I highly recommend this shop! David went above and beyond to help us when my daughter s car broke down. He stayed late to wait for the tow truck, ensured that it was inside and protected from the storm that was coming and soothed my daughter s anxiety with his kind and reassuring words. On top of that he s very knowledgeable and up front about any issues that need to be addressed. I m thankful beyond words to have found this shop!

Highly recommend! My car was on a tow truck with nowhere to go in the pouring rain and Mr. David let me bring it in within minutes of speaking to him over the phone. After running an inspection he got my battery working again and my car is up and running! Not only did he provide quick and efficient service, he also went the extra mile by following me to my house to drop off my car! After learning a little history about Bob s Garage AND the customer service I received there s no other place I will be taking my car in the future. This small, LOCAL family business opened back in the 60 s!! How cool is that! New to Cabot, I had to ask for recommendations when my car decided to break down. 3 different people recommended this establishment. I called the garage and they arranged for a tow. The tow arrived and it was a lot cheaper than what I was expecting. The garage said they'd take care of the tow bill and then offered to get me a ride back to my house. Once my car was fixed, they had someone come and pick me up. The car now runs perfect and the repair job they did was outstanding. For my first experience in Cabot, this garage definitely gave me a positive impression of this town. I have never experienced this type of service before, it was the service that I used to hear my grandfather talk about, from the "good old days". The car breaking down was a bad experience, but the respect and reassurance I got from the staff, turned a bad experience into a positive one.

We were on our way home from vacation when our vehicle started to have issues. We first went to a parts store to have the code read and see if it would be something I could fix in the lot. It wasnt. We googled shops near by and Bob's Garage was the best rated. Dave did his diagnostics and even took it out to recreate the issue to help narrow down the issue. Once narrowed down him and his brother began working on it. He was unsure if it would he done the same day. They were able to get it done. After it was put back together Dave drove it to make sure it was correctly fixed. It was. All of them there were polite and extremely helpful and patient with us. We were able to have out vehicle back the same day. I was extremely impressed how they were with making sure everything was right. If I lived near there I would use them every time I needed a vehicle fixed.

I had to have my vehicle towed for a breakdown. Insured covered the tow... I was sad to hear they were booked up for a week! But David called me back and told me what i needed to do to get the vehicle going again that very day! Super nice guy and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I can see why they are booked up a week ahead of time!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Friendly staff...I wanted a new catolitic convertor and they were atleast nice enough to tell me they don't do them before I took my time to go all the way down there
