Had my oil changed this morning and was very happy with their service! Gerald was very helpful. After you get the oil changed they have free vacuums around back for you to use. There is also a Zips Carwash attached to the building to clean your car. I did not use either the car wash or vacuums but they appear to be in good working order.

The man was super helpful in going into detail with what steps were taken and what needs to be taken. Shown us pricing options. Kept us knowing updates with our vehicle. I was super happy with them inspecting my tire (that I went to a previous store that couldn t find anything wrong) and they let me know the issue. Brake pad prices were reasonable.

I met my son at Jiffy Lube so we could both get our oil changed. He had never had this done before as he just recently started driving. I appreciate that the gentleman who waited on us took the time to explain to my son the different types of oil and their cost, what needed to be done immediately (to his newly purchased but used car) and what needed to be done soon, etc. My son learned a lot about his vehicle yesterday!

The worker was nice but the service was very slow and over-priced compared to everywhere else I ve been. Additionally, they told me my oil filter had to be ordered. When it was time to pay they attempted to charge me $45 which is 3 times the price of the oil filter. I drive a 2021 Kia K5 and have had to buy this same filter the 1st year I owned the car because it was a new line. The manager did adjust the price to $25 which was STILL $10 more than the oil filter costs.

They didn t look at the two things I requested. They tried to upsell me $200 on unnecessary repairs. It look almost 2 hours to get the oil changed with only 3 visible cars in line before and at least 5 employees present in the bays.

Went to Jiffy lube today 2/10/24. As I was being checked in I told Jerald P. that I had a coupon and that I wanted the synthetic blend which was what the coupon was for.Jerald said ok I will get the coupon at check out. The coupon was for 39 and some change for up to 5 quarts of synthetic blend oil. Of course when I checked out the bill was for almost 100 dollars. Jerald P. said that I got the high mileage synthetic blend which was almost 80 dollars and that I should have specified which "Synthetic Blend" I wanted. Mind you he didn't tell me that there were different kinds of synthetic blend at the beginning. He allegedly couldn't get the coupon to work even though the Bryant location is listed on the coupon as a valid location. Would not recommend going here, they will find a way to upcharge you.I messaged Mr Haywood on 2/12/24 as you suggested but as of 2/16/24 I have not received a response from him.

I spent $400 on a new thermostat. I drove home and couldn t find my key. I had to drive back in rush-hour traffic to find my key up on my windshield wipers. On the outside of my car. What if I lived on a bumpy road and it fell off what would ve happened then? When I showed up for them to find out, they seemed annoyed at me for not knowing that it was up there. I have never in 25 years of driving. Had someone not put the key in my hand or leave it in the cupholder. My check engine light came on the next morning. I went to AutoZone and it said it was a thermostat. I went by to let them know it needed to be fixed and that I expected it to be at zero cost. I didn t have time right then because I had an appointment but I told him I d be back at noon. The worker called me belligerent and told me that if I wanted help, I essentially need you to sweet talk him into fixing the problem. I found this very unprofessional as he gets paid to do his job and no sweet talking should be involved. The only person have any use there is Anthony. He helped me find the key and helped me by clearing the check engine light. I gave him my address and he drove to my house and took care of it. I called a few locations until someone finally answered the phone. I think I had to try four before someone actually answered in the office. I explained the situation they apologize deeply and gave me Demarius s number. I called him because I was told that he is the area manager. I left a very detailed message and asked him to call me back as I was very upset about the situation. I did not hear back from him.

I took my truck in for brake replacement and I truly believe the mechanics tampered with my truck. When I pulled off the parking lot I started hearing metal grinding, a terrible sound. I called and was told bring it back. Arrived back at JL and the manager said I told them to not let that truck move yet. The damage was a wheel hub. The wheel hub wasn t bad when I pulled into JL. Won t return there again.Service: Brakes

Derrick is awesome! I was convinced I needed new air filters so I dropped in at Jiffy Lube.. Derrick immediately asked how he could help. He offered to look at both engine andcabin filters. Showed me that both were still clean. I asked how much and he said no charge. I offered to tip him and he would not take it. Shout out to Marcus as well. I will definitely get my next oil change at this Jiffy Lube on Reynolds Road in Bryant. These guys are awesome.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Came in to have an oil change/tire rotation/filter change on my Corolla and the whole team did a fantastic job! Quick service and very thorough people at this location. Definitely will make this my regular place.

On a recent visit to Jiffy Lube, I was greeted with welcoming arms. Every person on duty that day was there to make sure I had a quick and quality service. Customer Service was excellent. Not sure if they do this every weekend but they also provided drinks, pizza, hot dogs, and chips for all the customers while we waiting for our service to end. They constantly kept me informed on the status of my car. The number one thing that I appreciated is that they did not try to oversell any of their services. I will be back.Service: Oil change

very few of us look forward to adulting.. car maintenance wasn't something I was excited to do today . At my visit today Marcus and Derrick went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and had a pleasant experience (like we had been doing business for years) they made the experience easy. Both of them were actively listening and informative when responding . That is what service looks like. I can get my oil changed anywhere but I come back because I actually get a service experience. For a busy woman getting my oil changed, vacuumed etc done for me was a stress relief, almost as good as getting my nails done. These guys try their best to provide that high quality service even when they are crazy busy and are trying to navigate the chaos. I've been using this location for about 2 years and will continue to return due to the desire of excellence the crew shows. The world is changed one small act of kindness at a time and just making this an effortless thing made my whole day. Thanks guys!!

Cj and his co-workers was absolutely awesome! My family and I was on our way to Texas lost all of our oil went there asking for help and they was not only very accommodating but also very friendly. They told us 3 hrs to change part but it only took 2hrs and we was back on the road to my son's airforce graduation. I would give more stars if I could.

Every time I go here I have to specifically say all I need is an oil change. Even then they spend nearly an hour going over everything in the vehicle trying to find things to up charge.. Finally on my last visit they went ahead just started fixing everything that they could find, without asking me and after telling them all I needed was an old change. They ran up a $479 bill and had me waiting 2 hours. I finally had to just walk out into the bay and ask what was taking so long. That's when I saw that they had several components of the engine disconnected and out, and a bunch of flushing equipment. I will never go back.

I had the best experience with Jiffy Lube today 1/17/2022. Marcus was very helpful and explained everything to me. They got me in and out in less than 20 minutes!! I have been going here for 4 years and have never had a complaint. Won't be going back here. They recently changed a belt on my car and my car has been messed up since. I've taken it back there twice and it's still not fixed. Now I'm having to pay someone else to fix the problem they caused.

I Do NOT recommend you go get anything from this place of business. I went here on Saturday for a simple oil change. They not only did it in correctly but they leaked oil all over my engine. In addition they left a rag on my engine, with oil leaking and my card started smoking black smoke. Luckily I was not far away are on the highway because it was a recipe for an engine fire to be set in motion. Upon my arrival back to the location, the end individual who work there named Larry was very rude and disrespectful. I took a video of the whole incident and and recorded the entire situation. If you want your car to remain in good condition and not deal with rude customer service I absolutely DO NOT recommend this location. I've always been very respectful to everyone here so to be disrespected and have bad customer service was awful.Service: Oil change
