Their technicians are very knowledgeable and did a radiator flush on a 1986 Corvette and welded exhaust pipes! I will be seeing them soon again

My husband brought his 2015 Silverado truck in to this business for a brake check. He said the brakes felt mushy and he wanted them checked out. They said the brakes needed to be bled. They said they did the work to bleed the brakes and he needed to return on Friday 4/1/22 for additional work. We took it back to Crain Ford Little Rock the same day where they diagnosed correctly and identified that the mechanic at Bryant Brake and Tire had stripped the Rear brake caliper to bleed the brakes. Bleeding the brakes was not the problem ultimately. After we got the repair done and Crain gave us a full accounting of the problem and what they discovered, Bryant Brake and Tire then lied and denied their error despite photographic evidence and the note from Crain Ford. Then they argued on the phone with the manager from Crain questioning who took the picture of the damaged caliper (the Crain manager did). I would not bring a tricycle to this place for a faulty bell. They are dishonest and would not own their mistakes. We did not receive money because we already paid Crain Ford to fix the problem ($485.00). Just BUYER BEWARE if you use this place for your repairs you may not get the whole story. If I could give them a negative star I would. They stripped it in trying to get to bleed the brakes and lied about what they did.Service: Brakes

I took my son s car here because it was running hot..since it was running hot we left it up there they called the second day & said it needed a thermostat & new hoses so cool I said yes go ahead & replace them. Then a few days later they called & said it needed a water outlet because it was still running hot & he made it seem like that would fix the issue he told me the price would be $533.00 & the car should be ready by 2:30pm that day so I said go ahead & fix it.. 2:30 came & went & still no call so I called to see if the car was ready I spoke to the mechanic David who was working on the car he was kinda of rude but he got on the phone & was like I got some bad news, he seeemed like he was happy to give me bad news but he told the car has a blown head gasket & that would be a couple thousand to fix So I was basically left stuck with the same issue I came there for & out of 533.00 who knows if they even replaced the hoses & put a water outlet on there. I would never go back here if the service was free but on a bright note the guy that works in the office is nice.

Kept me up to date while they worked on my car. Most shops give girls the run around! But this shop was up front and great prices!

Great customer service! I wanted my brakes checked out before the winter weather and I was there at 7:30AM and dropped it off and they called me back by 8:45AM and was able to go pick it up. All was good, but have used them in the past and they were very quick and did a good job. I would recommend them for any brake job.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I went in to get a headlight bulb put in and was told it would be approximately $50-$60 for labor. Well I noticed these guys had my car for over an hour and when they were done. I was charged over $100 bucks. These guys decided to replace things that was not asked to be replaced. Not to mention they never changed the original light bulb that I paid for. I paid the bill anyway to avoid problems but I ll never go back!!!

We were on a trip for a family emergency. My wife noticed a bulge on our sidewall when we stopped for breakfast after being on the road already for 12 hours.Since we were unfimiliar with the area, we tried the big tire stores. Even after explaining that this was an emergency and we had to be back on the road as quickly as possible, we were told that there was a minimum of a 4 hour wait. I contacted Bryant Auto Services and explained the situation. They told us to come right over and they would take care of us. We were in and out in 15 to 20 minutes. Service was fantastic, and they were very friendly. If we lived in the area, we would use this place exclusively! Thank you for helping us in a family emergency and we so appreciate it!Service: Tires

They had me convinced that I needed new lower control arms when all I needed were the bushings on the sway bar to be replaced which only cost $10 and it's so extremely easy to change yourself because I was getting some knocking noise while I would make a turn in my '07 Saturn ion. They wanted to charge me $700 on some work and labor that didn't need to be done in the first place and replacing parts that didn't need to be replaced at all. Don't trust these guys they will only use your inexperienced knowledge to their advantage to make money. Just watch YouTube and you will learn everything you need to know!

These guys were the most friendly helpful and personable people I've met that do high volume hard work! I work for a major dealership and my service manager says he won't use anyone but these guys because they're that good and their prices are very easy on the pocketbook but the work is extraordinary! I highly recommend you go see the guys at Bryant Brake and Tire!

These guys they're completely not trustworthy they'll tell you one thing but it's actually something completely different. They will use what you don't know to their advantage just like every other shop that only cares about money. Also not to mention they will charge you $65 for an extremely simple diagnostics check where they barely do anything to diagnose the problem in the first place.

We were traveling through the area from out of town when our car broke down completely. The guys were amazing here! Replaced the alternator and had us back on the road in about an hour, and on a Saturday no less! Thank you all!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

We had an oil change and tire rotation completed on our 2018 Toyota Tacoma on 9/3/2021. Upon leaving the business the drivers side tire came off just 200ft after leaving the shop. From then on it was a terrible experience. The owner was not prompt in contacting me, refused to compensate me for the diagnostic fee ($118) at Steve Landers Toyota to confirm there was no permanent damage, never offered a rental or loaner for the almost 2 weeks it took to make repairs, and also refused a refund on the original tire rotation that they messed up by NOT PUTTING THE TIRE BACK ON. Not only could this have resulted in a dangerous accident, but the shop owner was unprofessional and did the bare minimum to correct his mistakes. I ll never go back and will be sure to tell all my friends and family to never use this business either.Service: Tires

Dropped in right before they were ready to close for the day because I had a tire going flat and the professionals here jumped right on it and had the repairs done in less than 20 minutes. The technician found I had a transmission cover that had come loose too and he fixed that at no extra cost. That's the way I always get treated at this small family-owned business where I've been getting all repairs on our family vehicles done for years. They do it quick, do it right and there's never an excessive charge. I highly recommend them to anyone needing brake and tire service or repairs. They're the best.

