Took my company vehicle to get an estimate on a Tuesday. I called the following Tuesday to get an update on the estimate. I figured the email got sent to spam or something. They had no info for me. Just that the person handling my claim was with a client. OK, so I called on Thursday. No one had even done the estimate!! I would NOT recommend them at all!! Is this how you treat customers?The only reason I give them one star is because you have to rate. Otherwise, no star would be given.

Friendly staff. Nice experience. Only reason it isn't a 5 star is there was a small paint "bleed" on one area of the repainted quarter panel. It is minor so not really worth returning and not having the vehicle for days again. The rest of the work was fantastic though! I would definitely recommend to friends and use again myself.

Service King was great to do business with and I will recommend them to anyone needing repairs. They were the most expensive estimate of the six I got. But that was only because they took the time to do a thorough inspection and estimate. The other shops just put a number on what they could see and used it will most likely be higher to cover their butts. If I wasn t knowledgeable about the situation I would have been deeply disappointed when the price doubled. Service King kept me informed twice per week about the work being done and delivered before the projected finish date. Need body work use these guys.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car there after it was vandalized for the repairs to be done. Part of the repairs was having 4 new tires placed on the car. I ran over something this week and called to check on the warranty since the tires have a lot of tread left. I was directed to the shop tire king purchased the tires from. They informed me that service king declined the road hazard coverage and so they were not able to assist me. Called local service king and was basically dismissed. So I called corporate office Monday and was informed I would receive a call in 48 hours. Well I guess corporate is just as pathetic as the local shop since it took until Friday and me calling multiple times to get a response. Well, long story short service king does not get the road hazard insurance on ANY tires they place nor do they offer the customer to be able to purchase it. So my best advise is do not go there for anything as they do not warranty the work they perform.I had to take the vehicle back multiple times as the job was poorly done.Services: Tires, Painting, Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

Was a great experience once I got my car in to them and got past the insurance issues. I was rear ended and just needed a small amount of work and it was in and out fast and the work was great. They promptly reviewed my accident and provided information to insurance company. The repair work was accomplished with a slight delay due to part shipping delay beyond their control. This place did a great job after our recent fender bender. Alan gave us a very accurate estimate on total repair time and he kept us updated through all the repairs. They drove our vehicle after repairs were complete and found a minor issue that they promptly took care of before returning the vehicle to us. Very great group of folks and very professional. I don't want to have to go back, but if we need to I'd be happy to use these folks again!

Court Fiske gave me an awesome accurate estimate, gave me a good detail when the usual guy was out, and checked me out on time on a Saturday so I did not have to miss work. They wouldn't give me an appointment for an estimate unless I went to my insurance company and said I wanted them to do the job. How do I make that decision unless I can get an estimate? Even if I go call my insurance company and get them to give my pre-approval, it takes a week to get an appointment. Where is the "service" in that?Service: Auto glass repair

Our Tesla Model 3 had the driver's side rear view mirror torn off (along with some dents) after being hit by a deer. They were very transparent about the timeline, and gave thorough explanations for any changes or alterations that needed to take place.We're located in Hot Springs, so it was a bit of a commute on our end to get to Service King. However, they are one of the few Tesla-approved repair centers near us. It was worth the travel to get the quality of service we received. Great job!

I cannot say enough about what grade A customer service I received at service King of Bryant ! I took my car there to be fixed after an accident. I received text updates on my repairs either everyday or every other day. When it came time to pick up my car Alan was thorough and super friendly. He showed me all they had done and my car looked great! After I got home, I found that my tailgate and right tail light weren't working. I called Alan the next day and he told me to bring it back so they can get it fixed right. They took it right in and got everything fixed. I was there maybe a half hour. Best customer service I've received at a car repair shop EVER!!! Thanks service King for taking such good care of me and my car!

I could write a book. Service King took fantastic care of us when we got into an accident right before a vacation to Florida that we needed our car for! They kept us up to date the entire way and were done with great results quickly. We had some transmission problems due to fluid levels and they took a look without charging us and fixed the issue since it was a part of the issues we had during the accident. Great customer service! I will always recommend them!

