I wouldn't purchase a vehicle from this place ever again! I haven t even had my vehicle 7 days I have replaced a battery, and now the water pump is about to go out which is covered under there 3 Month / 3,000 mile Warranty! Trust me I m an Auto Adjuster I have work deeply with warranty and insurance as well. Which means I can t even properly drive the vehicle a mother with 2 kids that still can t get to work. This company is a joke. Waste of money on unreliable vehicles. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I have been getting the run around every time I call they are not on top of anything here want to be disappointed this the car lot for you.

They are very UNPROFESSIONAL! got a vehicle almost 3 years ago from them, was promised to be able to refinance my vehicle after 6 months- to a year! That was a lie. Can t get no help from them. Tried trading it in with a different dealership, I call to get a payoff and GINA at the Brookland office got rude with me saying the dealership need to call for that info, WHY when the vehicle is mines! I DON T recommend! Keep in mind a month into my vehicle my transmission with out! They fixed it but didn t have a choice cause I had a warranty on it! Still DONT recommend

The people here are crooks. They repo'd my vehicle 2 days before I was scheduled to pay it. Then to make matters worse they said I couldn't retrieve my vehicle because my income was nontaxable. Well my nontaxable income was sure good enough for them to take $5,000 down from me and purchase a vehicle. Not to mention they stole things out of the vehicle. Had it not been for the honest mechanic I wouldn't have gotten my things back. NEVER would I recommend these people to anyone!! Changing the name of the company is great but if they don't change the reputation then the name change was useless!

The sales woman we spoke with concerning the vehicle was very helpful and kind helped us with every little bump we faced. When it came to the manager though she came to us very aggressively and rude. I understand you have to abide by your companies regulation s but there is no reason for such a big attitude. Thanks.

ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! The only reason I would give one star because you have to choose something. I wish I had read the reviews before going in to do a serious transaction. This place is a full blown joke. Wishy washer women that say what the manager tells them to say and a manager that has no balls for confrontation! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

My husband is hearing impaired and got a vehicle from here something happened with the motor. He was told that they would fix it but he had to pay 1500 down so he did, and was told his payments were on hold until the first payment day after the truck was fixed (which we have in writing) A month went by then he was told that he would have to pay another 800 something down for alternator and belt he did. So after almost another 3 weeks and reaching out to the west Memphis location and the brookland location he was then told the motor they bought was not working and to give them time. So here we are at the 2 month mark and now he gets a letter about repossession after they have had the truck for 2 months and have constantly lied. They refused to talk to me and his mother because he was hearing impaired and they wanted to take advantage of him. So now they are selling the vehicle that they kept lying about for 2 months when we have paper work stating he didn t have to make payments till the vehicle was fixed but they claim he was behind. What kind of cold hearted people do this to someone they can take advantage of So guess what a lawyer and lawsuit see you soon!!!!

I got a car from this place and it seemed to be a good car. When looking through my new car, I found a lot of things missing and wrong with it. My seats and floors were dirty and there was a smell. My driver door was missing the door holder mat. My car is cute but their service is horrible.

I bought my first car from the wonderful team at Instant, and I've been in love ever since. The down payment was cheap and the payments fit my budget easily. They have a great inventory and a very helpful crew. Instant Auto even provides free benefits to it's customers, so I definitely recommend it! - RL

I've been dealing with these people for 5 plus years. I have gotten 2 vehicles with Abernathy. I haven't had any problems with the vehicles that I've gotten with them. They have always been great to me. Hopefully I'll get another one soon.

WARNING, DO NOT BUY HERE. wanda will act excited to sell u a car, even talking bout us buying again in 1 1/2 yrs. Before paperwork was even done on the car we were dealing with. We bought a dodge dart. 500 down. Called 2 days later with problems. Wanda is very rude all the sudden. Said the owner will NOT refund our downpayment. Car had leaking rear main seal. Coil packs out and many other probs. Cant getowner to call AT ALL t ok discuss the problem. These people reset the check engine light then it comes on within couple day. They basically sell u a lemon, then want u to put your money in it, so they can repo lol. Anyhow DON NOT BUY. I've had T least 10 people tell me this place is bad news. BUYER BEEARE.

Make sure you check head lights blinkers trunk buttons on steering wheel check the brakes shocks struts do not recommend buying here