Good customer service, but the guy tried to over charge me for a simple welding job. He quoted me at $600.00 & I took my car to Muffler Shop in Little Rock off of University Rd. & they only charged me $40 dollars. Sounds like somebody was try to get over on me.

The cold weather had all my tires low on air. The low tire pressure light came on. They checked all four tires and put air in them at no charge. I would highly recommend them for all your auto needs.

Had some rims put on. They found a tire that had a nail in it that couldn't be fixed. Found a quality tire at half the price of the Michelin that it replaced. They spent quite a bit of time fixing the tire monitor and replaced two of them at half the price the dealer quoted. Very pleased with their work and attitude.

The owner Charlie is very professional. The place has a family feel to it. They have a little waiting room that is kept nice and cool with cable. The shop foreman David and fellow employee Chris can't be beat when comes to quality mechanic work. They care about their customers and it shows.

I had a brake scare this week with my brakes feeling spongey all of a sudden. These gentlemen squeezed me in to their schedule and checked/topped off my brake fluid and aired up my tires. They assured me my brakes were fine They were kind, attentive, quick, and polite. They didn't charge me and that's unusual in today's world and this girl definitely needed a break. I'll definitely be coming back here for my tire and brake needs.

Do NOT take your vehicle here. I made the mistake of telling the guy that I was selling my truck soon anyways and then I pick up my vehicle and pay almost 700 dollars for a new fuel pump that they were sure was the problem then to break down 5 miles away. I had bought a new vehicle that day and was going to trade my truck in to be a down payment. When they looked over my truck at the dealership they discovered my fuel pump was out! So they never even changed it!! Or just put an old one in!!! When we called to ask for a refund they refused and told us they had fixed the truck and it was running fine when it left there.... They are liars and scam artists!!! I was told someone else owns it now so I'm not sure but I would be very leery if the older gentlemen and his crew were still there. They didn't even apologize or anything.... They kept with their story even though we had proof there was a old bad fuel pump in the truck!!!! Horrible! This was in June 2015 !

This used to be the only place I could without a doubt recommend. But after the experience my son (a fairly new driver) and I had today, I've decided to take our business elsewhere. Not only were they not able to help us, but the guy we dealt with was rude and borderline condescending. Thanks for nothing Bryant Brake & Tire.

I have had two complete exhaust systems put on my trucks and have had no issues. They weld up the hangers as most others bolt them on! Going on five years on one of my trucks and still no issues. Bring your vehicles here and you wont be dissapointed.

I had the best experience today at Bryant Automotive. I ran over a very high speed bump and broke SOMEthing on my sweet old BMW. The guys welcomed me right in and raised it up to see what the damage was. Broken engine mount ow. They couldn t fix it, but we re gracious in telling me what to do. I will definitely be back. Note don t be put off by the not-fancy shop. These professionals are ethical and not spending their profits on glitz, glamour and cappuccino machines. They are just good people.

I used this place years ago on the recommendation of a friend. Paid for front brakes, rear brakes, right rear axle replaced. Asked them to check the spare as it was losing pressure. Spare was never checked, continued to lose pressure. Rear brakes were replaced but drums weren't turned. Front brakes weren't touched. I had asked them to throw the old axle in the bed of my truck. When I had a mechanic look at it he said it was from a FWD vehicle! 100% crooks. I should have took it to Reade's, at least there you get a guarantee from honest people.

The guy in charge is a swindler. I went in this morning to have a u-joint pressed in to a wheel hub assembly. I was doing the job at home myself and one of the u-joints was giving me trouble. I literally walked in with the wheel hub in my hand and 3 of the 4 u-joint caps had already been seated. I explained that all I needed was for them to use their shop press to press the last cap into the yoke -a process that would take approximately 30 seconds. I was expecting to pay $10-15, since it required no parts and no disassembly/reassembly on their part. The old man in the office told me "$80". I laughed and asked why so much. He told me it was an hour job. I explained that I had done the other u-joint in my drive way with a ball peen hammer and it only took me 20 minutes; how did he figure it was going to take them an hour when they have a shop press? I assume that because I was dressed nicely and was wearing my UAMS badge, he figured I knew nothing about mechanics and he could rip me off for an easy $80. As I left he sarcastically told me "have fun with that." It's a shame, because I was going to take my truck and my grandmother's car to them to have them both aligned and was also going to have him install an aftermarket exhaust on my truck, but I'm not giving this clown a dime now.Bottom line, this guy will try to rip you off if he thinks you don't know anything about automotive mechanics. So I called Rebel Rebuilders (they rebuilt my engine) and they said while they typically don't do that sort of thing, they'd be happy to help me out and would only charge $10-$20, depending on how long it took.