DO NOT GO TO SERVICE KING IN BRYANT! They literally painted my whole car the wrong color and told me I was lying about it! Then told me it was because the plastics will never match the rest of my car. They did when I bought it???? And when I had the front done at a different place. Broke my Chevrolet emblem and told me no one had any so I would have to come back to have it put on. Then asked me to lie on my survey about everything being done when I picked up my car. Mike refused to let me talk to his manager. They curbed my wheels. Didn t clean my car out. I had a broken windshield and when I picked up my car there was still glass all over the car. I literally had to vacuum it out myself, you couldn t even sit in the passenger without glass stabbing you. And they said my car was done???!!! I have to completely redetail my car. The service tech left food wrappers in my car. (I know because I completely cleaned my car out before I took it here and I would never buy this food) Left tape in my gas tank. I have TONS of pictures and would LOVE to show you how bad they messed up. I trusted them with my car and they ruined it. I wouldn t even let my worst enemy go here.

I took my truck over there to have the front left repaired and when I got it back the body work was ok but my speedo didn't work, my abs, traction assist, down hill assist, and brake light was on. When I called n tried to tell them about it she tried to tell me it was like that when I brought it in, she has pics she says. I won't ever use them again. I was able to fix it myself, they paint the inner fender where the ground wires bolt on n they couldn't get a good ground so I scraped the paint off n fixed everything. All she had to say was, I'm sorry Mr Downie, bring it back in and we will see what's going on. But no called me a lier and wasn't going to do anything for me.

I took my car to the Bryant AR location the beginning of July to have a couple dents removed and to replace my windshield. Somehow they managed to break my drivers door panel and the case around my rear view mirror. On top of that you could tell where they taped my door off and stopped painting it and also waves in my drivers door. My drivers side window would go half the way up then stop and go back down. I have never seen this poor of a job from a collision center. They did have me bring my car back in to fix everything that was wrong in which I was supposed to pick my car up 2 weeks ago. 3 days after I was supposed to pick it up I went up there to find my car was still in the same spot I parked it. I went back yesterday to pick it up and of course my window still wouldn t work properly and the door panel they put on had wood grain that was fading badly. So I am returning today (3 months later) with hopes of finally getting my vehicle to never return to Service King in Bryant AR. I highly suggest going absolutely ANYWHERE but here if you want your vehicle fixed right!!!!!!Service: Painting

I have never been spoken to so rudely by someone in my life, but that was my experience this morning when I called to talk about repairs that were supposed to happen to my car this week. Despite making this appointment over two weeks ago, in person, and providing a detailed insurance estimate at that point, I was very rudely informed this morning that they could not begin repairs because they did not have an estimate or consent. Excuse me? What is the appointment for? Why did the receptionist take down all the info on 12/23? Where did it go? And why did the two employees I spoke to that same day not have me sign consent after I told them I would be dropping the car off the night before? After this rude employee blamed me for their mistakes and miscommunication issues, I pulled my car from their shop. If they can t handle basic customer service and appointment scheduling, they don t deserve my business.

I went to service king about three weeks ago.i really wanted a shop closer to home.i.live in hot springs.my insurance use service king.i decided to take my car to them.it took them a week to finish.they kept me informed throughout the process. The car came ot better than it was before the wreck.they also gave it a good vacuum. I would suggest this company to anyone.the manager mike was awesome.if I have any other problems,I'm going back.

Don t expect your car to be perfectly fixed, they apparently have high tolerances. So expect some gaps bigger and tighter than they should be. Also I had to take my Honda HRV back twice because some parts in the engine bay were not reattached properly and dangling in the bay. Also they were unable to fix my window and told me that they would have to take it to Honda. Which I wish I would have went there in the first place. I will say, they do have great customer service. Unfortunately they don t work on the vehicles.Update 2/20/18Recently I heard a strange sounds coming from my passenger side window, well later on my wife closed the door and the window seal popped up. I showed it to my friend who is a mechanic and he told me that Service King forgot to replace the clip that holds down the outer window seal. They took apart that door.

If you need a reputable place that does good work come here. Landers body shop down the road quoted me 2800. Came here and they quoted me 1200 for the same work, and after they were done it looked exactly the way my bumper used to be. Highly recommend
