TLDR: It s their policy to leave your keys on your hood in broad daylight in their parking lot. Poor customer service; I have never worked with a shop that was this negligent.-You can only choose two:a) Good Workb) Cheap Workc) Fast WorkIf you choose this shop, you will get none of them.They kept my vehicle for 42 days to replace a fender and a bumper, while continuously lying to both me and my insurance about a finishing time.I went up to check in person because they d pushed back the finish date on my car 6 times, to the point where I no longer had a rental.My car was sitting in the parking lot 6 weeks after I d dropped it off, in substantially worse condition than when I started. Things in my glove box had been taken out, and the headlights were in the back seat.Also: MY KEYS WERE ON THE HOOD IN BROAD DAYLIGHT.After confronting the owners about it, they informed me that was policy so their employees had easy access to move them.My car was also substantially dirtier than when I d dropped it off.I got permission from my insurance to reacquire the vehicle, and he d informed me they d violated their contract with Progressive and I have full rights to get the vehicle back from them.Initially around week 3 I d asked to get the vehicle back since I was about to not have a rental any longer- one of the owners informed me he d pay for any time it had run over.If I would not have returned my rental, they would have owed $700 at the time I took it back.He didn t expect me to tell him that was the amount, and I watched the light in his eyes die because they would have done a solid portion of the work for free. At no point do I believe they would have paid for anything over.I cannot recommend this shop, at all, to anyone.The customer service has been awful and they will leave you in the dark. Sally, at the front desk was completely unprofessional.

I dropped off parts for my wife's car to be painted. They had a quick turnaround and reasonably priced. Courteous and professional service. They exceeded my expectations. Will definitely use them again.

Poor work. Got my vehicle back almost 7 months later and have had more issues out of it since I got it back. Insurance claims weren t filed when they should have been which then messed my timing up. They replaced my timing and not even 5 months later, timing is messed up again. This has cost me my job because it was my only means of transportation. Also didn t put pin stripes back on passenger side and passenger door is hard to open and close like it s not lined up right.The ready date was continuously getting pushed back. Told me it had to be aligned and that never got done so had to pay out 400 on two new tires. I do not recommend this body shop to anyone.

I took my SUV there because someone rear-ended me. When I got my SUV back, I had no brakes. I went to ask them about it. They were very rude and said not our problem you have an old vehicle. I also noticed my air conditioner compressor would not work, there was a receipt from Walmart from North Little Rock in there and it was not mine on the date that they were supposed to be fixing my car. There were at least 1000 miles on my vehicle from when I dropped it off. The speakers in my radio did not work it s like they blew the speakers out when they were out joy riding there was mud all underneath it and I never took my vehicle out in the mud so my guess is someone took it mud riding because it was a four-wheel-drive. I ended up having to trade my vehicle off because so much damage was done to it and now I m in a hole due to the poor workmanship. This company has done. The only problem I had with my vehicle before I took it was the back bumper.

Brought my car in July 17th to have the back of my car fixed from a wreck. This place was the fastest they could get me in, that is why I used them. I have called quite a few times every week with the front desk answering, saying the shop manager is not available every time and they would have to call back. My mom has also called them as well and they told her totally different information then they told me about my car. I haven t gotten a single phone call back or an update on my car within the almost four weeks they ve had my car. They said it would take 2-3 weeks at the most. I will not be back here for any business with them after I get my car back.Service: Body & Trim

Horrible all the way around. Lied to me over and over again. Said it would take a week to finish then another week then another week then the next day then the next day. Finally got it back after a month. It was filthy with scratches and paint chips in it. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I will never do business with them again

My wife wrecked her truck about three years ago and we took it to Sally s. The paint on the hood was cracking pretty bad. I called up there and they said they have a lifetime warranty.When I took it in, they didn t give me a problem at all. I was expecting them to not even fix it. They fixed the paint job after three years at no cost.This is the absolute best auto body shop we ve ever dealt with. We will always take our vehicles to Sally s. They are the best around!!

