My 16 year-old car runs like it just came off of the show room floor! I took it in to Big O Tires for a thorough inspection. They found only one problem, took care of it as well as a much needed tuneup and oil change that were byproducts of the issue, and all at a very reasonable price. The people and service there are awesome, my go-to place for my car.

First time at this location. Have been very happy with the Conway location, but this location is closer to home. And when you have a moderate air leak and no spare, closer is better. I did make sure to call ahead so the tires I wanted would be there, which I and the shop guys recommend. They were fairly busy, but I was helped and fitted with the new tires in about 30, 40 minutes. The guys working were polite and upfront with answers when I had questions. And their prices were pretty fair in comparison to other shops. It's pretty easy for me to say that I'll be bringing my business here the next time I need tires.

I purchased four Michelin Defender2 tires from Big O Tires. I am very pleased with my purchase and also with the service I received. Ethan was prompt in getting me quotes and very helpful in explaining the details of the different options in tires. Everyone with whom I had interaction were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My experience at the Big O Tires in Cabot was great. I was greeted with a smile asked what my needs were and although it was late in the day I was told that my car could receive the services I needed that day right away. I appreciated the convenience and wonderful customer service. I m happy that I was able to get my tires and breaks done and I m very pleased with the suggested tires I purchased. My car rides much smoother and there is less cabin noise. Overall I m very happy that I chose Big O to have breaks and tires changed on my car.

The staff here were some of the best I ve come across. Their knowledge and great customer service made the appointment to be a very pleasant experience having them do work on my vehicle for the first time. They were very quick and very thorough with my vehicle and its care. Thanks so much!

I've been to this facility twice, once for tires, and once for an alignment. Both times, I was treated with respect, and the work was completed quickly.In a services field dominated by half-wits and scammers, it was refreshing to see professionals, doing professional work, unlike most big name competitors I have had the great displeasure of dealing with.If you find yourself needing services provided by this facility, I highly recommend this location above any other. You will not find better services elsewhere.

I had to have new tires, this place is very close to home and not super expensive like the other place in town. We had to wait about an hour and a half but this our only vehicle, it had to be done. We were told about the wait upon arrival. The guy at the counter was good, he told me to bring back my spare to switch over the balancer instead of paying $75 for a new one. We will definitely use this place again. And to be fair, every place you go these days is short staffed because people just don t want to work. This was the reason we had to wait, they had 3 people call out that Saturday morning. Kudos to you guys!!

Being able to have convenient, trustworthy, and quality service was my main reason for going here. Up until my most recent visit, I was getting that.Although the situation was handled professionally, the discrepancy had become an inconvenience.If you need your battery or alternator checked, just stick with looking for someone else to do it. My vehicle wasn't originally there for that, but during a test drive, to check what they repaired, it became an issue.Definitely give credit to the owner and manager for working so well with me to dissolve the situation. However, the reasons for me going there were impacted negatively.

This is my 2nd experience with Big O Tires in Cabot, AR. They are fast, efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they were honest about what was wrong. They didn't try to fix what they couldn't, which would cost me more money down the road.I watched them with other customers, and I like how everyone was treated.Thank you for your professionalism and integrity.

Service was satisfactory, all employees were cordial.My experience would have been improved had there been a stocked coffee bar. Each time I have been to Big O Tires the coffee bar has been completely out of coffee, cups, or all of the above. When the crew was finished with putting on the tires, they pulled up the car and then brought it back to do an alignment check. I am sure this was an oversight on their part, but it added time after I believed the service was complete, making me more impatient to get out... which I might not have been if I had a cup of coffee to keep me happy

Very pleased with these guys and the job that they do. They are quick to take care of any issues we have. If I'm out of town and my wife or son have an issue I tell them to go to Big O Tires. I know these guys will make sure that their vehicle is 100% before they leave.

Only stopped in to obtain an estimate for a full set of tires. The assistant manager was very helpful and readily gave me a printed copy knowing I would be comparing it to a competitor. No sells pitch. No pressure. Just friendly conversation and helpful suggestions.

I brought the ford bronco in today and thr team over here is solid. Jesus Lopez helped me out at the front counter and gave me multiple options to fix my tire issue. My only regret is not learning everyone's name to give kudos. Service was fast as well. 5 stars, go see Jesus for expert advice and kickass customer service.-Cory

Big O tires was able to get me in and out with a same day appointment!! I had a 6hr trip and my tires were out of balance. The truck rode great on my trip after they balanced my tires !! Awesome staff!!

Outstanding local tire shop. Repairs are done quickly and they do the work completely, even rehanging the truck spare tire rather than throwing it in the truck bed. Staff is very polite and professional. I rate this store 100 out of 100.

BEWAREWent in to get new tires and TPMS sensors installed.Communication at the shop was pretty careless. They initially agreed to replace the sensors but then couldn't program them. Okay, fine. After waiting an hour, I noticed my car being moved around without explanation. Turns out, they forgot to replace the sensors because the front desk didn't pass along the message. They also claimed they couldn't remove one of my tires due to a lugnut issue and suggested breaking it after maxing out their impact wrench. However, I managed to remove all the lugnuts myself with a breaker bar at home. I had to retorque all of my lugnuts correctly because the wheels were wobbling horribly.Disappointing service when it came to both communication and technical competence.Update: weights fell off wheel today. No words to describe the shock.

Fast and friendly service. Everything requested for my truck was completed and working great.Only negitive was when I first dropped my truck foe the oil change and alignment. I mention to the tech was the oil change special still going on and he nodded.When I went to check out I ask if the oil change special was applied. And he had did not apply it.

I had an issue with my TPMS system that I had suspected was due to sensor(s) not communicating. The folks at Big O confirmed my suspicions and were able to get the faulty sensors replaced. System now functions as designed.

Saturday 12-23-23 I went to Walmart to get tires for my brother s car while he was at work. He has a donut on one of his tires as it had a flat the night before. Walmart changed all the tires except the one with the donut because they couldn t get the lug nut off. They suggested a bunch of places that were all closed due to it being the weekend and a holiday so Big O Tires was the only place open in Cabot and I came in last minute looking for help. They got me right in and fixed the issue. Got the donut off without having to break the hub so they saved me a few bucks on that. They had amazing customer service and very helpful. I am thankful for them and if I lived closer to Cabot I would continue to use their services!

They worked promptly & accurately to fix my vehicle, especially when they found a damage oil pan which if NOT replaced, sooner or later may of lead to the oil slowly leaking out & if this were to happen to my engine, it would of been destroyed. I am grateful all repairs were made on the spot!

I went to get a tire rotation and balance from these guys. It took forever and when I was leaving I noticed that the same wobble was still there. Upon putting a complaint in with corporate I was contacted by the owner that closed my complaint saying it was taken care of which it wasn t. And when I contacted big o a few months later he reached out and was suppose to send me a refund which I never received. The owner seemed more concerned with not having a bad complaint with this shop than fixing the issues.
