpful. Hopefully, everything was installed properly. They earned 5 stars today.

There was a three hour wait on a Saturday. It wouldn't have been so bad if they had told me that when I called in asking for tires. I would have called around before going to Walmart.

Worst experience experience I ve ever had with a simple tire purchase. Bunch of low functioning counter people who struggle with literally every step of the process. Now I understand why so many people get into fights at Walmart.

Worst experience ever! Only needed to have 2 tires mounted onto rims. And they said it would only take 30 minutes. 1 hour and half later still not done!!!! Will never come back. Also everyone I talked to was extremely rude!!!

No matter if you need 1 tire changed or all 4 they will have you waiting for 3-6 hours before they get done. I don't know about you. I can't afford to spend that much time in Walmart. I felt as if I was being charged double. Not being able to earn money in the time of waiting. Also not being able to get the tasks done needed at home. Then paying extra for child care. I couldn't imagine how much more difficult it would have been hauling a toddler & preteen around Walmart for the 4+ hours. To add only 3 other cars was in the parking lot before mine. They started working on my car 30 minutes into the long wait.

I came early to avoid a long wait. However at 745 there was a tire load being dropped off and 2 hour wait. So I just got an oil change instead of tires and rotation.

Had to wait for 2 hours for a "you're up next" oil change. Then I drove it home and I hadn't driven it again until yesterday (5 days from when it was changed). I noticed the oil pressure light flash for just a second and then, today, I got in it and, if I press the accelerator, the car sounds like it's dying. And the oil pressure light came on again. Well, that's because the oil they put in my car is all over my garage floor! Why? Because they left the oil cap off, lying inside my engine! Worst experience EVER! Will never return and the customer service was a freaking joke!Service: Oil change

I took my vehicle in the other day for them to check my right front tire. So what was said they didn't she a leak. Wrong my son's took off my tire it was flatter then a door nail the next day. They took the tire off found it had a big whole in my tire. They didn't even take time to take my tire off to even check it right.. so I want be using Walmart auto center in cabot Arkansas

Everytime I have gotten my oil changed here or someone else has they have issues with removing the oil pan bolt. It is not necessary to put glue on it to put it back in. If you don't strip it out then no issues.

I would not use this place EVER! I took it in today for an oil change and find out that the oil was filled over the top. The customer service was awful. I will not use this place again.It looks like the oil was never changed the first time. I was able to get a refund but had to call back for help.

I scheduled an appointment for 9 am 3 days in advance. When I arrived it took 20 minutes before an associate ever showed up to check me in. What should have taken an hour to accomplish took 4 hours. After taking a look in the shop not only were both service managers standing around vaping, 3 other employees were standing there with them. Not one employee was visible working. This place is a sad excuse for a quick lube and tire center.Service: Tires

Went to have my 2 rear tires changed. The technician who took my order told us they had the tires in stock and would get to work on it. My wife and killed time in the shopping area for nearly 2 hours patiently awaiting a phone call. Upon returning to Tire Center was informed that the tires were not in stock. They said they tried to call us 3 times while we sat around and waited...but I never received any missed calls or voicemails. Interesting enough though, when I paid the $5 to change out a light the confirmation text message came in just fine. So it was a complete waste of time.

My husband took my car in for a simple tire plug. When he got there they told him. There was 2 in front of him with a 2 hour wait. He said no problem and started walking around to kill time. 2 hours later he went to check and they said there was 3 cars ahead of him now and they were not even close to it will not be back!Service: TiresService: Tires

Went in to simply get 4 tires installed on my truck. I went up to the desk and checked in, was told they'd "Get right to it" (Spoiler: Get right to it they did not). So an hour later I figure it's almost done. Go up there and apparently they haven't even gotten to it. Okay. TWO HOURS LATER and they still haven't touched it. Said I had enough and wanted my keys. After getting argued with I finally got them and left. Not getting my business.

One of the slowest auto care places you can go to. Standing for over an hour to realize they haven t even picked my key up yet. Slow and unprofessional, looks like they have highschool kids working on cars. Being super backed up on two to three cars is unbelievable, an oil change takes 20-25 minutes.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Never had a bad experience at this auto center. I do wish they worked on air conditioners but I've gone multiple times for an oil change and it's cheap and they work pretty quickly. No complaints about the staff or service n

Bought a tire from this place and couldn't find my receipt ( my fault for not taking pic of it) (only place I DID buy tires from) wires were showing but still new looking, management told me I must have ordered it online cause they don't sale those there. That's cool though cause I'm taking my business somewhere else....

