Edit: 1/16/2023. The fuel pump that was replaced in my car ended up being faulty. I had to get my car towed to another mechanic closer to me and they told me it needed to be changed after having it less than 6 months. I sent the picture of my bill to him wanting to see if I could get some type of refund but that didn t work. I m out the $1000 I paid him to change the pump in the beginning and now the $700 I had to pay in order to get it fixed properly and another new fuel pump for my car.I had issues with my car not wanting to start and Israel was able to work me in his schedule and diagnose my car in no time. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. I felt at ease leaving my car with him and he was done the next day. Very prompt service!

NFG is probably the only place I will ever trust to take care of my car. I drive an 06 Eclipse GT with aftermarket parts and I called every place from here to Tennessee to try to get someone to help with my car misfiring, no one would, except when Israel called me back he was very welcoming and was able to squeeze me in even though he was already very busy. Just recently Isreal was able to help me with my brake lights and went through very tight loops to get me a part needed that day. 10/10 recommend.

I've lived enough years to have more than my share of bad mechanic problems..before using this shop, I made the mistake of taking my truck to the worst mechanic ever, who left the engine in pieces ..and some of those were missing.left me without my truck for six months, stringing me along .Honestly, I didn't even know if anyone would want to work on it , given the circumstances.Israel exceeded my expectations, in every manner ..He took the project on, was always honest in the dealings, went beyond fixing the problem by addressing other needed issues. I , seriously, couldn't be more impressed. I live three hours away from the shop , regardless, this is the only mechanic I plan on using in the future and would recommend him to anyoneServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Auto maintenance

We broke down in Lonoke Arkansas on a Sunday on our way back home to Texas. We called every mechanic we could find and Israel is the only one who called us back. He came 40 miles to us, diagnosed our problem, and started looking for parts right away. He had us back on the road Monday by noon. We could not be more impressed with the customer service and mechanical services that we received. Israel has a work ethic that is rarely seen these days and we would not hesitate to use him again.

I was driving from Ohio to Texarkana, and my car started making some loud sounds around the Little Rock area. It was the fourth of July, so most people were closed. After calling about ten places without any answer I came across this place. Israel, the owner, answered and he told me he was about an hour away, but that he'd be able to stop by after he put his kids to bed.He showed up, and did a diagnostic on the car in the Walmart parking lot at 10:30pm. Luckily it was a benign exhaust problem causing the sound, and he told me it was okay to keep driving. He didn't charge me a thing either! Super helpful guy, and I got to Texarkana safely!