Did not complete work in a timely manner, staff does not take responsibility for shortcomings. Was told job would take 5 days, took 8+ days. On top of that I was paying for front bumper to be repaired, they changed the rear bumper?? Said they would make it right, but I just hate to get my truck stuck in the shop for another week and a half.Owners are great people, they just have to hold employees accountable

I used them after my car was side swiped. It's been 2 years and the clear coat on their repair work is falling off, the window they " fixed" never worked right until I removed the trim they replaced and put it on properly myself.One of the guys admitted to taking my car for a joy ride but since he was related to the owner my complaints fell on deaf ears.Do yourself a favor and find someone else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Friendly customer service, and got my car fixed in a timely manor. I had a 2015 mustang, and they did the front bumper repair to it. Once insurance went through took juat a few days and it was done!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Place does excellent work, will get what you want done right the first time. Very easy to work with. They give quotes and stick to them as much as possible. detail service is one of best in central arkansas. Genuine, honest , hard working people that are more then willing to go the extra mile. Call ahead to make sure there is a spot open, they get a lot of business!

Terrible. Dropped off my 63 Lincoln for a dent and was told it would be ready the next day. I stop by 3 days later to pick it up and they haven't even started it. When they finally got around to it, they left it outside in the pouring rain with the windows down and hood open. To top it off, they did a terrible job on the repair. Color didn't match and you could still see the dent. I asked them to try again. Another week goes by before they get to it and it still looks bad. I've seen better jobs from Maaco. Which is sad because Sally's charges 4 times the price for pathetic work and unapologetic customer service. I don't know what you've heard about Sally's, but they're not what they used to be.

I ran over a rock in the road and tore off a metal plate under my car. Sally's Body Shop was able to obtain the necessary parts and make the repair in one day so that I could take the car out of town on a trip. I appreciate their dedication to getting me taken care of with a very quick turnaround.

Got some overspray on my new black truck (silver spray paint). Sally's gave me a fair quote to get rid of it and was very professional. I only wish I hadn't suggested they go all the way around the truck as the overspray was pretty much only noticeable on the hood and roof, but now I have buffer trails all over my truck (apparently, it is impossible to detail a black truck without leaving swirl marks). I took it back to Sally's twice and they tried to address it, but could only make it less obvious. I have since taken it to a detailing pro to fix it, but it still needs some work. The truck was only 3 months old.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I brought my car in to fix it for body damage. They had all the parts in before I brought it in and it took them over a week to get it back to me. I came to check on it last Friday but hey said it wasn't done. My keys were sitting on the dashboard of my car wth the car unlocked. I could have just drove off. I got my car back and there was a receipt for hot springs Walmart during the time that my car was "in the shop" and I had 300 more miles than when I dropped it off but I overlooked it until I drove my car for not even 60 miles and my tire pressure light came on, so I figured it just needed air and filled my tire up. My tire light keeps coming back on and if I let go of the steering wheel for three seconds I'm in a completely different lane. I took it back to tell the shop and the mechanics sat there and laughed at me. If I have time tomorrow when I get off work I'm going back and asking to speak to the owner. All I wanted was help and instead two mechanics sat there and laughed and made fun of me for twenty minutes.

Yeah jitty work to say the least ill never go back. They try to save you all this $ and dont even put the parts on right. My fender wells have fallen off bumper because they obviosly didnt use the right hardware. Id rather pay more for a job done right.

They have worked on two of my personal vehicles and 3 of my work's vehicles. Excellent quality of work. Sally's is the only place I will take my vehicles

Absolutely awful. They string you along making promises that your car will be ready this day, no wait this day...... all the while your bill continuously gets higher and higher. Insurance fraud should be a thing yes?

Called and asked if I needed an appointment for a estimate. Told just come down...20 minutes later I was there and asking for an estimate. Told "we don't give written estimates for that insurance company".
