Customer service was A+!!! Me and my dad had to make a last minute trip to auto zone and we were blessed to be helped out by Mr David Jones! He was beyond helpful and truly made the whole experience fast, easy and all around awesome!

I m new to the area and went Autozone for battery assistance. The weather was horrid, but David got out there in the poring rain w/o any hesitations. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service as he patiently answered all of my questions. There were also other staff in the store, but David seemed to be a one-man-crew as he multi-tasked and assisted the delivery lady as well as another customer who entered the store. He did this all with a smile on his face. I highly recommended this location for auto support.

Very impressed with this team and how professional/knowledgeable they all were! I came in for battery terminals and the store manager took very good care of my needs. He looked at my battery explained how to replace the terminals and ran lots of tests on my car to make sure I was going to be good to go! His employees were also very helpful and friendly, will definitely be coming back to this location again any time I need to work on my car. Thank you

Thank you David for helping me. I came by the other day and without any hesitation, he came to my car and noticed an issue with my windshield wipers. I then knew I had to purchase another pair and he helped me picked the best ones for me and my pockets and he also put hem on :), he also offered me some windshield fluid, which I thought is he was psychic lol, because my light was on in my car and needed some and he also poured it in. I'm so impressed with his leadership and eager to help. Thank you again David

I needed a battery for my son's car. My son lives in Benton AR. I live out of town. After searching I stopped in at AutoZone on Reynolds road in Bryant. I believe the managers name was carl. The battery I bought wouldn't fit because the wrong make of vehicle was entered. When I returned it he didn't have the right one in the same price range. He went above and beyond any customer service I have ever experienced to satisfy my needs and get me the right battery at a excellent comparable price. I absolutely would recommend this store and employees to anyone. They are the best ..

Carl S. was super helpful. Changed my battery in record time. Ran a computer check on my Honda advising a new catalytic converter. He is professional and courteous!!! I will continue using this Auto Zone because of him.

Purchased a set of wiper blades a few weeks back and this winter ice freeze the driver side wiper snapped. Came back to the Bryant store and they warranted the product out. Great customer service!!

I love this place bc the staff are so friendly and Andy at the Bryant store went above and beyond his duties to give me what I needed and ended up putting anti lock license plate screws on the back of my truck. Thank you Andy for sweating out there in this high heat we're having to do what you did! Your an Angel

I went in needing a battery and alternator. Normally, the next question will be, "Ok what is year, make, and model of the car?" Nope! Not this time. David came to the rescue with outstanding customer service. He asked me questions to ensure my "true" needs were met! Not only did he assist me, but he saved me money in the process. I stated that I may try to put the alternator on and he even provided a print out of how to replace the belt as well. If you need GREAT customer service from AutoZone, please don't hesitate to pay David a visit. He will definitely take care of you while doing his best to save you money. Now normally I don't leave reviews. This is my first.David, if you see this, Thank you for being so awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to resolve my issue in such a through manner!!

I went in with a battery that would not start my Jeep. I was met by Tom who told me that he wanted to check my battery before we spent a bunch of money on a new one. No need to buy one if there is a problem with my charging system. I left the battery and they charged it fully. Tom called me to say the battery is fine and is fully charged. He recommended that I put my battery back in and the bring my Jeep to him so he can check the charging system. So I did and it turns out everything is fine. Must have been a bad connection or who knows what.BOTTOM LINE: Tom could have made a sale but instead chose to walk me through the right steps so that I did not waste any money. It's called Integrity and Great Customer Service...things that are rare in our world today but alive and well at AutoZone in Bryant! Thanks!

I came to the Auto Zone on N. Reynolds to check my brake lights/fuse. Alex, manager, informed me that they couldn t touch the fuse, but could have a look at the lights. She sent another rep to assist & he looked stating the light bulb had a haze. Alex came back out and asked was I helped & what was done. I explained what transpired. She went above and beyond to assist me. She went back in to grab some tools to check the lights. Alex got two bulbs out and couldn t get the last, but asked Carl to come out and assist. They both went above and beyond to help me change out all my lights. ABOVE AND BEYOND. Alex and Carl exemplified unmatched customer service! I highly recommend them to anyone who visits the N. Reynolds Auto Zone.

Joe was amazing and very careful with my car. He quickly found searched and found the items I needed and installed the batteries into my key fob and changed my wiper blades. He also completely explained the promotions they were running and was very knowledgeable answering all my questions about the products.

Went into the store tonight because I was having some issues with what I thought was my battery. Joe was kind enough to check it out for me and indeed, my battery needed to be replaced. Joe helped me select a new battery and installed it for me.... such a blessing because I would have never been able to do this myself! Thank you Joe- I know you said it s your job, but your kindness is much appreciated!

My mom needed a new battery. Joe was the man that helped assistant us today. Very patient and knowledgeable about his work. This location did not have the battery in stock, but Joe gave my mom and I detailed instructions on where to pickup her battery and it was no trouble at all. We returned back to the Bryant location so that Joe could install the battery. Even with all this chaos going on, and it being in the afternoon with the blazing sun out he remained friendly, fast and even told us fun facts about car stuff while doing the installation. Thank you!

I had the best experience! I needed a battery for the garage door opener! They had exactly what I needed! They were efficient and service oriented! They made my dread of going into an auto parts store not a dread at all! Thanks, Bryant Auto Zone! Oh they even had masks I forgot mine!

I was told to wait for over 25 minutes after standing in line for a few minutes to see if they could install a new purchased battery which they refused to do which was fine. I was not ok with the older managers bad attitude and lack of tact. I will not go back because this was the fourth time I have had a bad experience. I have a commercial account with Auto Zone and deal with other locations in LR which are much more friendly and helpful.

Today I stopped by to get some new wiper blades. I was greeted immediately by a guy named Joe. I told him what I needed. He looked up the size for my car and I followed him to the area. He told me what my options were, I picked what I wanted. Joe also asked if I needed any De-Icer? I did take that as well. He went out to my car with me, replaced the wiper blades and added some of the De-Icer and I was on my way.I am of the opinion that in this day and time.....the customer service that was provided to me was SECOND TO NONE! I highly recommend thisAUTO ZONE. Kudos Joe!!!!!

This was an unbelievable experience! I came in and bought myself some front rotors and brake pads and it turns out I wanted to buy the cheaper ones to save myself some money considering I had to pay a mechanic shop to put them on for me then a month later they start squeaking and grinding really bad with unusual noises then I had to go back to the same shop pay them $110 to put the new ones on and then return the old ones for a $35 refund at AutoZone. If you're going to sell something don't sell something that's going to be faulty!