It was a complete fiasco. We left the vehicle, said they would get right on it. Went to pick up the other vehicle to bring it in. Gone for 35 minutes, they hadn't even started the first vehicle. What started at 1:00 pm did not get finished until almost 7 pm. Seriously! If you have to make appointments, then honor the appointments.

If I could give zero stars, I would.. called ahead to make sure the center was open and verified the closing time.. I was informed that the center closes at 7pm. I drive nearly 20 minutes to the center, arrive at 6:15 to be told that they could not do a patch on a tire. This is on a loose tire at that. The counterman quickly dismissed me with no regard for care of the customer. Funny to think how a business that has 45 minutes remaining until the time I was told they were to closed turned away a sell. I wonder how much money the company looses from this type of service. I'm sure if the executives out that down to paper with a pen, they would find alot of revenue lost on their p&l"s.. if I were anyone looking to use this center, I would highly recommend locating a different company.

The initial person failed to understand the difference between synthetic and non synthetic and proceeded to mark us down for non synthetic high mileage after I specified synthetic 3 times. They failed to sticker the car and did not do the reset of the maintenance light. There was confusion for a few minutes as to if any oil had actually been changed.

Went to pickup my key before closing as they had called saying oil change was done. I get there in time everything was closed up. I walk to customer service where a nice elderly employee helped me by trying to track my keys down. Two mangers were up front and told this employee to call sporting goods and walked off. Needless to say I finally got my key almost an hour later by the same 2 managers that blew us off in the beginning. No apologies either!! I didn t complain as I just wanted to go home. Today I smell something and took my car into a tire shop near me in LR and they tell me there s way too much oil in there so now I have to go back to Cabot Walmart and have them remove some oil. This has not been the first mishap they have done and I keep thinking it will be better next time. Well I seriously believe there will never be a next time for me or my family.

Got an oil change and my back tail light fixed this passed Saturday. Dropped it off at 10am and it was done by 1:00. Last night my husband was following me home and noticed my back tail light was never fixed...yet we were charged for it. I thought I had a receipt but turns out I threw it away. I called to see if they kept records of it and the guy who answered the phone said they don't and I would need the receipt to get it fixed. He was courteous in trying to get me in as soon as possible but I am 38wks pregnant and don't have a lot of time to drop off my car when I'm still working full time in North Little Rock and even if I did, I would still have to have a receipt. I am giving them one star because any other automotive place would keep track of their records.

Got there 20 minutes before they opened and 3 hours later my tire was done but not installed. Had to i stall my self or more time was spent there. Was my worst experience ever. I have bought several tires there before and had great service. Dont know if i will return because of this.

Didn't have the oil filter for my car but kept us waiting for an hour to get the car back so we could leave. I called to Rita the manager on duty at the time was a waste of time. She just didn't understand why we would be upset about waiting an hour for nothing.

So I went there 11-27-21 was gitting a oil change.I saw a worker going thru my glove box and when I asked he said was He was looking For what oil I need.then I payed and drove home less then 10 miles away and oil was pouring out of oil filter. I took it back to the Manager and they gave me a refund but check your stuff! Could of blow My Motor if I didn t notice it

Handed the tire guy my wheel key.... he lost it. Lady asked me where it was I told her I handed it to him. I Was there an hour before they started. Then it took an hour.....the walmart tire guy said "we couldn't get the machine calibrated". He said "I dont know if its the old balancer machines or if they didnt know what they were doing "and "if my wheel shakes take it somewhere else besides walmart." some lady tire shop worker was arguing with the guy that lost my key in front of us customers about who gonna do what... it was terrible. I will never use walmart again. If I do ill buy tire and go somewhere else for the service... didn't even want to give it 1 star

Every time you go and try and get an oil change they always say it will be at least three hours and sometimes up to six hours to get a simple oil change. This tire and lube is one of the most awful ones I have ever been to.

The nicest young man helped me my tire was almost flat and every air machine in Cabot was broken he was great as they were just opening for the day. He wouldn't even take a tip from me. WOW what a great place.
