Came in for a Coolant leak repair on October 21,2023 at 8am. As soon as the shop opened, they got me in the shop, no wait. All the guys kevin and the other employees in office were helpful from start to finish. Lee, the mechanic, worked on my truck and did an awesome job, made sure I had no other leaks, and saved me a lot of money and got me back on the road in no time.

Long-overdue review;Came into this fairly new STM (with which I have never had a bad experience) with a bad vibration issue in my 2022 8-series Volvo tractor. Got company approval for an inspection and evaluation.3 hours later, James and his crew had completed replacement of both steer tires and 2 drives (which had worn badly due to other side drives having been replaced 8 months earlier), and a full alignment and balancing. I was back on the road with what felt like a new truck much sooner than expected!I was so pleased with James and his entire crew that I called and ordered a BBQ lunch for everyone the next day, as a way of showing my appreciation.Whenever necessary, I will return for their services.Thanks James!

Horrible customer service. Don t ever use them if you re stranded with car trouble. I would give them no stars if possible. They did not send anyone out to help. Kept saying another hour then another hour. Kept saying traffic was delaying the arrival. I was in Palestine. That is only 20 minutes from Brinkley.

Traveling. Had flat and they refused to repair or just give air in tire so I could make it a little further. It s 6 pm, dark sooner

While pulling up to this station, the attendant who was on his way out, saw I had a bad tire and offered to fix it.. Did a great job and I can't ask for better customer service! Thanks guys!
